Filthy apartment. Overpowering stench of Indian cooking throughout. Every kitchen utensils was covered in dried food or oil. Windows black with dirt and a pile of wet, used towels waiting for us upon arrival. Truly unacceptable

Nothing at all. Booked this property and paid circa £700. We did not check in until the day afterwards. However, this was classed as a no show and we were not given access to this property. Even though nothing is mentioned in this companies terms and conditions! Stay away from this property and Ferndale properties at all costs!

Great location. The apartment is in a quiet and safe area. Walkable distance from high street. Efficient management team and they provided very clear instruction during the whole process. Highly recommended.
The condition of frying pans and saucepan is not satisfactory. I recommend the management provide stainless steel utensils rather than nonstick one. Some black stains on the wall in the shower in the main bedroom while the bathing area in the other washroom is very clean.

Could have done with a few more photos etc on the walls to make it a little bit more homely

Everything, kept in touch, excellent apartment that catered to our needs. Even tho we hadn't used the washing machine we found that the pipe was leaking and within half an hour someone was out fixing it and he was lovely and chatted to the kids. Very local to the town and a lidl supermarket.
