Rooftop Entertainment area: $355.00 per stay - exclusive use. VRBO/Stayz will add their commission to these prices. Ming 3 is a four-bedroom (4th bedroom optional extra) beach-side apartment which offers beautiful holiday accommodation in comfort and style. Located at 236 Marine Parade, it is within walking distance of Kingscliff's popular restaurants and shops. The Gold Coast Airport is just 12 minutes away - Byron Bay and the Gold Coast are 30 minutes. The adjacent Tweed Coast hinterland presents endless opportunities for exploration. Contemporary Chinese design identifies the distinctive building which is carried through to the unit's unique decor - immaculately presented. This first floor apartment's spacious covered balconies offer views of the Tweed Valley hinterland and Mount Warning to the north and west and commanding views of the Pacific Ocean and Marine Parade parkland to the east. The bedrooms with ready-made and luxury bedding are comprised of 2 with queen beds, 1 with a double bed (optional extra) and one with 2 extra long single beds. Each bedroom is provided with a complimentary vanity bag. Both bathrooms have deep baths, optional rain showers and heated towel rails. Not just families, but also honeymoon couples, retirees, and golfing parties have enjoyed stays here. Please note prices listed are for 3 bedrooms. The 4th is an optional extra (Bedroom 2 with double bed.) Ming's comprehensively equipped kitchen with granite bench tops, ice-maker and Miele appliances are a chef's delight. The dining and lounge areas are furnished with quality pieces and decor to match. Laundry (Miele appliances) and guest powder room are separate rooms. Additional features include: Free Wi-Fi - Wireless internet access; High definition Smart TV; Use your own subscriptions for streaming services such as Netflix from your compatible device as necessary; Network Blu-ray DVD, selections of DVDs and CDs, BBQ, reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans. Telephone for unlimited local, standard national and mobile numbers. Secure double basement parking and a service elevator (luggage and goods, not people) to facilitate access between the basement and your unit. Ming 3 is elegant and well appointed - unique on the Tweed Coast. Rooftop Entertainment Lounge - An Optional Extra for a single payment of $355.00 On the top floor, this room is equipped with an optional pool or table tennis table, bar and AV system (TV with Chrome caster). Bi-fold doors open from it to a spacious balcony with spectacular ocean and marine parkland views. The service elevator extends from the basement car park to the Rooftop Entertainment Lounge. For the discerning holiday maker, the Rooftop Entertainment Lounge is an optional extra. Bookings are made on a first-booked basis and for exclusive use. Boutique-style Facility A simultaneous booking of both Ming 1 (HomeAway 9072598) on the ground floor and Ming 3 above provides a perfect, boutique-style facility for family reunions and sporting groups. The facilities and floor plan of the units lend themselves to this function being both on the northern side of the building with their own private entrance. Used in this way guests appreciate the proximity of the units to one another and their privacy both from each other and outside. Needless to say, a booking of the Rooftop Entertainment Lounge completes the package!

myself and my friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay up for the weekend, despite the miserable weather the unit kept us warm and entertained, loved all available utilities and the short walk to the beach and distance to town, hoping to stay here again soon!

The apartment provides everything you could wish for, spacious, comfortable and exceptionally well-equiped. Very good beds with quality bed linen. The roof top with billiard table and table tennis a real hit with the family. Location on Marine Parade directly opposite the park and beach and within walking distance to township.

The Ming 3 Apartment was fantastic. We have stayed in many apartments over the years and this one rates in the top. The kitchen was fully equipped including sharp knives which usually never happens. The top level games room was a hit with the teenagers. Beds very comfortable and bedrooms quiet. The property manager Ashleigh was a very responsive and helpful. If I get a chance I will stay again.

We stayed at Ming Apartment 3 for 10 nights. The booking procedure was easy and we had access to local contact people if we needed assistance. The apartment is straight across from the beach and a short walk to the patrolled beach, bowls club, restaurants and cafes. The kitchen is really well stocked with quality appliances and the AV setup throughout the unit is great. This is a fantastic place to spend a relaxing holiday.

We stayed June longweekend did not want to come back I still hadnt experienced one of the luxurious baths. Ming is the most thought out places we have ever stayed if you forgot something it was their. Views magnificent, rooms as beautiful as they are in the pictures. We will be going back many times just not soon enough for our liking. I congratulate the owners on this magnificent place to stay. Thankyou for our holiday!!!!!!!
