The house was perfect for our group of four. Clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was nice and safe!

Overall it is lovely property. The outdoor area is private and serene. The rooftop deck is fantastic! As others mentioned, the owner has lots of rules. The property has a generator which I really appreciated when there was a power outage. The property is a 2 minute walk from the marina and there are a couple of good restaurants nearby. This property does not feel like home as the owner has many cupboards locked. Note, the bed in the master bedroom is quite firm.

I called him in a panic without travel insurance and he completely refunded us. So we booked with him again this year. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our visit at Casa Shael. We were steps away from the ocean, the town, and amazing food. We slept with he French doors open and felt secured in the gated community. The outdoor living area and rooftop balcony really makes this house a warm and inviting place to spend quality time with loved ones. Freddy, the owner, was super helpful, kind and responsive. We cannot wait to return.

I was pleased with my stayed here. Very clean and organized. Loved the location! The place was pretty as the pictures. A lot of rules but overall we managed and had fun! Thank you for sharing your beach house with us!

The outdoor space really made our stay! It doubled the size of the house and allowed our 3 young boys to play outside in a safe space (while we relaxed!). The property is clean, has all the beach essentials (chairs, cooler, umbrella) and is in a very convenient location. Can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing time visiting one of our best friends, who relocated to Rincon, Puerto Rico. The condo was within walking distance to their wedding venue, the Marina and several other beaches, restaurants, the downtown Plaza, etc. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful retreat from the real world. We have vacationed in Rincon many times in the past. We have stayed at a couple of different locations. This place was by far our favorite! The place was very clean and it was the perfect size for our family of 5s vacation. The location was perfect to visit several surfing beaches and lots of great restaurants. We were able to walk to both Shipwreck for a delicious dinner and La Copa LLena at the Black Eagle for New Year's Eve. I truly enjoyed the outdoor space. It was nice to wake up and have my coffee outside in the morning while reading my book and enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening before dinner. There was a beautiful breeze and it was very relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My spouse and I spent a week at Casa Shael and it was perfect for us. The house is very well appointed and the outdoor space is great. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop patio and looking at the stars. We used the beach chairs a few times. The location is perfect! It is just a couple minutes walk to the marina and several bars and restaurants. We rented paddle boards at the marina one day. Freddie was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed for a week . The house was beautiful located walking distance to the beach and very close to restaurants and the town center of Rincón. The house had everything we needed. Freddie was very quick to respond to any questions. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We loved it .

My family stayed at Casa Shael for almost a week and loved every minute! The location is perfect - literally a short walk to the beach, with all the necessities to enjoy it - umbrella, chairs, cooler, and wagon to carry it all! We went to three beaches while there - the closest one to walk to, as well as Domes and Steps Beaches (very short drive to both). We loved walking around the town of Rincon to buy souvenirs, and the Thursday Art Walk was awesome! The house is close to the pool, and a short walk to the BEST mofongo I've had in a long time at the Shipwreck! Freddie is an amazing host - very responsive and accommodating the entire stay. When we had to leave a little early, he even followed up with an email to check in on how we were doing in light of the unforeseen early departure. Will definitely stay at Casa Shael again!!

Love this place, the house was perfect, has everything you need and is close to local restaurants and a nice beach for kids, the owner always available.

Freddie's home is beautiful, inviting and was spotless upon our arrival. It is located in a gated community with only a short walk to beaches and restaurants. It only takes a few minutes drive to downtown Rincon. We enjoyed the amazing outdoor seating area, awesome landscaping and beach equipment. Freddie was responsive and a great host.

We loved our stay here! We had good friends that rented a home just down the street, and it was perfect for the children to be able to run from one door to the other. We loved the location and we were so glad we chose the relaxed atmosphere of Rincon instead of the big city of San Juan. The house was perfect for our family with 5 small children. A pack n play and highchair were provided and a huge asset. Freddie was very responsive throughout our stay. The location is maybe 100 yards from the beach at the marina along with our favorite fresh smoothie shop, The Juice Box. That beach was good, and you could easily use just it. We elected to try all different beaches during our stay, and the home was very conveniently located. Freddie had provided all we needed for the beach, including a beach cart, chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler. He also had snorkel gear available. The house has immaculate landscaping and the best use of its outdoor space on the entire street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely love to return.

We absolutely loved this little rental for our trip. It was the perfect size for the four of us with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The outdoor sitting areas were also great to have; we spent a lot of time out there. The house is about 2 blocks from the beach and comes with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and a cooler which was great! We were about a 5 minute drive from downtown Rincon with other restaurants and shops. If we ever visit Puerto Rico and Rincon again, we will definitely be looking for this rental! It had all of the necessities and the perfect location. One thing to note: while bath towels were supplied, shampoo/conditioner/soap was not, so make sure to pack some or stop somewhere. There also were not any food/condiment items, which was fine since we ate out for most meals anyway! We would highly recommend staying here while visiting Rincon! Some recommendations for breakfast/dinner/beach bars: There is a coffee/breakfast/smoothie shop (The Juice Box) about a block away as well as 2 different open air bars right on the water. La Copa Llena, a restaurant with amazing food, right on the water, is also right around the corner as well as The Shipwreck, another great spot for dinner. We also frequently walked to a little coffee and breakfast shop, Coffee 2 Go, about a mile's walk.

Decorated beautifully with local art from the island. Location is perfect near the marina which has it all! Everything you need including extras like a cooler, beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys, pool noodles, washer/dryer, etc. The outdoor space is amazing right down to the landscaping which was a nice touch. Oh and the rooftop deck for stargazing!

OMG..where do i start. This is the perfect spot to stay since it's located walking distance from the beach and the community pool. My family of six were all comfortable. The kids where well entertained ..mom enjoying her coffee @ the dining room table while we enjoyed the balcony with a couple of drinks. The house was well equipped with the essential: beach cart to carry the chairs-towels-umbrella. It even has an outside shower so you wash off the beach sand !!-). The owner was a text away when we had questions. He even has labels all through the house and instructions on how to use the equipment. We will definitely recommend this little paradise.

Casa Shael is a very nice property. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It provided all we needed to enjoy our stay, from beach towels, chairs, and a cooler. The outdoor patio and roof deck were a great places to start the morning or end the day. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach,as well as, a couple of good dining areas. Being in a small gated community was also nice. Freddie, the property owner, was also very nice to deal with. He answered any questions we had from before we rented the house through the day we checked out,promptly and courteously. We would recommend this property if staying in Rincon

My husband and our two children just recently stayed at Freddie's house this past February. We have been coming to Rincon for several years. By far this was our favorite place to stay....it is beautiful inside and out. It's also in a perfect location close to the Marina and various great restaurants. Freddie was an excellent host and answered any questions we had immediately and with ease. We would absolutely stay here again!
