What a great house! Plenty of room for everyone. Close to the beach and the village. Walkable everywhere. We had just one day of rain, but with the indoor / outdoor pool and hot tub, we relaxed in the hot tub while it poured outside. Love that there is a full fridge in the lower level with the pool. After a day at the beach followed by dinner at the village, we spent most of our time in the lower level hanging out. Most things you need for the beach are provided, including umbrella, towels, some chairs, and plenty of toys for younger kids.. We especially appreciated the 2 beach caddy’s to carry everything. We did not see a cooler there, but we were able to bring ours. When we had a question, it was answered almost immediately. Really impressed there. I was a little disappointed in the furniture in the living room. It was not as pictured, and not overly comfortable. After a long day, we love to put our feet up. We did see some footstools in the upper bedroom, so we brought them down. Overall, this was a great home in a great location. Would definitely rent again!

The house was awesome. We stayed there for 10 days and enjoyed every single day. It was within walking distance to the beach and near many great food options. It was close enough to stores and shops and far enough away that we didn't have to deal with the busy street if we didn't want to.

Incredible, richly-appointed home just a couple of blocks from the famous Siesta Key beach with white-powder sand! We walked on the beach every morning! Siesta Key Village with many shoppes and restaurants are within walking distance. Everything in the home was in excellent condition, extremely clean, and Marcio, the property manager was very conscientious and responsive, A++! The downstairs pool and hot tub were amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable, loved the master bathroom, and the kitchens (two of them - one upstairs and one downstairs by the pool!) were very well-appointed. The elevator was an added bonus as it came in handy for transporting luggage and groceries to the main floor. We rented a golf cart after a couple of days which made travelling around the island that much more fun! We had a fantastic time at Island Circle, Siesta Key and would definitely stay here again! Perfection!

Lovely large well-appointed house just a couple blocks from beautiful Siesta Key beach. We and our various guests- from seniors to a young family, all greatly enjoyed our stay. The high ceilings, huge living room windows, the pool and spa— all were great. Very nice kitchen and bedrooms too(: The screened enclosure by the pool was especially nice when we were bbq-ing out there in the evening. We had a wonderful month there (:.

We did an online search and what we saw matched the unit and our expectations. Very clean and well managed.

My family stayed at the blue house for a week, and we had an exceptional time. The house itself was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchens (two!) were very well stocked, and the garage had many beach toys that our son could use. The pool in the house was really cool, and the hot tub was an added bonus. It was a pleasure communicating with the property manager, and he was readily available to help/answer questionsn. The location couldn’t have been better - walking distance to town and short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This house has a great lay out for families. We had 3 families staying here and it was perfect. I would suggest a golf cart is you don't like walking but it is a nice walk to downtown. The place is not the cleanest but was tolerable. Pool and hot tub are great. The property manager was extremely helpful and nice!
