Host was a pleasure to work with- responded to any need immediately, and even sent out HVAC tech on Sunday to work on AC. We have been staying at Sea Chase since 2010 and will definitely stay in this unit again!

We absolutely loved SeaChase 205W! The condo itself was beautifully appointed and clean! Second floor was perfect - balcony to see the beautiful ocean but close to the pools. David was a great host and very helpful and communicative. Location was great - right across from Walmart, and plenty of activities very near in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores for the whole family. I cannot recommend highly enough. We would definitely stay again!

We had the best time at SeaChase. This unit was clean and looked just like pictures! It was beautifully decorated. The master bath is nicely updated. We loved being on the second floor as it is close to the stairs and you can still see the beautiful view from the balcony. We had everything we needed - coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, etc. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Hoping to be back next year :)

Everything about 205W was fantastic, will definitely book again when going to Orange Beach. Communication with David prior to the trip was seamless and he always responded quickly. Check in at the "gatehouse" of the resort was informative, quick and made us feel taken care of. The the condo itself .... exactly as described and pictured, and honestly more spacious than we expected! Unit was clean and comfortable. Views of the pool below and the ocean are top notch! 205W is a great place to stay in Orange Beach, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The condo was amazing. Very nicely decorated and furnished with everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to any questions and requests we had. Plenty of parking and very close to Publix and Walmart for any grocery needs. The property was nice and clean and everyone we talked to that worked there was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Condo was great. Second story on the corner was perfect. Biggest downfall for the building and for most travelers I bet is there is only one working elevator for the building as of 7/30/22. Going up and down stairs with kids, luggage, beach wagons… it’s a lot. Luckily we were on the second floor.

Our family loved this condo and the location. The views were fabulous. David was wonderful with communication and clear on instructions of check in/out. We typically get a house for our family vacation, but this condo was perfect for the 7 of us!

Perfect location
The condo was just perfect. Big enough for a family of adults and teens. Comfortable sleeping. Great kitchen with everything you need. It was so relaxing — pool and beach during the day and a comfy place to curl up at night. Owner was very friendly and and immediately responded to questions. Will definitely put this one on my list for a return visit.

Sea Chase 205W
Great place to take a family and enjoy the beach. Close to everything you need (across from Walmart and restaurants). Beach was close/easy to access. David has everything you need there so just bring food and you’re all set. The condo itself was simple but has everything you want for adults and kids (indoor pool, splash pads). Highly recommended.

What a fantastic stay we had at Seachase! 205W is truly a dream condo. This was our second year to stay at the complex. We had an additional guest this year so needed another room. After viewing a few, we knew 205W was just right for us.
First of all, David was such a breeze to work with throughout the entire process. He was always so nice, courteous, and prompt. We had no worries with such a wonderful host.
The condo itself is fantastic. The decor is beautiful and offered plenty of space for our family. The kitchen is so well appointed. We truly didn’t have a need for anything while prepping food. It was like being at home and having all of the pans/utensils we needed for when we cooked. The bedrooms were all comfy and had plenty of space for our clothes & bags. The master bathroom was honestly like being at a resort. I never knew how much I loved a heated shower mirror until our stay! The views from the balcony were lovely and we had regular dolphin sightings in the mornings.
Seachase itself offers everything our family needs. The walk to the beach isn’t too long. There are several pools, and our daughter loves the kiddie pool! It was also nice to be able to use the stairs for easy access unless we needed to get beach carts down. There was never a long wait for an elevator if we needed it.
Do yourself a favor and put this condo at the top of your list. I know that when my family picks out the dates for our next trip to Orange Beach, I’ll be coming here to see if this fabulous condo is available!!

Beautiful, very clean condo with gorgeous views of the Gulf!
We had a wonderful time staying here. Mr. Roberts was a pleasure to deal with! The master bath was incredible! My 18 year old daughter said several times that she wished she could take it home! We were very close to shopping and restaurants. The view of the Gulf from the patio was amazing! We will definitely stay here again!

We love SEACHASE properties!
This is a our 3rd time to visit OB and we have stayed at Seachase all 3 times. We love the location! David was GREAT to deal with and communicated everything to us promptly and efficiently. We LOVED our stay!! My only wish was we had more towels, but came prepared with pods to wash the towels.

Beach vacation
Our only suggestion with our stay would be the number of cards issued per unit for beach, indoor pool and workout facilities access. We were constantly in different places or times and would have benefited with having z few more.

This property was very nice. Didn't enjoy the beach too much. There were so many jellyfish it wasn't fun getting into the water.
The pools were nice and the kids enjoyed them.
