About this villa rental
Located in Sainte-Anne, this attractive villa for $328 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. A few meters from the beach, come live the Martinican experience with family or friends in this villa built in wood in the West Indian tradition, with pool, sea views and the Diamond Rock. The villa has 3 bedrooms each with their private bathroom. One of them is perfect for children with 2 single beds while the others, equally comfortable, await you with their double beds and Caribbean charm. The kitchen is very practical and contains all the necessary appliances: hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine ... The stay, very authentic, can accommodate the whole family, and also has an extra bed offering 2 extra beds in case of need. Outside, a garden of 400 m² awaits you and a swimming pool out of sight. Long term rental is possible.

Séjour et logement qui donnent envie de revenir.
La villa est presque parfaite, spatieuse, très bien équipée, très beau balcon qui est une pièce de vie. Jardin et piscine sont très bien entretenus. Un seul bémol, l'éclairage intérieur et notamment dans la cuisine est insuffisant.
Et pour finir vous préciser que par rapport à l'annonce la distance à pieds jusqu'à la plage est de 700m. En résumé nous donnons une note de 19/20 pour votre propriété et vous contacterons en prévision d'une location d'un mois mi janvier mi février 2023.

Nous avons été accueillis par Lydia et sa gentillesse.
La maison est conforme à l'annonce, une belle maison créole et on s'y sent bien.
La piscine a fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands et la proximité de la plage à pieds est appréciable.
Une coupure le temps d'un weekend prolongé mais qui a fait effet.

Petite maison style colonial (au niveau du haut).
Le petite piscine est tout de même agréable ( surtout en mode planche à observer les étoile).
Très proche de la mer ce qui est très apréciable.

Super vacances dans un lieu agréable et calme à quelques minutes de la plage. Super contact avec les propriétaires RAS .👌 La prochaine fois je prendrai plus de jour, c'était un séjour trop court.

La maison est confortable, très bien équipée, et très bien située à proximité d'une très belle plage accessible à pied. La description sur Abritel est conforme à la réalité. L'urbanisation est peut être un peu trop dense dans ce quartier de Belfond, à notre goût !
En tout cas nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison.

Très agréable séjour
La description et les photos du site correspondent exactement à la réalité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le charme de cette maison créole qui allie tradition et modernité. Le bois présent dans la majeure partie apporte une douceur reposante. La terrasse attenante à la cuisine a abrité nos soirées; de l'autre côté la piscine y était également très agréable. Les contacts avec Lydia ont été faciles et très cordiaux.

Petit nid martiniquais avec vue sur le diamant
C'était l'une des trois villas louées au domaine de Belfond pour loger les 27 personnes de notre famille durant 15 jours. Elle possède un charme bien à elle, avec son look de chalet, sa petite piscine sympa et sa superbe terrasse qui domine la baie de Ste Anne avec, au loin, le fameux rocher du diamant. Mention spéciale pour Lydia, la personne chargée de l'accueil sur place, très sympa, professionnelle et réactive aux petits problèmes du quotidien rencontrés qui ont été très vite résolus. Bravo. Je recommande !

VILLA TRES AGREABLE A PARTAGER
La villa est très bien conçue avec 3 chambres spacieuses, toutes équipées de douche et WC. La cuisine équipée (lave vaisselle et lave linge) ouverte sur la terrasse a été appréciée de tous. Mais le top, c'est la piscine bien exposée et le calme du quartier, le tout à 400 métres de la mer. Je recommande vivement cette villa. Merci à Mme CORLER pour son accueil le dimanche soir à plus de 22h et sa disponibilité.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Petit déjeuner offert.
La semaine passé sur place a été fortement agréable. Très bien situé et facile d'accès. Nous nous rendions à la plage à pied aisément.
Propriété bien entretenu (pelouse, piscine et propriété propre à notre arrivée). Pisciniste et gestionnaire disponible et réactifs.
L'exposition au soleil était très agréable sur la piscine en journée, la terrasse donne une belle vue sur le rochet du Diamant et le couché de soleil.
Je recommande cette villa.

Maison idéale pour des vacances reussies
Grande maison de type créole, propre et fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié les 3 chambres avec salle d'eau et toilettes respectives, la terrasse pour prendre les repas et profiter de la vue sur la mer et le rocher du Diamant ( superbes couchers de soleil) et bien sûr la piscine indispensable pour les fins de journées au retour de la plage ou de balades alors qu'il fait encore chaud et déjà nuit..
Située dans un quartier agréable, calme et fleuri à 10 mn à pied de la plage de la pointe Marin, plage sympa plutôt familiale et beaucoup moins touristique que sa voisine des Salines.
A proximité , 20 mn à pied, le typique village de Sainte Anne ou l'on trouve tous commerces d'alimentation ( tres bonne boulangerie)restaurants et snacks.
Très bon contact avec les propriétaires et Lydia qui nous a très gentiment accueilli .
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et nous recommandons cette location pour familles ou amis.

We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a traditional bungalow near the quaint village of Saint Anne. My family and I stayed here this past Christmas and New Year's, and truly enjoyed our stay. Pros include:
--The terrace, which has a lovely view of the ocean and the "Diamond Rock." We ate all of our meals and spent much of our time here, and it really enhanced our stay.
--The pool, which, though small, kept our three boys entertained and cooled off.
--The fact that this house had a real "island bungalow feel." This house is not fancy, but we felt that it was charming. The (basic) kitchen opens on to the patio and has an ocean view, and there are two bedrooms in the basement. There is air conditioning in the basement, but none in the bedroom on the main floor, which could be an issue at night.
--You can walk a nice beach, and "Les Salines," which we learned is one of the best beaches on Martinique, is a short car trip away.
--Saint Anne--This is a very cute village, within walking distance --about 30 minutes.
--The owners of the property provided excellent customer service and always emailed us promptly regarding questions or payment, and there was a woman on Martinique who is the on-site manager, and can help with any problems while there.

Séjour mitigé mais agréable !
La description générale correspond aux photos mais malheureusement l'état général et la propreté ne sont pas au niveau attendu.
La climatisation dans une chambre en panne l'entretien non effectué,
Le frigidaire en fin de vie, le lave-vaisselle ne lave pas bien,
La machine à laver fonctionnait bien,
L'aspirateur HS,
Points positifs :
L'hôtesse a été très efficace pour régler les problèmes très rapidement.
La piscine et le jardin très bien entretenus,
L'emplacement très bien,
L'espace intérieur très bien.
Remarques :
- l'accroche du battant de la cuisine est à consolider pour une question de sécurité,
- l'accroche du ballon d'eau chaude est a vérifier.

bien entretenue, piscine discrètement située sur l'arrière de la maison.
cependant, une moustiquaire à la chambre du RDC ne serait vraiment pas inutile.
