Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, swimming pool 4m X 8m. Pool and garden maintenance included in the price. In a very quiet residence, on the heights of Petit-Bourg, villa with 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine: bedroom 1 with 160 bed, adjoining bathroom, French window overlooking the garden; bedroom 2 with 140 bed, bedroom 3 with two 90cm bunk beds (2m long). Large covered terrace; lighted deck allowing you to enjoy the evenings for a long time! In a very quiet residence, on the heights of Petit-Bourg, villa with 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine: bedroom 1 with 160 bed, adjoining bathroom, French window overlooking the garden; bedroom 2 with 140 bed, bedroom 3 with two 90cm bunk beds (2m long). Très bon séjour, on recommande.
La maison correspond au descriptif et est située dans un environnement calme.
Accueil au top (ti punch offert, on a apprécié après 8 heures de vol !). Disponibilité et réactivité du propriétaire en cas de problème.
Rien à redire, on a passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un agréable moment, la maison est très agréable , bien équipé. Extérieur, piscine , jardin et terrasse très bien entretenu. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans cette villa parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Elle est spacieuse, confortable, très bien équipée, aucune promiscuité même à 6 personnes. Très bien située, elle permet de rayonner dans toute la Guadeloupe, que ce soit sur Basse Terre ou Grande Terre. Très bon accueil de Monsieur Pontonnier qui loge dans une dépendance à côté de la maison, il est à l'écoute, disponible mais discret et de très bon conseil.
Nous avons adoré la terrasse avec accès direct sur la piscine, qui nous était exclusivement réservée, le coin apéro ainsi que la grande table familiale pour les repas en extérieur. Piscine et jardin parfaitement entretenus par le propriétaire. Aucun vis à vis, la villa est entourée de végétation luxuriante.
En résumé, nous reviendrons !

We had the bad luck that the water distribution agency had a bigger problem than normal so we had for almost 4 days no water. JeanFrancois has been keeping us up to date and tried to accommodate us. Despite this water issue we stayed since we liked the place very much.

Private and Conveniently located
Very nice house located in a quiet resort. The location is perfect for

Au calme, un endroit idéal à proximité de beaucoup de sites à visiter. Nous avons profité au maximum de la piscine et de la terrasse. Un cadre génial pour oublier le tumulte de la vie parisienne. Jean François, le propriétaire, est accueillant et bienveillant. Je recommande vivement cette location. La Guadeloupe nous manque déjà!

Excellent séjour à Petit Bourg dans cette villa de style créole
Nous avons passé le réveillon du passage à l'an 2019 en Guadeloupe à Petit-Bourg.
Une belle villa créole située à l'entrée de la forêt tropicale, nous étions 4 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants. Calme, propreté, très bien équipée, spacieuse avec une belle piscine régulièrement nettoyée par le propriétaire, un homme charmant. Les oiseaux qui nous accompagnent au petit déjeuner, le chant des grenouilles le soir, c'est dépaysant et reposant à la fois. Situation idéale pour visiter Basse-Terre sans faire trop de kilomètres, et à proximité des commerces . Nous recommandons cette location.

Magnifique, agréable et confortable
Notre séjour d'une petite dizaine de jour dans la location de M. Pontonnier s'est merveilleusement bien passé. C'est une belle villa spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée dans un écrin de verdure. La piscine est de bonnes dimensions et très bien entretenue.
La situation géographique de la villa est idéale pour découvrir cette magnifique île !
M. Pontonnier est présent, très disponible et de bon conseil, tout en étant discret. Une relation de réelle confiance que nous avons vraiment appréciée. Nous recommandons vivement cette location dans laquelle nous espérons pouvoir revenir prochainement !

2ème année consécutive que nous louons cette villa qui à tous les atouts pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. La description et les photos sont totalement conformes à la réalité. La situation idéale pour visiter les deux parties de l'île, la beauté des lieux et le confort de cette maison créole sont autant d'atouts pour passer des vacances inoubliables !! Villa idéalement située pour ceux qui souhaite se balader et profiter de toutes les richesses qu'offre la Guadeloupe.
Vous serez très bien accueilli par le propriétaire, Jean-François pourra vous donner des conseil et les lieux à visiter.
La villa est très bien configurée et vous trouverez une magnifique piscine sans vis à vis.
Je vous recommande vivement cette villa car elle est spacieuse, très bien équipée, climatisée, aucun bruit jour comme de nuit et une grande terrasse couverte.

Villa spacieuse, parfaitement aménagée et très agréable à vivre . Tout est conforme à la description soignée de l'annonce . Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus et la terrasse couverte autorise repas midi et soir même sous forte chaleur . Le propriétaire est d'une présence discrète et attentionnée. Location parfaite et irréprochable dans laquelle nous reviendrons avec plaisir et que nous saurons recommander, idéalement située pour découvrir la Guadeloupe ..voiture indispensable....

Belle Villa
Belle maison, tout-à-fait conforme à la description. Propre, mobilier agréable, très bien équipée, et environnement calme.
L'accueil très chaleureux (fruits, ti-punch, eau fraîche...). Le soir, la piscine bien éclairée est un régal. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (2 mois). Je vous recommande vivement cette location, où des l'instant que vous arriverez, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Nous pensons vivement y revenir.

Superbe villa pour vacances inoubliables !
Nous avons passé 10 jours (2 adultes et 2 ados) dans cette villa au confort et entretien irréprochables. Piscine, jardin et terrasse couverte très agréables. La situation est parfaite pour ceux qui voudront découvrir l'ile. Vous ne serez pas déçus et en plus Mr Pontonnier est de très bons conseils : ... merci pour la nage avec les tortues !
