Located in Sussex Inlet, this lovely villa for $261 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to Sea-renity a beautiful waterfront property situated on the Sussex Inlet waterways. Boating, fishing and sking enthusiasts will love the property complete with a private jetty and slipway accessible via the drive through garage. Fishing on your own jetty, boating from your backyard, The Basin and Swan Lake are close by for water-skiing. Beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafe's, the RSL club, local cinema, local shops and IGA supermarket. Beautifully furnished with 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen with French door fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice and dishwasher. The property has a 65" Smart TV. DVD player with large selection of DVDs or if you prefer sign onto your own Netflix account as internet is included. The accommodation can sleep up 11 people. It has 3 bedrooms with built in wardrobes, Bedroom 1 with Queen bed of which one has an en-suite and Smart TV, Bedroom 2 with Queen bedroom with TV/DVD and Bedroom 3 with Double low bunk with single on to. Family bathroom with separate toilet. In the living area there is 1 double sofa bed. There is laundry with washer and dryer (we provide washing powder and softener) with a washing line in the back garden which overlooks the water. A large sunroom with bar fridge, 2x sun loungers and another sofa bed. Outside covered deck with wicker table and chairs, and a 4 burner barbecue. Linen is included, please REMEMBER to bring your own towels. Keys will be located in Key Safe, code will be provided on arrival. Keys have coloured dots to identify which door they open. There is 3 Kayaks and life jackets and 5 bikes for your use at your own risk. Please use hose pipe to rinse down after use and put back where u find them. In the winter months there is a fire pit and the log combustion fire for you to enjoy. Fire pit, BBQ and combustion fire must be emptied and cleaned and house to be left as you found it, to avoid additional cleaning fees.

Excellent house with easy access to the water for the boat, facilities were excellent with kayaks and bikes for us to use. Great fishing, beach neat by, well situated for local shops, we had an absolutely fabulous time.

My husband, children and families attended. The children ranging in age from 6 - 12 loved the ducks and the kayaks. Adults enjoyed the chance to catch up with each other having come some from afar.

The place was in a perfect area with access to the water. It however wasn't as clean as i hoped, the place needed a bit of a going over when we first got there, mainly the floors. It was comfortable!

Thanks for the amazing stay Everything was there that we needed for a comfortable stay even on a rainy day there was plenty around the house to do to keep the kids amused. The boys loved the jetty to throw a line in I don't think they moved from there our whole stay and the toddler loved that he could splash in the water the kayaks were also a big hit. We will definitely return next year 😃

The moment we walked through the door we were amazed by the view that was before us, a huge waterfront backyard with its own private jetty & a welcoming & comforting family, dining room & kitchen. There was plenty to do at sea-renity - fishing, prawning, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, sunbathing, playing board games & quizzes on tv. We can't wait to come back again & continue making memories with family and friends. I will highly recommend this accommodation with family & friends.

Great house, lots of things to do. Our kids enjoyed canoeing, feeding the ducks, Nintendo Wii, monopoly and fishing. Our puppies loved the backyard. However, the neighbour hood seemed very dangerous. While our kids were riding the bikes in the streets, an SUV with young teenage boys went passed, shouting and honking at our girls. Also when we were fishing at the jetty (3 mins away from the property next to Fisherman’s paradise), a group of teenage & adult males on boat dragged our fishing lines on purpose, swearing at us. They were saying offensive and racist words at us. We loved your property as we had a wonderful short holiday, however the neighbourhood seems dangerous. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to Sussex inlet. Thank you Elaine for accepting us and responding so quickly when we needed your help. Take care.

Property was clean, easy to access, very pet friendly. Location is close to town, amenities on the property are plentiful and well suited for families. Will stay there again, enjoyed the short break and everything that was on offer.

Great place to stay, walking distance to shops. Heaps of different things to keep kids amused while the adults chill out. Everyone loved fishing from the jetty as well as the fire pit. Definitely recommended.

It wasnt as described in writing the house layout, couldnt even try to sit outside in backyard without getting complained about, furniture was outdated and needed to wash sheets and linen as they smelt and looked scrubby, even cups and plates smelt and looked like not been washed before put away, needed to give it a full clean before we sat and even tried to relax, wouldnt go back there , prob nice for an elderly couple only

My Husband and I just recently stayed here, and what can I say, it was absolutely beautiful. We were so impressed with the cleanliness. We took our 2 dogs and it was the first time we have taken them both on a holiday, we thought it was the greatest pet friendly holiday house and both our dogs loved it. This house felt like home and we did a lot of relaxing. Overall, we could not fault this property, we would love to stay here again in the future!

Linen needs to be better quality needs to be updated wearing out disappointed the pillows were lumpy/ terrible - glad we bought our own. Pull out sofa bed in lounge (just springs no mattress comfort) there needs to be a portable mattress available to place on top we used 8 blankets to get some comfort for my son. House only set up for two couples & kids - sleeping 11 ? Was a relaxing space/atmosphere for our family to celebrate my husbands 60th Hope my feed back helps.

What a find! Beautifully clean house by the water. Lovely, peaceful, calm place with everything you need (except Nespresso machine - we took our own). Saw ducks and kangaroos. Definitely recommend

We had an amazing stay at Sea-Renity. The house is absolutely beautiful and the views are spectacular. Plenty of room for the whole family and more. The house is well equipped for the guests and has a nice homely feeling. We all enjoyed the kayaks and bikes. Very short trip to the local shops and club. This property is a must stay for all families and fishing enthusiasts. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Loved our 10 days here. The house and setting was perfect for a relaxing family break and we made use of the kayaks around the inlet. Great that the owner allowed our big dogs and really appreciated this. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area, especially if you are taking your pets with you.,

House is well appointed with heater, dishwasher, great views, good size yard and jetty. Beds were okay. Mattress in bunk room could be thicker. Had kayaks and bikes, logs for fire. Not much in the way of fish in the canal if you like fishing. There are instructive notes everywhere and you get charged a cleaning fee on top of the rental (even though instructed to leave the house clean or get charged extra...)
