Situated in North Redington Beach, this attractive condo for $143 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Check out my other condo VRBO Listing #293910 (2 room and 2 bathroom) This studio condo which is perfect for singles or couples, contains one full bath with open living area with a King bed, sofa and 43" flat screen tv with roku & cable. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, a full refrigerator, coffee maker/kuerig and full complement of pots, pans and dishes. Unit 109 is a lovely tropical corner condo on the first floor adjacent to the courtyard and heated pool where you will also find the community gas grill. The New Orleans themed courtyard and beautiful landscaping provide the perfect setting for a relaxing day by the heated pool. Free wireless internet has been added, so you can enjoy your laptop while lounging by the pool. The beach is a two minute walk across the street. The Royal Orleans is located at 16333 Gulf Blvd in Redington Beach, eight miles south of Clearwater and eight miles north of St. Pete Beach. Local bars featuring live music and fine and casual dining at reasonable prices are within walking distance. I recommend the Conch Bar. The trolly runs on Gulf Blvd from Clearwater to St. Pete for $4.50 all day on and off service. We have stayed at several condos in this complex and this is one of the nicest. It is affordable and in good proximity to the things we want to do - very close to the beach and walkable to some nice restaurants. The host supplied some toiletries and coffee (very nice!) and best of all, a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was nice and warm even when the weather wasn't! Thank you!

Condo was well equipped with anything we needed to enjoy the beach experience. The walk to the beach was very easy. The beach itself was absolutely amazing, and there was so much room to relax and not be crowded by others. 5 stars. We will definitely be back!!!

Location is good. Literally 2 min across Gulf Blvd to beach. Comfortable bed, pillows and love seat. Best part for people flying in, beach equipment and towels are provided!! Beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and a few toys. Loved it! The room is basically a hotel room but there is room to move. Kitchen is tiny but has everything you need. Great communication with owners. Common area and pool are very nice with lovely lamp posts to provide light in the evening. This property is not high end but they have thought of everything, are friendly, it's safe, great location and wonderful value.

A place is usually never as good as imagined but this one was better!! It was nice and clean and had everything needed for the beach (loved the wagon). It was a really safe and quiet area with lots of restaurants close by. The beach was absolutely beautiful and a short walk as promised. I hope to be back soon.

I can't express enough how satisfied I was with this experience over all. Everything was as advertised. A cute little condo for a couple to escape too. It had everything you'd need that you didn't realize you'd need. The beach was a total of 2 mins away, the neighborhood was beyond amazing. I intend to return :)

We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Orleans. The pool wasn’t as heated as I like but we had decent weather to enjoy the beach. The room could use some updating but it was a nice little room for an affordable price. The area is nice and not overcrowded. A very short walk to the beach and all of the necessities in the room that you would need. We will definitely consider staying here again.
