First floor apartment close to central Salcombe, sleeping six guests in three bedrooms. 13 Combehaven is the first-floor apartment within a luxury gated development only a short walk from Salcombe’s restaurants, pubs, upmarket shops and beautiful waterfront. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps six. There is an open plan kitchen / lounge / dining room with a modern granite kitchen, coal-effect gas fire, six-person dining table, two generous sofas and a twenty-five-foot-long balcony. Outside table and chairs are available, with wonderful views over the town to Batson Creek. 13 Combehaven is a lovely apartment for couples and small families wanting to be close to the heart of Salcombe. Amenities: AEG induction hob and oven, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and built-in microwave. Flat screen Sky Glass TV with Sky Cinema and Sky Sports. Broadband Wi-Fi. Baby friendly: Travel cot, highchair, microwave, children's crockery and cutlery and toys, toddler step and potty training seat. Parking for two cars - one in covered car park and one in courtyard. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided. Note: Due to the size of the living area, this property may not be suitable for six adults. Strictly No Smoking Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea? Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens.
