Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung mit kleinem Garten!
Der Vermieter, Mathieu, war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden mit Getränken und einer Tüte Chips für die Kinder sehr nett empfangen. Man hat sich auf Anhieb mit ihm Verstanden. Meistens sprachen wir einen Mix aus Englisch und Französisch. Es war sehr witzig.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Den hauseigenen Gemeinschaftspool haben unsere Kinder täglich genutzt.
Antibes ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Von der Wohnung aus konnten wir bequem die Städte Nice, Monaco und St. Tropez erreichen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Wonderful accomodation
Everything was excelent. The aparament is very nice and you have everything you need. You can see the sea from the apartament. The swimming pool is in front of the apartment. Is very well located not too far from the sea and shops. The host is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment!

Sylvie et Mathieu sont des hôtes très chaleureux et discrets. Tout était prêt pour notre arrivée. Appartement conforme aux photos. Bel appartement très bien entretenu, d'une propreté remarquable, Sylvie et Mathieu ont pris en compte les critères de désinfection" compte tenu de la crise sanitaire. Mon amie et moi-même avons passé un agréable séjour au calme, nous avons pu profiter de la magnifique piscine semi olympique ! Belle terrasse avec petit jardin qui permet l'accès direct à la piscine ! Belle literie très confortable, parking privé, tout y est ! Je regrette juste une petite chose , un transat ! Mise à part cela il n'y a rien à redire et nous envisageons d'y revenir l'année prochaine entre amies. Nous remercions Sylvie et Mathieu pour leur gentillesse, leur écoute et disponibilité. Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, très calme malgré la proximité de la piscine.
Literie de bonne qualité. Le barbecue le soir sur la terrasse est très agréable.

We had such a great time staying at Sylvie and Mathieu’s apartment it was perfect for all our family needs! The swimming pool is huge and we had endless fun using it! Everything from the booking process to checking out was easily communicated and simple! Thank you for letting us stay here and for all the great memories we have made!

Parfait pour profiter de la Cote
Appartement fonctionnel, résidence soignée, accès piscine comme piscine privée, équipements complets, excellente adresse. Seul bémol (propriétaires malheureusement pas responsables) est le fait de ne pas pouvoir jouer avec une balle à la piscine, même si personne ne s'y trouve.

We stayed with our two girls in this appartement for 10 days and we had a great stay! Easy acsess to the pool, with a little nice outdoorspace of you own. Closed safe enviroment for the kids. Easy acsess to supermarkets, big or small, beaches and Antibes. We had our own car with us and drove along the riviera during this time visiting friends amongst other things and we really appreciated the easy acsess to bigger roads.

Excellent Property
Spacious apartment and well equipped. Car parking available but we (2 adults, 3 kids) walked everywhere for our full stay and had no problem getting around. About 1km walk to beach and to train station. There is a shuttle bus (line 30/31) that stops just outside the complex too.

A comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings
Matthieu and Sylvie were charming and helpful hosts. The apartment was just as described and was well-equipped, bright, very clean and comfortable. The surroundings were very peaceful during our February stay. The small garden was delightful giving direct access to the large pool. The location was good for visiting Cannes, Nice and of course the centre of Antibes. Locally, a supermarket and pizza restaurant were within walking distance. Parking was available next to the apartment for our hire car. We aim to stay again in the future.

Appartement spacieux et très propre dans une résidence bien située. Le rez de jardin avec accès direct à la piscine est vraiment appréciable, de même que la possibilité d'utiliser le bbq sur la terrasse. Mathieu et Sylvie sont des hôtes charmants et accueillants qui se sont montrés très souples sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Une très bonne adresse à Antibes, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Très satisfait
Grace au conseil de Sylvie et son accueille très chaleureux nous avons passé un super séjour. Emplacement très pratique avec la piscine en plus, rien à redire sur la propreté, et les petits cadeaux d’accueil ont été très appréciés ! Si nous devons retourner sur Antibes nous reprendrons contact avec plaisir.

Excellent apartment with a lovely pool complex
Very clean and well appointed apartment. Mathieu made us feel very welcome.
The pool complex is great and so easy to access, our children loved it.
It is located within 20 minute walk to the beach, but there is a regular bus service. Well located for trips to Monaco and Cannes, with good transport links.

Appartement tout confort
Appartement idéalement situé à proximité d'un supermarché, à 5mn du centre ville d'Antibes et Juan les Pins, 15mn de Cannes et 30mn de Nice. Hôtes très sympathiques et accueillants qui ont mis tout le confort dans le logement jusqu'aux plus petites attentions pour qu'on passe un excellent séjour. Location adaptée pour les enfants en bas âge avec petit lit et chaise bébé installés à la demande ainsi que des verres et assiettes en plastique dans les placards. L'appartement bénéficie d'une terrasse avec un salon de jardin idéal pour les apéros le soir et un barbecue ainsi que d'une table pour dîner dehors.
Il y a un accès direct depuis la terrasse à la piscine qui ouvre jusqu'à 21h!
Malgré le fait que l'on soit en rez de jardin et face à la piscine, c'est très calme, pas du tout bruyant et les voisins sont sympathiques.

Perfect stay!
We really enjoyed our summer holidays in Mathieu´s and Sylvie`s appartement. We were cordially received and Mathieu showed us everything we needed to know for our 14-day stay. The appartment itself was very clean and we felt like checkin-in a hotel (fresh linen and towels on each bed, cold water and wine). The appartement was big enough for our family (the two of us and our three kids aged 8, 4 and 2). We spent most of the time on the beautiful terrace from where you can see the pool and even the sea. Especially our kids loved the pool, which was clean and never too crowded. The appartement is perfectly located for trips along the beautiful Cote d´Azur (Cannes, Nizza and Grasse are only a short drive away). Mathieu and Sylvie are perfect and very helpful hosts and we definitely would recommend a stay in their property.

Matthieu und Sylvie sind supernette Gastgeber. Ihn Ihrem Appartement fühlt man sich sofort zuhause, die traumhafte Lage und der schönste Urlaubsort tun ihr übriges. Wir kommen seit Jahren nach Antibes in den Urlaub und werden ganz sicher im nächsten Jahr auch wieder in diesem Appartement wohnen. Danke für eine schöne Zeit.
Matthieu et Sylvie sont de très bons hôtes. Vous vous sentez immédiatement chez vous dans votre appartement, l'emplacement fantastique et la plus belle station de vacances font le reste. Nous sommes venus à Antibes pendant des années en vacances et nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine dans cet appartement. Merci pour ce bon moment.

Perfect place to stay !
We felt at home from the moment we entered the flat. We found nice rooms and furnitures in a modern style and all was very clean. There is a beautiful terrace and a small garden from where we had direct access to the impressive swimming pool. It was perfect as we were always close by to have a good look on our kids.
The location is perfect to start your trips to Nice, Cannes, Monaco, St. Tropez (only to name some), but it was also only a short drive for us to reach the beaches of Antibes & Juan Les Pins.
Mathieu was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning, accepting an early check-in, surprising us with a welcome pack (with water, wine, coffee, chips, etc.) and giving us some valuable information for our planned trips.
We can really recommend this object and would definitely book it again.

Nice apartement for families
Thank you Sylvie & Mathieu for a wonderful stay at your apartement. We (parents, grandma and kids aged 9 & 11) enjoyed the quiet location, brightly and comfortably furnished superclean apartment and familyfriendly huge pool. We recommend the apartment to families (even up to 6 persons -the couch can be modified in seconds into a fullsize twinbed) or a couple. A car is practical to have (or a bike) to get around but the parkingspace is located just across the house entrance and a Casino Supermarket is a 20min walk away...downhill and uphill. Short in Finnish: Tämä huoneisto oli aivan mahtava, siisti ja viehättävä, hyvä hinta-laatu-suhde. Tutustuminen autolla alueen nähtävyyksiin sujuu täältä hyvin. Isäntäpari oli todella avuliaita ja sydämellisiä, englannilla pärjää hyvin. Suosittelemme!
