This three bedroom duplex is located between both Shoal Bay Beach and Little Beach, walking distance to Shoal Bay shops, Resort and Spa and restaurants. Relax and enjoy a drink and BBQ in the cosy courtyard or wander up to Wests Diggers for dinner and sports bar. This property is ideal for couples or families. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and one bedroom and bathroom downstairs. We also rent 1/10 Catalina Close so multiple families can book both properties. This property is only catered to sleep 6 people. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - 2 x Trio Bunks (Double underneath/ Single above) Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, please contact the office for pricing. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. Property Notes: Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does not have Wi-fi. Parking: Single Carport + Single Driveway Lift: No Notes: By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. A very clean and looks to be recently refurbished property, walkable to the beach, and a 5 minute drive to Nelson Bay town centre. The letting agents are fantastic to deal with and friendly. Great layout as well. One issue - no internet, although I use my phone as a hotspot so I am fine. Has 4G reception, was a bit slow at times.

Great location and accommodation needs to have the ant problem sorted as it was difficult to store food as no pantry in kitchen so had to leave food on bench Needs aircon as quite hot at night Bottom floor bed needs replacing as the springs dig in your back Would stay there again though

Great place to stay in, very central to the beach and other locations. Just needs an update in the kitchen, with a new oven, pots/pans and a few more salad bowls.

Everything was OK but the BBQ. The house was clean and tidy. The gas bottle was empty so we went to exchange it for a filled one but after connecting, the BBQ was faulty and couldn't use it.
