Casa Martins is an absolutely stunning three bedroom beautifully furnished house right on the waterfront, the property has a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. The living area opens out to a large alfresco screened verandah with outdoor furniture which overlook the magnificent waterways of Salamander Bay. There is a three-way bathroom that has two separate showers and toilets that open out onto a shared vanity area, split system air conditioning and a BBQ that is stored in the garage area.This property would have to be one of the best positioned properties in the area as it is protected by the all the winds, bring the jet ski, bring the pillow or just lay back on a sunlounge and be memorised by the peace and tranquility this holiday will give you. Please note there is a house being built next door. There may be construction noise during your stay during normal work permit hours.
