About this condo rental
Nestled in Manigod, this lovely condo for $121 per night is a great option for your next break. We rent our apartment on the neck of the cross fry. The apartment has been completely renovated this summer. The apartment has been rated 3 stars by the office furniture tourism. For hikers our friends: the departure of the Beauregard plateau at the foot of the residence, the massive spreading the Sulens, Mount charvin, and all roads in the area are for you. For our cycling friends: the neck of the Fry crosses the Col des Aravis, the colombière, bike path around the lake of Annecy and many other delight you. (Possibility of having a foot shop in the garage) sporting events to come: the cyclo Grand Bo (road), the rock of the Alps (ATVs) and the trails KV The apartment has a separate bedroom, shower room and separate WC The kitchen is new with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave The ski slopes are 3 minutes walk A private garage is available as well as an outdoor parking space. Superbe séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nicolas. Le logement est facile d'accès, sécurisé, au calme avec une vue magnifique très appréciable au réveil. Le service du petit déjeuner est top aussi. Nous avons aussi apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité et les bonnes adresses de Nicolas, encore merci pour tout.

Excellent séjour
Joli appartement, tres bien équipé et propre.
Seul petit bemol est l'absence de superette accessible à pieds de l'appartement mais il y a un sherpa a 5 minutes en voiture.
Et une livraison du pain le matin a votre porte très agréable !
Nicolas est très disponible et repond a toutes vos questions très rapidement !! Merci encore

Super petit appartement très bien situé, de nombreuses randonnées partent de la location, les seuls bruits ambiants sont le son des cloches des vaches qui résonnent et le chant des oiseaux, top pour se ressourcer ! Assez calme malgré le nombre de logements autour. Propriétaires très arrangeant et sympathiques! Nous reviendrons ! Merci :)

Week end ski parfait
Tout a été parfait et cela malgré une réservation de dernière minute.
L'appartement correspond bien à l'annonce, il était nickel et équipé de tout ce dont on a besoin pour la vie quotidienne.
L'accueil de Nicolas a également été parfait même avec 10 cm de neige à l'arrivée! Sa disponibilité tout au long du week end a été très appréciable.

Petit coin de montagne très agréable
Notre séjour à Manigod s'est très bien passé, station agréable avec un domaine skiable tout à fait correct. L'appartement était conforme à la description, très bien situé, pratique bien équipé, propre et joliment décoré, la vue sur la montagne depuis le balcon est appréciable. Excellent contact avec Nicolas, avant pendant et après le séjour. Je recommande.

Odeur très forte d’humidité et d’égout dans le couloir de la résidence.
Chambre trop petite et une odeur d’égout dans les toilettes est très présente.

Logement conforme à la description. Propre, neuf, très fonctionnel, à 2 min des pistes avec Garage et local a ski. Super neige. Pistes pour débutants et plus aguerris à proximité.

Super week-end
Très bon appartement pour partir quelques jours à la montagne, situé près des pistes de ski, d'un loueur de matériel et de restaurants dans une station très familiale et agréable. Tout le nécessaire du quotidien est disponible dans l'appartement. Le propriétaire se rend très disponible et à l'écoute tout au long du séjour si besoin. Parfait !

Great location, Great host!
Located just a few minutes away from the slopes of the Manigod ski rest, this apartment was perfect for our long weekend ski trip. Making it even better, Nicolas was a very helpful host, really putting in the extra mile to help us out.

Accueil chaleureux, le propriétaire veille à ce que le séjour se déroule de la meilleure des manières.
L’appartement est équipé et très agréable, tout cela en étant très bien situé pour des randonneurs.
Je recommande vivement cette location.

Au cœur du massif des aravis, à la croisée des chemins
A part le temps cette semaine, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Les propriétaires sont très sympa, accueillant , a l écoute (prêt de luge..), appartement refait à neuf, très joli, fonctionnel , déco sympa, balcon bien exposé
Station de ski agréable familiale . Possibilité de ballades à pieds ou en raquettes quand le temps ne permet pas de skier . Pistes de ski à 300 m mais il faut descendre la route ( ça glisse) . Avec 3 enfants peu pratique , nous avons donc laisse la voiture sur le parking en bas de la résidence avec les skis à l’interieur juste à côté des pistes ( sinon possibilités de louer des casiers au magasin de location de ski mais 1euro 50 par jour et par équipement
Le seul point négatif peut être est l absence de commerce (supérette) , il faut anticiper les courses mais dépôt de pain à 500 m
N oubliez pas les chaînes indispensables pour monter ou descendre de la résidence
