Fully self contained accommodation ideal for 2 families (max 10 including children) or Maximum 8 adults YOU NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN BED SHEETING AND BATHROOM TOWELS all beds have quilts and pillows DUCTED R/C Air Conditioning heating/cooling throughout . 10 meter pontoon (shared). You can moor your boat. Short walk to the crystal clear waters of North Beach. Safe swimming beach ideal for young children. Great fishing destination all year round. Perfect for relaxing. Only minutes drive to the Wallaroo jetty and Town Centre. BEDROOM 1--- downstairs has queen bed and a cot BEDROOM 2--- upstairs has queen bed BEDROOM 3--- upstairs has queen bed, single bed and a single mattress in cupboard 2nd LIVING AREA upstairs-- has a double sofa bed GROUND FLOOR --open plan kitchen/dining/living area with a Samsung Smart TV --fridge, microwave, gas stove top and electric oven, all crockery, --cooking utensils etc --laundry room with a washing machine and a large chest freezer and 2nd fridge --toilet room with shower and vanity basin UPSTAIRS --living area with a tv and dvd --sliding doors out to the huge balcony --bathroom with shower, bath, separate toilet room, separate vanity area freestanding double garage can park 2 cars bbq with hood outdoor coffee table and chairs fish cleaning facility $300 bond payment 2 nights minimum stay Long weekends 3 nights min stay Easter long weekend 4 nights min stay Mid December to end of January (5 nights minimum stay) Sorry no pets allowed Strictly no parties Non smoking inside Please note; this is a two storey home of a duplex, therefore, the pontoon is shared between both properties.

There were 7 of us and we were immediately impressed when we arrived at the premises. It was well appointed and the kitchen dining area had a great view of the water. Whilst we didnt have children there was a cot in one of the 3 bedrooms. There was a lounge area upstairs with tv and shred bathroom with separate toilet. Downstairs was the third bedroom also with a shower and toilet. There was another tv downstairs. The kitchen was well appointed. There was a generous garage separate to the house with front and rear access. Overall the property was comfortable and clean an we thoroughly enjoyed our stay😍

Over all the five of us enjoyed our stay . Just two suggestions from us .. it would be really great to have hooks on the back of the doors in bedrooms and bathroom .. we also needed an oven mit on occasions ..

This property was ideal for our family getaway, 3 couples and a child, enough space for everybody to enjoy. Was nice to be able to kayak in the marina even when it was too windy at the beach. Had everything we needed for a lovely weekend together

There were 10 of us from 4 different families, but the room configuration meant we all had our own space. The house was well stocked of everything you may need from crockery, blankets, white goods, pots pans etc. The aircon worked well, the showers were fabulous and the pontoon was a great place for the kids to fish, swim and catch crabs. We went to have a relaxing break with friends and it was perfect. The setting is only a short drive away from the shops, town and the beach. We will defo be back.

Excellent property. Clean spacious and stocked some essentials. Large BBQ but didn't use it as we were on the beach most days until after dark. Beer fridge and freezer also handy.

It's an absolutely amazing place to stay . Short walk to the beach. Some improvement is needed. We only have 3 tea towels which is not enough, more toilet paper and another colander is appreciated because there's only one. There are lots of pots and pans. We had so much fun catching crabs on the pontoon.

Host is very understanding and helpful. Beautiful big house as advertised. Plenty crockery, cutlery and glassware. The balcony and frontage access to the boat landings was a peaceful sight & view and very relaxing. A perfect location for a weekend getaway! Had a great stay we will certainly be going back.
