Pretty 2 rooms with south balcony 7th floor Douchka building for 2 to 4 people. 1 real room. Separate toilets. Bathroom with bathtub. Sheets and towels are provided. Dishwasher. Raclette machine, fondue and all the necessary dishes. 1 ski locker. Ski shop, supermarket, bakery at the bottom of the building. Ski school, medical center at 50m Easy access near the covered parking. To note station without car. Departure ski-in ski-out. The Owner welcomes you on site

Appartement parfaitement situé. État irréprochable et équipement complet même plus. Très jolie décoration qui donne une ambiance cosy. Modalités d’arrivée pratiques et claires qui facilitent l’installation. Excellente relation avec Brigitte très disponible. Excellent niveau de prestations pour ce charmant appartement.

Idéal pour un séjour à 4
Appartement très agréable : fonctionnel, chaleureux, très propre et idéalement situé dans la station. La communication avec la propriétaire ( très sympathique) est très facile et fluide.

Appartement très sympa pour un séjour à la montagne.
L’appartement et les équipements sont conformes à la description de l’annonce. Il est un peu excentre par rapport au cœur de la station à environ 5 minutes à pied. L’accès au téléphérique de Morzine est en revanche plus éloigné à 10 minutes à pied.

All good, very nice location, next to the parking Falaise and the slopes and restaurants/ supermarket. Beautiful view and Brigitte is a very nice host....thanks, we will come back :)

Très bien équipé.
Parfait pour 2 personnes.
L'emplacement est vraiment idéal à l'entrée de la station.
Nous y retournerions sans aucunes hésitations.

The apartment was great, warm and well equipped. The location is well situated very close to all amenities (bakery, grocery store, medical centre ! etc.). The douchske building is also very close to the green jump park behind the Saskia which leads to the proclou slope so there is no need for any long walks to the slopes, it is possible to ski from the entrance.

The apartment was great, warm and well equipped. The location is well situated very close to all amenities (bakery, grocery store, medical centre ! etc.). Très cosy et parfaitement situé
L'appartement est très agréable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, parfaitement équipé et fonctionnel. Il est idéalement situé, à l'entrée du village d'Avoriaz et à deux pas du parking couvert (très pratique pour décharger ses affaires étant donné que le village est entièrement piéton). En étage élevé, il bénéficie d'une superbe vue sur les montagnes et le village illuminé. Brigitte s'est montrée accueillante et très disponible. Nous reviendrons. A recommander!

Situation idéale pour les amateurs de glisse ou d'activités nordiques mais aussi pour l'accès facile et la proximité des commerces.
Appartement avec une très belle vue et ensoleillé, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût.
