Travel for work often, the bed and room at this hotel are good and clean. The room has what you need for an overnight stay. Location was good for business travel, on the main road so easy to find.

Location was good for business travel; however, it is on a busy road and the open layout on the floor where the rooms are causes a loud sound tunnel. This made it very load when your room is close to the end. And it is a converted building, so found the sound proofing not great. I have stayed at other locations of this brand and they are better.

So modern, which is such a rare thing for motels these days. It was spotless, comfortable and some great features. From lights that came on as we drove into the garage, the lift to one floor, the large flat screen TV, the exceptional kitchenette to the ultra modern bathroom with a large mirror with an magnifying mirror to one side with touch lighting around the mirror making it so easy to put on makeup… I loved everything about it. This is definitely a hidden gem. I would have loved to stay longer and I will definitely stay here again, next time we come to Gympie. Oh and our host was so helpful and friendly too.

Facilities were spotless and new. Everything you could need was there and working perfectly. Check in took less than two minutes. There was a little milk in the refrigerator that is always welcome, and some nice cookies.

The full mirror in the bathroom of room 18 is slightly convex, what makes you look fatter and shorter. Not a big deal, just saying that so you don’t worry 🙂

The location was perfect, next door to what seemed to be the cheapest petrol in Queensland. I was amazed at the quality of the rooms, the service rendered to us before we even got there and all the little extras, real coffee, everything we could possibly need in the morning in terms of toiletries and some extra. The bed was really comfortable. it's a great concept and works well. The shower was almost perfect. I can't believe how affordable this is and what you get for the cost - it's changing the motel game!

The soundproofing is not the best and you can see in the windows when the interior lights are on, you can shut the blinds though which we did. I would have liked more milk but I just ended up getting a drive through coffee. My partner enjoyed his coffee though. To be honest, I'm struggling to find negatives. We wanted a nice clean stopover on an epic roadtrip and we got so much more. Comfort, thoughtfulness, modern facilities and little touches of luxury.

The bed was nice and comfy, breakfast was delicious 😊

Other than hearing the traffic outside which is to be expected we were really happy.

Bit of noise been close to the road. No problem sleeping tho.

Rooms were very clean and surprisingly quite modern. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Decent sized rooms and there is a separate nook with powerpoints if you needed to work.

Just a little bit on the noisy side if you are in one of the rooms nearer the road, they do give you earplugs!

Rooms serviced and replenished daily. This is becoming rare.

fixtures are worn out and not working properly. door would not shut unless you slam it shut, shower head kept moving as clamp was worn and would not hold. stool covering is old and ratty, bench tops are marked and need to be sanded back and resurfaced.

Loved the rooms. Super clean everywhere. Fabulous bathroom & shower head. Great location across from plenty of places to eat. Undercover parking was much appreciated. Absolutely fantastic service & rooms !

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms smelled nice. I was pleasantly surprised with how the rooms were.

It was a bit loud if you are nearer the road. The little blue light on the bathroom mirror can be seen through the glass through to the bed. Just a little peeve as I like to sleep in complete darkness to shut my brain down.
