Das schlechteste Hotel was ich jemals gebucht habe!

Gar nichts! Es war dreckig und man wollte uns nicht helfen. Das Management war nicht bereit ins Hotel zu kommen um zu helfen.

Wir haben mit 3 Familien jeweils pro Familie eine Villa gebucht und wollten dort eine Woche unseren Urlaub verbringen. Es ist sehr weit weg vom Strand. Man zahlt pro Fahrt tagsüber 200 THB und abends 250 THB. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt, die Möbel kaputt, der Föhn total vergilbt, die Vorhänge dreckig, die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und Haare, die Handtücher waren gelb mit Flecken (selbst als man diese auswechseln wollte hatten die neuen Handtücher Flecken), auf der Toilette waren Haare und Dreck, im Pool schwammen Haare, der Hauptpool war milchig grün, die Auflagen hatten Flecken, die Terasse war dreckig und die Klimaanlage wurde nicht kalt und war von innen in allen Zimmern verschimmelt. Als wir mit dem Management sprechen wollten, war keiner bereit zu uns ins Hotel zu kommen. Am Telefon war die Kommunikation miserabel, da kaum englisch verstanden wurde. Man versuchte uns ab zu wimmeln. Man bot uns an am Ende zu stornieren, diese Anfrage haben wir dann über Booking gestellt, diese wurde dann vom Hotel abgelehnt. Seit dem (7 Tagen) antwortet weder das Hotel noch Booking! Wir mussten uns eine neue Unterkunft suchen und bleiben auf unseren Kosten sitzen.

Katastrophal / nicht zu Empfehlen / nie wieder !

Uns hat die Abreise aus diesem Hotel am besten gefallen.

Man weiß gar nicht wo man anfangen soll. Eine Suite gebucht. ( die keine ist ) Bei der Ankunft schon ein schlechtes Gefühl von der Optik. Die Bilder im Internet täuschen sehr. Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen. Von Sauberkeit keine Spur. Dreckige Bettlaken, Handtücher und verschimmelte Ventilatoren ( wenn funktionsfähig) . Nach Reklamation keine Besserung. Hotel Management war nicht anwesend und wollte nach Anruf vom Personal auch nicht vorbei kommen. Eine Gutschrift wurde uns telefonisch zugesprochen. Wir sollten uns über booking.com an das Hotel wenden. Jedoch erreicht booking.com das Hotel weder per Email noch per Anruf. Somit bleibt die Rückzahlung offen. Wir bleiben auf dem Geld sitzen. Zusätzlich mussten wir noch ein neues Hotel suchen und zahlen. Übernachten konnten man keineswegs in dem Zimmer. Wir können das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Das Hotel kann froh sein das wir die Bilder nicht hochladen

Hôtel de charme avec mini piscine privée

Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain avec baignoire et double douche, mini piscine en terrasse

Pour accéder à la chambre au sommet , la rampe est rude , déconseillé aux cardiaques et aux personnes âgées… 😅 Piscine avec un peu de vis à vis quand même….

Pleasant and comfortable. Nice setting and very quiet during the day.

The swim up pool is exactly what is needed in the hot days.

There was nowhere really to lie in the sun at your room. The bathroom isn’t very private but more so if you are up during the night you will disturb your partner as the light is bright with the glass between room and shower. Shuttle service was far too busy for return journey home. The cockerel starts at 1am, then 3, then 5 and 6.

Lovely relaxed stay

Shower and room otherwise was lovely - Netflix availability was a great option. Breakfast always had a good choice with each item replenished quickly. French Toast on one day was Lovely! Free transfers were great - always on time Pool access from the room was lovely.

The air conditioning was very loud - had to resort to using ear plugs. Transfer - maybe an earlier option in the morning - 9 am ? 11am is the earliest at the moment which doesn't get you to boat transfers in enough time. The 9.45 return one was sometimes crowded so maybe more frequent pick ups at night.

Great views - slightly farther from other hotels.

The hotel was in a very picturesque location. The view from the rooms (specially in the mornings) was very pretty. The pool was a nice one too.

The services could have been better. Also, there was a rate card for anything that gets damaged which was the first time i saw in the room. An accidental breakage of a place/glass also attracted a fine from the hotel. Location is about 2 km away from Aonang beach and one cannot walk it. Need to have a vehicle or rely on the hotel shuttle every 2 hours in the PM.

Dont book this hotel its only here to scam you with nice pictures, never seen such a bad management.

Worst hotel you can ever stay in. Absolutely dont book any of the pool “suites” as they call them. Unless you would like to have doors that cannot lock, a search light shining directly into the room without anything to get rid of the light. These rooms are so cheap they only use non transparent foil to cover the windows in the bathroom. Our AC made the sound of a loud exhaust. Instead of the luxury feeling these villas are cheap and poorly maintained.

The absolute worst is the staff. After not sleeping for the first night due to the light shining directly in the room. We wanted to leave. I asked the staff to pay for the one night we stayed in and get a refund for the other 2. First they said we cannot refund you you need to contact booking (blaming it on them) after contacting booking booking told me the hotel needs to arrange the refund with you. Then booking said the hotel does not want to refund or compensate you. When confronting the hotel i kept getting told the manager is not here, we cannot do anything for you. This went on for the next 2 days. When checking out i demanded to speak with the manager and get a refund or compensation for the bad room. Now for the best part, they contacted the tourist police and said you need to get a refund from the tourist police not from us. You see how crazy this hotel management is? They keep pawning it off to booking or another organizations while they are the only one who can arrange something. Only when i start talking to customers in the lobby they made it seem like they wanted to arrange something. Honestly the worst hotel management ever. Never book here.

Sauberkeit Und Ausstattung waren top! Personal war super freundlich. Großer pool

Lage war nicht in der Nähe vom Strand Oder nah an Restaurants. Aber das ist trotzdem kein wirklicher minus Punkt denn uns war dessen bewusst. Man sollte ein Roller vor Ort ( im hotel) mieten. Damit erreicht man dann innerhalb von 3min Restaurants, Strand, Bars. Also alles super easy. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Séjour anniversaire au top 👌🏼

L’emplacement est au calme malgré la route pas loin et la proximité d’Ao Nang, chambre immense, spacieuse, le Check out a été décalé d’une heure sans soucis. Personnel au top, navette gratuite pour aller en centre ville. Villa avec piscine magnifique

Rien à dire, ou juste il ne faut pas être surpris du bruit assourdissant des grillons/cigales qui provoquent un sifflement pas très agréable mais la nuit on ne les entend pas :)

Schöner erholsamer Kurzaufenthalt

Kleines nicht zu überfülltes Hotel, welchem dem Anspruch den wir hatten entsprochen hat. Distanz zum Trubel/Strand ist vorhanden, das muss man sich beim Buchen bewusst sein. Grosser Pool, gute Ausstattung, bequemes Bett.

Das WIFI könnte im Zimmer ein bisschen stabiler sein und für Personen mit Auto ist der Parkplatz doch eher klein gehalten.

Nice facility to take pictures with and if you’re looking for a comfortable but affordable places to stay!

Nice swimming pool, especially with the pool bar! Was able to take many instagamable pictures! The staffs were also really friendly and nice especially Alfred!

The hotel only gave us one key card which was a disappointment because we entered to a really hot room when the weather was really hot at that time.. so, we were not able to leave the air condition on when we were away for outside activities.. both rooms we booked also had drainage problems.. when we showered, the bathroom was filled with water..

Schönes Hotel aber leider weniger schöner Lage

Schöne große Zimmer, der Pool war schön und man konnte direkt vor Ort einen Roller mieten

Das Frühstück kann man sich sparen, die Lage ist nicht so toll man kann zu Fuß eigentlich nirgendwo hinlaufen da es direkt an der Hauptstraße ist und es gefährlich ist daher zu laufen + zu Fuß Sturm Strand wäre man bestimmt 40min unterwegs Also ist ein Roller eigentlich Voraussetzung

Hotel molt bonic i perfecte per anar amb parella

Teniem l’habitacio amb piscina i simplement espectacular, vistes molt xules i molt confortable. L’habitació era gran, practica i moderna. El personal encantador, ens han ajudat amb tot. Tot i que no estas al centre tenen un servei de trasfer gratuit a unes hores

L’esmorzar bastant pobre, pero compensa sobradament amb la resta.

El paraíso!

El hotel es una pasada! Nosotros cogimos la habitación con vistas a la piscina y con piscina propia y el tamaño es enorme!!!! La cama cómoda y gigante y el baño ni te digo. Desde la ventana ves las montañas. Para ir con la pareja es súper romántico y sexy!!! Te traen la comida a la habitación, alquilan motos y también te llevan gratis a la playa a ciertas horas.

La verdad que me gusto todo! Esta como a 15 min en taxi de Ao Nang beach.

Hotel needs renovation and an iron but stuff are nice

+ Big room + Pool + Breakfast is average but it changes everyday + Hotel staff were so friendly + Shuttle Tuk Tuk that drives you from the hotel to the beach

- Hard bed, woke up with neck pain - Hotel needs renovations. The view was not nice at all and looks nothing like the photos. - For a ‘resort’ it doesn’t really look like one. Entrance is not pretty at all. Renovation needs to be done on outside of restaurant and pool area. - There was a lot of dead insects in the pool. It needs to be cleaned more often. - No iron in the hotel!

Amazing quite hotel 5 minutes from loud centre.

Loved the room very spacious. Excellent staff! Very helpful. Rented bike and broke down so they come and got us an hour away free of charge! Although shuttle was every 2 hours when asked they dropped us to beach at any convenient time. Pool was amazing. Excellent cocktails. Overall fabulous peaceful relaxing hotel just 5 minutes from busy beach area.

Was a 5 minute journey to centre and no shuttle after 1230 if you did want to go out for session. But only 80 baht tut tut. Could of checked bike over before hired one but understand bikes do go wrong after 30000 miles.

quiet place, not so far from centre of street food and other shops, but it is better to have scooter free shuttle bus from hotel is another option, great pool, friendly staff

beautiful hotel & good value for money

all the staff were so happy & friendly from reception to the drivers & security.

the frogs when there had been a storm kept me awake but it’s no reflection on the hotel. they changed my room to a quieter spot so they were very helpful the hotel bar doesn’t open til 1pm or any music by the pool until then & supermarket is a 10 minute taxi away. bar should open 11am

location is a bit out of the city center BUT hotel offers shuttle bus so not big issue 👌

Excellent

They had various types of breakfast menu on their buffet. The room was so spacious and clean. They aslo offer a welcome drink. The staff was so helpful to arrange for us candlelight dinner at Hilltop restaurant. All the staff was so friendly and definitely will choose this place again even though it is a bit far from aonang beach around 15 minutes away.

Their tuk tuk service time can be more frequent every 1 hour rather than every 2 hours and they aslo can provide it in the morning.
