overall positive with the size and somewhat updated condition of unit, but maintenance issues with unit and lack of actual UBVR maintenance responsiveness was a problem.Door code to get into unit didnt work - since our arrival was after hours, it took answering service almost two hours with us having to make multiple calls to ultimately get us in via garage code. (way too much stress after a day of skiing) Dishwasher wasnt working and still not functioning even after "maintenance person" pressed the button and heard noise said it was fine. Unit doesnt clean dishes Think its the pump in the unit not working. sucked not having a functioning dishwasher.TVs were old and not working and not smart - one tv was on when we arrived but only way to turn off was pull plug. We were finally told there was a trick to turning on and off manually on back of tvs (One remote to main tv was missing and another didn't work). because of these issues had to watch playoff football games in one of the bedrooms.unit could use a new frying pan, spatula and can opener.

We have been renting non this complex for years, ~10. This unit provided some challenges not encountered in other units. As always, location, accessibility to activities is the best. Great table for gathering the family together for dinners but the kitchen utensils and equipment were subpar (hand mixer did not work, dishes with badly scratched glaze, no dish drainer, no counter top cleaner, missing serving platters). The unit had some issues reported to maintenance on our arrival that were not addressed (faucet leak in jet tub, non working hairdryer) during our stay. Second night there a woman showed up with a basket of towels stating we weren’t on her schedule! The abundance of air fresheners in the kitchen area had us leery of what they were masking. We moved them to the garage temporarily due to breathing issues they caused. On arrival, the coffee maker had left over grounds in the basket, cheerios on a dining room seat and crumbs between couch cushions. The rest of the condo appeared clean. Two days before checkout, we went for an enjoyable walk at the adjacent park only to return to find the entry door code was discontinued. We called The main number only to be sent to voicemail. No response for three hours. Thankfully the back porch door was unlocked. Overall, a comfortable place to visit with our daughters now living in Utah but could use some freshening.

A nice and comfortable stay for a 7 of us. We have 3 families. All 3 parents have our own bedrooms upstair while the boys have their own bedroom with bunkbeds and living space down in the basement. It was a perfect set up.

The description was a bit misleading. The fridge was much smaller than in the pictures, parking for 4 was extremely tight with the trash cans and other items in the garage. 3 of the bathrooms did not have working exhaust fans. The hot tub smelled very bad when we open the cover, we did not use it. The space was good as we had 11 people staying there. Couches were comfortable, location was spot on.

We have rented this exact place before. We arrived early and had to return at 4pm to be allowed in (just fine, it’s what the paperwork said. We were not upset). At 4pm we were told they’ll be done cleaning in 10 min. At 430pm they were just finishing up. Now we were starting to get a little grumpy. We walked in and there were still beer cans outside, and miscellaneous things unclean inside. We elected just to finish cleaning ourselves. Then on Xmas eve, someone opened our garage door. I was alarmed and came out. A woman said she was just getting the garbage can. Then at 10pm on Xmas day, she did it again! No advance warning. Just some random person opening and closing the garage door. 10pm on Xmas day was an unacceptable time. Tv didn’t work in the main room, no key to turn on the fireplace, but everything else was fine. We think they need to hire a new cleaning company. Oh and we were told not to call the management company unless it was an emergency due to the Xmas holiday. Then we were given a list of what an emergency entails. So we didn’t feel we had any recourse to fix our non-emergency issues.

Great location for Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton. Plenty of room for a large group. Larger vehicles will not fit in the garage, but will fit in the driveway. A little TLC would be helpful to tighten up some cabinet doors and fix a slow faucet leak. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay. We would stay here again.

The condo is centrally located to many ski areas, close to the airport and shopping. It came well equipped with linens, towels, utensils, plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc. However, if you are looking to cook, you will need to buy everything when it comes to food and I mean everything- salt, pepper, oil, etc.
You do have your own hot tub, but it is far from private.
The condo is very clean, but worn. Several lights do not work (or bulbs were out). Exhaust fans in a couple of the bathrooms do not work. The faucet to the jacuzzi tub in the master bath leaks. Loose cabinet doors and toilet paper holders. With that being said, the condo is worth the value.

The property was really nice overall, comfy beds and big bedrooms, lots of space for a big gathering! A few minor things like the master bathtub never stopped running hot water, and the basement toilet was hooked up to hot water, TP holders weren’t properly secured to the walls, but those aren’t things that actually matter. I would totally stay here again! We especially loved how close it is to the playground.

Overall it was a nice place, good neighborhood, clean, but there were things falling apart. Just little things mostly. The stairs to the basement need help, the bunk beds and mattresses in the basement were awful. The master bathroom bathtub faucet leaks really bad, the shower didn't work at all, and the door was so hard to close and made so much noise I had to use the other bathroom so it didn't wake up my baby. And the dryer doesn't work. It puts off no heat at all. None of those were deal breakers for us though, except the dryer. We probably wouldn't have stayed knowing the dryer didn't work.

We booked this property for 3 weeks for our family of 7. When we arrived the property smelled like cigarette smoke and the downstairs smelled like dog pee. Everything was filthy especially the floors, all of our feet were black walking around barefoot. The couches were disgusting, i dont think they have ever been cleaned. I dropped a toy one day and found food, dust, dirt, dead flies
The garage also needs a good cleaning, everything is so dirty. Another huge problem is the fridge, its a tiny basic old white fridge that doesnt have ice or water. We were constantly going to the store for water and ice. The microwave smelled horrible every time we used it We used the hot tub a couple times and the water level is low (we were told after it has a leak)
The downstairs bunk beds are unsafe and feel like they will collapse at any moment.
The air conditioner doesn’t work great, upstairs was always hot
For our 3 week stay we were provided 2 tablets for laundry, a few for dishes and maybe 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. They wouldnt provide more There is a big Hole in bathroom floor upstairs which seems very unsafe with kids
There was a problem with the Master bathroom drain in the bathtub. We called the property management company and the guy they sent out
Said he had a family party to go to and wouldn’t fix it. He said the owner made enough money and it didn’t matter if he fixed it or not
I asked before we arrived if they had a high chair and pack n play and they said neither were provided. I bought both for our stay and brought them from texas and guess what the property had both. Everything is just poorly run and it reflects poorly on the owner Property has a great location and convenient access to canyons

Overall house was better than expected! A few small issues such as wobbly furniture, some hidden trash, a couple shower drains not working... but absolutely would stay here again! The neighborhood was quiet (other than us I think) but very clean and welcoming! Parking was tight but we managed!

Great location, great place, just a few issues
Location great, overall the place was wonderful and plenty of room for large group. Except there were a few things. Master shower barely a trickle, could not get the tv in living room to work. There were garage door openers but didn’t work.

We stayed here for a ski trip. The house was in good shape, it was close to the mountains. It had a few quirks, the toilet in the basement was plumbed with hot water not cold. The couches were a little worn but overall it was a great house for a large group with 2 seperate living areas.

Nice place and easy checkin bad communication
Nice place. Some of the beds aren’t very comfortable. Hot tub was great. Fun fooseball table. Tried to see if I could check in early. Was told to follow up so I did. Said as long as the cleaners were done it wouldn’t be a problem followed up again and was told they would get back to me. Unfortunately got there an hour early, no response and the cleaning people were already done. Padlock doesn’t accept key code until the exact minute of checkin. Just say no if you won’t allow it.
