We are able to offer 7 night weekly rentals with check-in on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only. The resort places you in the midst of glitz and glamour while pampering you with unparalleled luxuries. Nestled on beautiful Singer Island Beach, the resort boasts three incredible pools, the Cobia, the Sailfish, King fish and a relaxing whirlpool. Enjoy pool side dining, and On The Rocks, a casual setting for dinner and lunch. Shop The Market Place for essentials and your daily dose of Starbucks. Escape the everyday and experience the exceptional. Kick back and relax in a beautiful 1,200 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, featuring a fully-furnished kitchen, separate dining and seating areas, and a luxurious whirlpool tub. Enjoy the views out on the balcony while you sip your morning coffee or relax on the couch and watch your favorite show or movie on one of the three in-room TVs. Our unit is the perfect place to recover after a day out in the sun, or to prepare for a night out on the town! Most lower level units have obstructed view to the Ocean. *Marriott’s Ocean Pointe will be undergoing a building and interior unit renovation from Jan. 30 through Dec. 15, 2023. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay. All resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.* The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received. Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty. Note that the images are representative of this unit and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the unit will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for unit placement. Please be advised that if a non-domestic credit card is used to reserve a vacation rental, additional fees may be incurred. All details are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Clean nice resort. Rooms had all amenities. Beautiful beach with rental chair/umbrellas. Activities for kids to have some freedom. Nice having restaurant for drinks and a casual bite to eat. Good family vacation spot.

We were without air conditioning for two nights in two units, our rooms were 80 degrees. Very hard to be happy in the room. Weather was great. Would of rather stayed at one of the buildings near the main pool. Our building was separated and needed to drive to get to the kids stuff.

We were there for 3 weeks. Beautiful resort. Well organized. The only areas of concern or suggested improvement.. 1. It's a fight to get chairs in the shade near the pool area. Some days it was a contest just to get a seat. 2. Not knowing on reserving, or being able to choose which building we would be in. Everything else was exceptional.... Food, Bars, and Staff!

Great location (waterfront), good beach & pools and separate pool bar, lots of family activities, friendly / helpful staff, area good for walking, food. Tip- This hotel can be good for couples but you need to ask for a room close to the harbor entrance.

Took my family here for spring break. A very tolerable trip from W Palm Beach Airport. Condo and building were clean, beach and locale were peaceful and well kept. Fitness facilities are well equipped also. This is not the place to go if you are looking for a wild time, but instead to relax and take in the pool or the ocean. the immediate neighborhood felt very safe as well.
