Our family enjoyed our stay at this property over a long weekend. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. Sure there were scratches and dings, just like at home.
I had seen other reviews where the carpet was dirty and was worried about that, but it looked great this time. Would stay here again.

We spent two weeks at this property and I am very torn about what to write. The location of the property and its proximity to the beach were great as were the views from all the stories. But the condition of the property is terrible. The carpets in the guest rooms is beyond stained. It looked like animals have been using them as their only space to relieve themselves. Thankfully the master had hardwood floors. The hardwood floors in the property are severely damaged. Almost every surface of the condo looks extremely run down. With that being said, we had our two dogs with us and we were not worried that they would ruin anything. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean.

The location of the property is great just a mile or so from the boardwalk. The beach is a few steps away. The layout was perfect for our family. Plenty of seating inside and outside. An enjoyable week!

I loved the location and the layout of the place. However, 6 tvs and not one of them was a smart TV, I literally went out and bought a new tv, since the main TVs didn’t even have an HDMI port!
Couch and floors were exceptionally dirty, considering it’s the beginning of the season. The elevator was great and service response was also very good (both the elevator and the internet went out at one point). Could use a little tlc, most of the patio doors no longer lock due to salt corrosion, and the dishwasher leaks.
Very skimpy on towels (only 2 per bedroom).
But, like I said, great location, we enjoyed the stay!

The property was clean. There was an elevator, but the problems with it caused us to avoid it. Every time we use the elevator, the fuse box or blow all the TVs out. Sometimes the elevator would takeoff on its own, and go to a different store when nobody was in it or no one called for it other than that place was nice.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. We had several equipment issues (ac, elevator). The management company responded but ultimately we did not have a functional elevator and that was critical for our party. We had to leave our vacation early due to this. On the plus side, the management company refunded us fully for the days we were stuck on one floor and for the days we left early. I'd caution you if you need a fully functional elevator, this might not be the place to stay.

We couldn't be happier with our stay! The location, right on the beach, can't be beat. Our family loved all of the ample deck-space with incredible views of the ocean. The elevator was such a great addition as well. We would love to come back!

We had never been to Carolina Beach before and did not know the area. This house and this area was wonderful for our week. The house is very upscale and suitable for a larger group (we had 7 adults) and the area gave us so many enjoyable things to do!

Setting up and Check in/out went super easy. We were pleased with the house, location and amenities. It worked out perfectly for my group. Kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely come back next time we are in Carolina Beach.

nice house but
The elevator was out of order for most of our stay. We had some elderly and disabled people with us who were limited by this greatly as they could not manage stairs well. The technicians came two days and were kind, however by the second day when it was seemingly fixed, this was 24 hours before we were set to leave. The smoke alarm in the kitchen was set off by any cooking at all, and should really be away from the kitchen. Overall, nice house, but with some needed love and more attention to details. We were able to make the most of what were potentially not so great conditions if we were not as flexible as we were.

Beautiful house with an awesome view!
The house was as pictured and simply put, elegant. The living spaces were comfortable and bright with plenty of windows. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful home with comfortable furnishings. Great location/ accessible to 3 generations.
Loved everything about the house except cup of cigarette butts lefts on one of the balconies- which we left as it was disgusting and remnants of the last guest's dog in the yard- we didn't bring our pets. One of the showers malfunctioned and it was quickly repaired.

Perfect!
All 7 of us enjoyed our stay! It was clean, a perfect location, big enough for all of us to hang out together but also big enough for all of us to spend some time apart as needed. Only note I would make is to bring your own paper products such as toilet paper. Didn't realize we'd have one roll for 4 bathrooms. This fact did not take anything away from our wonderful stay.

upscale place - nice beach
Was good...quality place to stay...beds comfortable...kitchen well equipped....clean place and functional...storm doors on beach side wer tricky to lock but are secure and clean - not damaged like most beach homes....tv's in every room I think..views of beach and side windows add to light and views...so better than a condo...elevator a lifesaver for getting luggage up and down...... Nice balconies and great beach.....and allows dogs on leash...hot tub with a view of the beach...can't beat that..only issue was cold weather in March but can't blame anyone but mother nature...

Overall a great home!!!
We stayed here in May of 2014, and overall it was a great rental. All new appliances and a great kitchen/eating area for 10 people. There were a few minor details that needed to be fixed but nothing out of the ordinary for a rental. The two that did stand out was the locks on the front door...very difficult as not a standard dead bolt, plus that is the only door to the beach access....so don't lose the key in the sand the other issue was the vacuum did not work and there was no broom ( tough to keep the floor sand free). We would stay here again as it was perfect for two families with younger and teenage kids.
