We absolutely loved staying at this home! It was so beautiful! Everything was clean and well taken care of! We loved having the pool and the dock right on the canal!! Key Colony Beach is a great community! We had a WONDERFUL time!! We hope to stay here again!!

We've stayed in Key Colony Beach for years when visiting for fishing and lobstering trips. This is by far the nicest house we've rented. The price is steep for the Keys, but well worth it for our group. Highlights: Superior dock with two fish cleaning tables, sturdy cleats, multiple hoses, and good lighting. Commercial ice machine is a game-changer! Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. One canal in from Vaca Cut and the house is less than halfway down the canal. We will definitely be back to this property.

Lovely house with beautiful landscaped yard. Though it is not large it feels private and lovely. Lots of great spots to read, play a game, sunbath or enjoy the oil.

The house and property were beautiful. Everything was clean and extremely comfortable! I was not aware of the construction on the lots on both sides of the house. The property manager insists I was notified?? Regardless our stay was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful stay
House was perfect for our two families. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the well furnished home. 5 minute drive to Sombrero beach, walking distance to watch sunset at Sunset Beach. Fished in the canal out back and watched manatees several times. Quiet area. Close to everything. Definitely wanting to return ASAP

The house was beautiful and modern. Exactly as pictured. Small safe community setting. Not much fishing from the dock but manatees paid several visits. Pool & hot tub great after days of backcountry fishing. Rental agent great to deal with.

Perfect Family Vacation
Can’t say enough about how beautiful this home is! The little touches with this rental added so much. We really enjoyed the pool toys, freezer fully stocked with bait, and the convenience of the indoor and outdoor ice makers. We caught snapper right off the dock and had a manatee swim up for a visit 3 times during the week. Just a magical stay for our family.

Our first trip to the Florida Keys was awesome! This place had perfect accommodations and location! The home was clean and well maintained! We loved the pool and being able to view it from any spot in the house. Key Colony Beach is a terrific community and we were glad we choose to stay here! Thanks for making our trip enjoyable!

The Best House in Key Colony Beach!
Whether you like to fish or relax - this home is for you. This is by far my favorite house we have rented in KCB. Everything was absolutely perfect. The homeowners thought of every detail. Beautiful furnishings, gorgeous artwork - even the Restoration Hardware sheets, linens and towels made us feel like we were living in our dream home. The pictures do not do the house justice. The property, bedrooms and common areas are much larger than they look. The outdoor space was amazing. Our fishing lives were made so easy being minutes away from the Vaca Cut. We could choose the ocean or the gulf and be there in minutes. We loved the open kitchen layout with two great rooms. This home is wonderful for entertaining. I was so thrilled that there was a plethora of cookware (they do need some sharper knives), a gas stove, ice machine and wine fridge. I can't say enough - this place exceeded our expectations. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful home!
This is one of 2 homes we rented for our wedding on Sunset Beach. The home was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The patio was large for our entire family to gather for meals or just socializing. The neighborhood is very quiet, great for walks and bike riding. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa. Iguanas visited us every day!! Highly recommend this home!!
