About this house rental
Situated in Tarpon Springs, this lovely house for $454 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. I have a newly renovated single story home located in the beautiful Sponge docks area of Tarpon Springs Florida. This entire property has been totally renovated and furnished for comfort and conveinence . Two enormous bedrooms located on opposite ends of the house are total class. The master bedroom has a king bed and expanded bathroom with his and her sinks and a walk in shower. The master also includes a quality fold out leather couch and 50inch flat screen. The other bedroom is equally as large and furnished with 2 queen size beds and and XL twin. It also sports a 50 inch flat screen and a full bath. The kitchen/dining area flows into the living room. Everything is brand new. Located off of the garage area is a sweet utility room with washer/dryer utility sink and a 1/2 bath. A beautiful carport and a 2 car garage complete the enclosed areas of this beautiful historic home. The outside of the property has a patio located off of the utility room. The water side (back) has a new paver patio deck with deck chairs and table. The docks have been totally redone and can accomodate a boat of most any size in a private wet slip. Two kayaks and two paddleboards are also stored at the property for your active pleasures. Fishing poles are available and an outdoor grill are also amenities at your disposal.

My husband and I were so lucky to find this beautiful home to spend our vacation in. We stayed for the month of February and didn’t need to buy a thing but food! All necessities were provided and many extras. The beds were more comfortable than home and the house was spotless! Mornings out back we’re so peaceful and we actually got to see a dolphin who came to visit. Sunsets were amazing! Short walk to the sponge docks and the beautiful bayou, or take a bike ride (two are provided). Shower was heavenly! Our company cancelled but had they come there would have been more than enough room for everyone. Will definitely try to get back sometime next year.

Property was just as described. Very clean (and I’m picky). Host was amazing. We feel like we made a friend! Would not hesitate to recommend this property to others!

Three generations enjoyed a mini-vacation for the second time here. (I left a more extensive review in April of 2019.) It did not disappoint. We hope to be back soon!

Location , Boaters paradise , Great host
Rented for full month and we enjoy every day on the house , walking distance to sponge docks , restaurants and stores . boating to Anclote ( 10 min) , Three rockers ( 15 min) Honeymoon island (20 min ) and a lot of spoils .

This place is in a great location, walking distance to town, museums, food, and entertainment. We hardly got in the car once we arrived! The docks to fish from, and the patio for relaxation were great. When in the back of the house, you never even realize that your in town!

This place is in a great location, walking distance to town, museums, food, and entertainment. We hardly got in the car once we arrived! The docks to fish from, and the patio for relaxation were great. When in the back of the house, you never even realize that your in town!

Dave has a wonderful house and a great relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed all the great outdoor seating arrangements and watching the marina and all the bird and fish wildlife. The amenities were super and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay again. Communication with Dave was awesome.

The house is within walking distance to downtown and to the sponge docks. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was nice sitting outside early in the morning, drinking coffee and watching fishermen go out. We would definitely return.

The house was amazing!! David was also a great host! We had a great time! The house accommodated 6 people perfectly! We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers! The house was within walking distance to the docks and the shops. We will definitely be back!!

Loved our visit to Tarpon Springs. It was our second time staying in this beautiful, clean and well-appointed rental. Loved our visit to Tarpon Springs. It was our second time staying in this beautiful, clean and well-appointed rental. The property was perfect for the family and the location was right in the heart of tarpon springs.The house was immaculate and looks recently renovated. It was fully equipped and even had fishing rods and kayaks. The host was very responsive and extremely accommodating. Overall it was everything we needed for a short 3 day trip.
