From Tampa/St Petersburg:Take I-275 South to Exites% ,Route 19 (Which turns into Route 41 South)To Route 41 ,Follow 41 South to S.R.64(Manatee Av) turn right (West)on Manatee to 43 rd St W.Turn left(south) on 43 rd St W .Shorewalk entrance is south of Cortez Rd on 43 rd St W. Driving Time:45 minute. From Orlando:Take 528 Beeline Express way west to I-4.turn left (west) on I-4 to I-75.Go south on I-75 to exit 220. Great location to use as jumping off point to beaches, nature preserves (especially Robinson Preserve), museums (Ringling Bros, others), historical sites (De Soto, etc), Sarasota, St. Petersburg, and much more.
Bed very comfortable, small living area, plenty of space otherwise, access to pool and tennis/pickleball courts. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Not only is there a lot to do in the area, beaches, restaurants, baseball, shopping, parks, attactions, etc, there is a lot to do at the Shorewalk vacation homes. They have pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffle board, basket ball, etc. You don't have to go far to enjoy yourself.

Very comfortable, has everything you need! Just exactly what we needed. Relaxing, comfortable, and friendly place.
Kitchen was well stocked for cooking utensils, and we were able to make a lot of meals there. It was nice having a pool at our disposal. Staff in the clubhouse was helpful and friendly.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was so nice, clean, spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. We will be back.

Overall the property fit our needs as far as room for three older sisters on a sister's trip. The beach/pool towels were old thin and tiny, closet doors that did not stay on the tracks, only the roll of tp on the holder in each bathroom, no extra supplies at all as far as paper products and garbage bags.

This is an excellent condo and you can't beat the price! The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The location is great - close to stores and the beaches.

Convenient location to restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is very clean with nice view. We really enjoy the pool. A few things are limited in stock or not provided such as trash bags, dish detergent, hair conditioner and laundry detergent but they are easy to get from nearby grocery stores. Overall a very good experience.

Came down for weekend fishing trip and couldn’t have had a better place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Property manager responded timely and was very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay again when I come back in future.

Very clean and simple
Everything was very clean but you can tell it's an older building. They had extra beach towels and toys to use but no hands soap. The light switches were hard to figure out but everything worked like it should. I would definitely stay here again!

Incredible for the price
The lowest price in town made me very nervous for what to expect but we were blown away! 4 adults & a toddler stayed comfortably in this homey condo. Very clean, a large swimming pool, and perfect distance to the distance to the beach and downtowns. 10/10

Property was clean. We arrived late (10 pm) and there was no soap to wash hands in the bathroom. Had to go to grocery store. A lamp in bedroom wasn’t working and since there are no overhead lights in bedroom, it was inconvenient. Was really only there to sleep/shower as I was visiting my I’ll brother. Kitchen appeared very well stocked but I did not do any cooking. Owner responded in timely matter to any questions/concerns we had.

Only a couple of things were faulty one cooker ring didn’t work dishwasher was noisy and ice maker didn’t work apart from that was pretty impressed would go back sometime in the future
