We are so happy with our stay. Watching the whales in the mornings from our balcony was a highlight

The room was exactly as described. Kitchen was well stalked with utensils, food containers, etc. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, snorkeling gear all there. Binoculars in the room was awesome. View was superb. Pool was fantastic. Would 100% stay again.

Couch needs replacing as well as newer pillows.

Worth of money, excellent place to stay in Maui, good location too.

They sent the instructions on how to get in the property including the door code in advance. I had a little problem to find the room number, I meant I got confused a bit but I called there number & somebody helped me immediately.

One of the towels in the toilet was used already. Maybe the housekeeping didn't notice it & they just hanged it again together with the clean towels. But overall still good.

Great location, clean, and lots of cool extra things to use!

Everything was really nice and clean. they provided us with a bunch of cool extra stuff like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The location was great, we had a nice view and we're close to a lot of things.

The second bedroom with two twin beds would get really hot. The rest of the apartment would be cold, but for some reason that room was always hot and humid.

Exceptional unit in an excellent location!

Island Sands 505 is wonderfully renovated and has an exceptional oceanfront view. The pool is perfect for the size of Island Sands. Perfect central location if you will be doing activities all over Maui. Only a small, unswimmable beach at the unit but a very nice public beach just a very short walk down the street. AA Oceanfront was very communicative throughout the entire process and everything was prepared for our arrival. Easy entry and easy check out. Highly recommend Island Sands 505!!

Great location & beautiful view.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Good location. Plenty of room for 2 couples.

A/C not as cool as it should be. Two queen or full beds would have worked better for 2 couples instead of twin beds.

It was very handy

It was very handy especially with teen age children who do want to have some locations for them self.

Wonderful and clean property. Couch was uncomfortable and unit can be super windy

Door code sent ahead of time

So many emails received prior - some redundant after already filling out form, received same form. Was told I’d be charged a few separate times - after card had already been charged! Couch in family room very uncomfortable though.

Superb

Very well maintainned and equipped appartment, Ocean view. Close to aquarium and boat harbour. We loved it. Suggrstion, fix the loss bed head frame in the master room. Highly recomended

The condo was tastefully decorated, super clean and the kitchen was extremely well appointed. We had everything we could possibly want.

The ocean views were beautiful but there was no actual beach there (tho it was a short walk away)

The condo was spacious, clean and the view was amazing!!

Everything was excellent. The room and the view were perfect. My only issue was when I needed assistance when someone else parked in my reserved parking spot. They didn't keep plate numbers to track who it may have belonged to so they can call their condo. It was after hours like around 7.30 pm. I was speaking with staff not on site, but the property manager. She suggested I park elsewhere and leave a note on the other car. I was not comfortable touching someone else's property and furthermore taking someone else's spot. Additionally it was suggested that I park in the alley/street. When I expressed this to her, she said 'well there is nothing further to discuss' That is not good customer service. I would have hoped they would consider tracking plate numbers. Perhaps she could have told me of an available spot in our lot vs me taking one randomly and putting someone else in same position I was in. Thankfully, the owner of vehicle came out for something and I noticed him from our lenai. I reached him and he moved it.

Apartment was fantastic, staff were responsive and location was good.

Can't fault the Apartment, although the location itself was quite windy for the week that we visited.
