Patrick is the best, he helps you find your way on the island. The house was amazing, cleen, lots of space, good equipt and a view from the pool you’ve never had before. A surfbeach next door and with a very nice walk you are at paradise. We want to go back.

My husband and I and our infant son spent 8 days here and really enjoyed ourselves. The little surf beach that is a very short 2 minute walk was a lovely place to walk in the mornings or just sit with your coffee (Fyi: the surf was rough at this beach so I would not recommend swimming here with small children). The view from the accommodation was breathtaking and the sound of the ocean was so calming to go to sleep to at night. We loved the little pool and outdoor space that was created. We spent many an afternoon just hanging out there as it was nice to just float around in the pool with our little one and hang in the hammock. Patrick was a very friendly and attentive host and although he did not speak any english, we were able to communicate well enough through google translate and lots of hand gestures ;). The accommodation was very close to lots of nice beaches and to both Saint Anne and Saint Francoise where you could get everything that you need. The inside was rustic but had what we needed to make meals and although you are close to other rentals, it seems very private and quiet. It would be a great place for families of 4-6 ppl as there are 4 beds available. I would return to stay here and would highly recommend to anyone!

Super location. Not far from the beach. Nice private swimming pool and a super view from the terrace. We were very happy! Patrick, the host, is very nice and gave us lots of Island tips. I would 100% recommend this place!

We had such an awesome time in Guadeloupe! Patrick and Amelie’s bungalow is a perfect location to relax and enjoy Sainte Anne and St Francois! We were close to the marina for boat trips, multiple snorkeling spots, a nice short walk to surfing, swimming, or a sunrise/sunset walk on the beach! The space is well equipped with everything you’ll need to use the amenities they offer. The pool is a lovely touch for when you are done with your adventures and want to cool off and catch some sun! Thank you so much to Patrick and Amelie for a great stay! We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay with Patrick and his wife, who had been perfect hosts. The cottage was fully equipped and just few steps from the perfect surfing spot and a short walk to the beautiful and secluded beaches of Sauvage and Bois jolan. We will definitely be coming back!

We are a family of four with two younger kids that had a fantastic holiday at this location. We stayed 3 weeks in the flat at the bottom floor of the owner’s house. The owners are great people. Patrick and Amelie gave us a lot information about the island and helped us with anything we needed or asked for. Both are very friendly and nice. The flat was tidy, cosy and with a great outside dining and a small pool. Totally private. After having visited two of the three bungalows in the garden, I would say that they are even nicer to stay in also including a sea view. The beach 100 m from the garden is stone /coral beach is ok for bathing, good for beginners’ surf and excellent for more experienced surfers. In addition there is a very nice long coast/beach called Bois Jolan starting near the house which is perfect for running, preferably in the morning before it gets too hot. Here you also find nice private areas/beaches for spending the day. 5 min drive away you find a grocery store, bakery and pharmacy and a couple of minutes more you find the small town of St Anne in one direction and St Francois in the other. We went for many trips on the island and it’s a beautiful place however the location of this house is where we would like to go back to.

Totalement conforme à l'annonce. Bungalow (Plus maison que bungalow) bien équipé avec 2 belles chambres, un bel espace de vie et un grand spa non négligeable. 1ère plage à 50m et la seconde à 8mn à pied par un sentier. Environnement calme et proche de tout sur la commune de Saint Anne. Propriétaires disponibles et d'une grande discrétion. Grand merci à Patrick, Amélie et leur petit Valentin. Je conseille vivement cette location. Ah j'oublié! Seul déception... Il fallait rentrer à Paris.

Je reviens de 2 semaines passées en Guadeloupe dans un des bungalow de Patrick et Amélie. L'endroit est très bien situé,près de la plage et ce sont deux nouveaux bungalow dont un que j'ai loué pour le même prix qu'avant.Les propriétaires sont trèèèèèèèèès sympas,d'une extrème gentillesse et très serviables.Grâce au prix,ils permettent à des personnes de la classe moyenne,e pouvoir s'offrir des vacances à un prix très raisonnable.A vivement recommander. Nous avons séjourné deux semaines très agréables dans l’un des deux bungalows de Patrick et Amélie. L’accueil a été très chaleureux le soir de notre arrivée puis pendant tout le séjour. Le logement est très confortable. Il dispose d’un aménagement complet permettant de passer de bonnes vacances .A notre arrivée la corbeille de fruits était garnie et le frigo disposait des denrées de première nécessité nous permettant d’attendre jusqu’au lendemain pour aller en courses. Le spa a été très apprécié à chaque envie de rafraichissement Nous conseillons vivement cette location

Depuis que les photos ont été mises sur le site, les propriétaires ont déménagé. Mais ils ont recréé deux bungalow avec les même prestations. Rien à redire. Un accueil chaleureux, un lieu calme et agréable et un confort top! Des ventilateurs dans chaque pièce, une cuisine bien équipée et un spa sur la terrasse ... qui est un plus non négligeable... :)). Nous y avons passé une semaine avant de partir sur basse terre où nous avions également réservé un bungalow qui n'avait rien à voir! une vrai déception! Nous avons vite regretter le Typayoune! Vous pouvez vraiment y aller les yeux fermer...

nous avons passé une semaine excellente au calme près de la plage , nous avons apprécié le bungalow en général et le spa en particulier pour les moments de détente . patrick et amélie ont été très acceuillant et disponible,a notre arrivée le frigo était bien garni pour nous quatre ce qui fut appréciable la semaine a passé trop vite et nous n'avons pas pu faire ce qui était prévu avec patrick et c'est bien dommage ( ce n'est que partie remise ) car si l'on revient en gwada nous feront escale au tipayoune

Nous avons passé deux semaines début avril dans un super endroit, très calme, sans vis a vis mini piscine pour super moment de relaxation aprés des journées de ballades, de mer avec le soleil , nimi piscine le matin le soir ou la nuit un réve . Patrick le propriétaires très discrets mais très disponibles, pour les bons plans vous pouvez lui faire confiance ( exemple pour la location de voiture avec un super loueur prise en charge retour aéroport) . Gites super bien, tout neuf très propre il ne manque rien . Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr . Merci a Patrick et sa femme et Valentin pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse ainsi que pour les produits de première nécessité a notre arrivée corbeille de fruits jus de fruit lait beurre dans le frigos pour le soir et matin super geste . Nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêve à la guadeloupe dans ce bungalow, qui ressemble plus à une une belle maison toute en bois aux couleurs locale. - situation : ce logement est situé entre Ste Anne et St François sur les hauteurs du Helleux. la mer se trouve à 2 min à pied, pas besoin de voiture. De plus Patrick (le gérant) nous a indiqué l'emplacement d'une petite plage à 8 min (à pied) du bungalow qui réuni lagon, végétation typique et surtout le calme et l'absence des touristes... un vrai coin de paradis. - confort : le logement contient tout le confort nécessaire afin de passer de bonnes vacances, nous avons été accueilli avec une corbeille de fruits, et dans le frigo il y avait un peu d'alimentation pour nous permettre de trouver nos marques avant d'aller en courses (zone commercial avec un leader price à 5 min en voiture.) quoiqu'il en soit Patrick est toujours là pour répondre à toutes les questions. et le SPA sur la terrasse, que du plaisir utilisable à toutes heures au calme !!! un régal. sans vis a vis... pour être claire, cette location vaut vraiment le détour, il y a tout le confort, est bien situé. pas de doute à avoir !!! nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. encore merci à tous les 2 pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité.
