Situated in Saly, this charming villa for $117 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 29 kilometers or 45 minutes from the new Blaise Diagne airport (DSS) located in the town of Diass, Daba and Jules welcome you for your holidays at Villa NATVAL, a charming villa, renovated this year in May, which can accommodate 4 * to 8 * people with Large Pool, JACUZZI in hot tub 4 to 5 people and small pool for children. 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 large closets: On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 large 160 cm bed with canopy and mosquito net. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 twin 90 cm beds, mosquito net on the ceiling. Living room with LG LED TV 108 cm (HDMI input) (satellite channel optional), WIFI BOX for FREE INTERNET. Armchair and 2 sofas, fitted kitchen: Fridge freezer, Oven, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, dishes and glass. 2 bathrooms: 1 large bathroom with cupboards, 2 basins and shower, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, Large covered terrace directly overlooking the pool. The upstairs apartment includes: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with large closet, 1 WC, 1 bathroom 1 sink and 1 shower, 1 fridge, 1 dressing room. During the work, all the Villa's bulbs were replaced by LED bulbs with very low energy consumption, existing 60W replaced by 9W or 51W of saving per bulb. A vacation in a charming villa, with the comfort and service worthy of a Hotel. Daba and Jules take care of everything: Ask Daba to prepare the Senegalese culinary specialties, in the morning, from 7 a.m., Daba is already at the M'Bour Market looking for the best products to prepare the best dishes, she is a wonderful cook. She also takes care of cleaning the house, making beds, washing clothes, ironing, for your rest you can manage her schedules. Jules is the handyman of the house, on request he comes to pick you up at the airport (Taxi extra **), he takes care of the maintenance of the Villa, the pool, exterior cleaning, size trees and plants, a breakdown, a problem, no worries Jules is there !!! Jules will also offer his services if you wish to organize and guide you with confidence for your excursions: Pink Lake, Gorée Island, Joal-Fadiouth, Bandia nature reserve, Somone, Fathala nature reserve for his famous walk with the lions, with preferential rates negotiated by Jules. Important information: Villa arrival and departure times: The day of your departure: The rooms must be vacated in the morning at 11:00 a.m. The Villa must be vacated by 4:00 p.m. Arriving time: The first day of booking from 6 p.m. * - The basic rate is calculated for 4 people with the apartment on the ground floor, ie 2 bedrooms. From the 5th to the 8th people, 13 € to 15 € depending on the season supplement per person and per day, from the 5th person the apartment upstairs is open. Emplacement parfait et personnel au top
Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans la villa de Laurent que nous remercions encore pour sa flexibilité et sa gentillesse. Un vrai coup de cœur pour Daba et Jules (personnel de maison)qui sont au petit soin des vacanciers

La casa bien, la electricidad un robo / La maison bien, l´électricité est un abus.
Hemos estado 3 personas (2 + 1 niño), solo hemos utilizado la planta inferior (2 habitaciones), 13 días en la casa, dormir y poco más, 5ª vez en Senegal, la casa es amplia y estaba muy limpia, con todo lo necesario, el salón no tiene aire acondicionado (ventiladores), el barrio muy tranquilo y junto a la playa, para disfrutar la playa hay que trasladarse ya que estaba muy sucia el agua y la arena.
El agua de la piscina ha estado casi todo el tiempo verde, una pena porque es perfecta, no hay jacuzzi, son 3 chorros.
El susto ha llegado el último día al cobrarnos la luz, una barbaridad, lo mismo que 2 meses de luz en España ¡por 13 días!, nos dice Daba que es el aire acondicionado de 2 habitaciones!, conocemos Senegal y tenemos familia viviendo en Dakar y esto es un gran abuso, la familia, con Aire acondicionado en toda la casa hablan de las mitad de lo pagado al mes!!, ¡¡un robo!!, con esto se paga los servicios "incluidos", si no no hay explicación posible.
Información y recomendación, las excursiones ofrecidas y los traslados del o al aeropuerto se ofertan al doble del precio de cualquier taxista en Senegal, a tener en cuenta.

Nous avons été 3 personnes (2 + 1 enfant), nous avons seulement utilisé le rez-de-chaussée (2 chambres), 13 jours dans la maison, dormir et un peu plus, 5ème fois au Sénégal, la maison est grande et très propre, avec tout le nécessaire, le salon n’a pas la climatisation (ventilateurs), le quartier très calme et à côté de la plage, pour profiter de la plage il faut se déplacer car l’eau et le sable étaient très sales.
L’eau de la piscine a été presque tout le temps verte, dommage parce qu’elle est parfaite, pas de jacuzzi, c’est trois jets.
La terreur est venue le dernier jour avec la lumière, une barbarie, comme 2 mois de lumière en Espagne pendant 13 jours! Daba nous dit que c’est la climatisation de 2 chambres! nous connaissons le Sénégal et nous avons une famille vivant à Dakar et c’est un grand abus, la famille, avec l’air conditionné dans toute la maison ils parlent de la moitié de ce qui est payé par mois ! un vol ! cela paie les services "inclus", si aucune explication possible.
Information et recommandation, les excursions proposées et les transferts de ou vers l’aéroport sont proposés au double du prix de tout chauffeur de taxi au Sénégal, à prendre en compte.

Superbe séjour
C est la deuxième fois que je me rends dans cette maison avec ma famille. Comme pour la première fois nous avons été très bien accueillis par Daba et jules. La maison est propre et la piscine très bien entretenue. On s y sent comme à la maison. Je recommande cette location, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Nous avons passes des vacances très agréables en compagnie de Daba et Jules qui sont merveilleux.Daba est une perle en cuisine.Jules est la à vos petits soins pour tout service ou renseignement. Il nous a accompagné sur toutes nos sorties ou nous nous sentions en sécurité. Bravo au patron de la maison pour le choix du personnel...on ne pouvait rêver mieux..merci pour tout. Les regrets par rapport à cette maison : la piscine trop longtemps à l’ombre et donc froide + plage à proximité non adaptée à la détente

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa propre et spacieuse, en compagnie de Daba et Jules, un couple formidable avec qui nous avons partagé de très bons moments, nous les avons quitté avec regrets ....
Proche des petits commerces notamment change et épicerie...

Superbe séjour
La maison est vraiment agréable, propre, spacieuse. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine qui était nettoyée tous les jours par jules. Les plus de cette maison sont Daba et jules qui sont des personnes discrètes, d'une gentillesse incroyable et serviables. Je voulais les remercier tout particulièrement car c'est grâce à eux que nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Merci beaucoup pour tout.

Agréable séjour dans cette maison très rationnelle a 100m de la mer et des pécheurs.
Personnel très sympathique et serviable, DABA excellente cuisinière pour les plats sénégalais.
Piscine bien entretenue tous les jours.
Seul deux points négatifs, lave vaisselle en panne et beaucoup de coupures de courant du a une anomalie dans l'installation, hors coupure générale sur le secteur.
Malgré cela excellente vacances dans ce lieu très calme a recommander et pourquoi pas a renouveler

Une superbe bâtisse, bien équipée et surtout hyper bien située avec des voisins très agréables et des commerces de proximité.
Un gardien très professionnel prévenant et sympathique.
Attention à l'entretien de la piscine dont l'eau avait un peu tournée à notre arrivée.
Merci aussi de prévenir sur le coût de l'électricité.

Maison agréable avec services irreprochables
Nous avions absolument tous les renseignements pour accéder facilement à cette maison très bien située à quelques mètres de la plage. Quartier fait à la fois de résidences de vacances et de maisons de pêcheurs mais à l écart suffisant assurant une tranquillité à toute épreuve. Cette maison possède tout le confort nécessaire avec une piscine de belles dimensions fort bien entretenue tous les jours. Que dire des services rendus par Daba très discrète et serviable, nous l avons accompagnée au marché et déjeunions avec elle à chaque fois que nous étions sur place ce qui nous a permis d échanger beaucoup avec elle. Elle est cultivée et compétente et de plus très agréable. Ne manquez pas d aller manger chez "Paulo" si vous voulez vous imprégner de la gastronomie locale et de l ambiance musicale......

Perfect voor ons!
Ondertussen was dit al de derde keer dat wij de woning huurden. Voor ons lijkt het net alsof we elke keer een beetje thuiskomen. Ousman, de gardien is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook Daba, de poetsvrouw en huisverantwoordelijke staat altijd paraat.
Er waren deze keer wat vernieuwingen aangebracht, nieuw kookvuur, koelkast, wat extra keukengerief....erg te waarderen. Als de hoofdkussens van de bedden nog zouden vervangen worden....
Je kan zelf buiten koken, er is een gasplaatbbq aanwezig!!
In de omgeving heb je alles wat je nodig hebt, winkeltjes waar je alles vindt, restaurantjes....strand vlakbij. Wij hadden daar ook een vaste taxichauffeur...eentje die altijd stipt op tijd was. Geen evidentie in Afrika :)

Maison bien située proche de la mer ,au cœur du village. Le soir nous dinions dans les restaurants sénégalais proche de la maison avec une bonne ambiance sénégalaise et pas cher pour un bon repas. Point négatif il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine basic ex presse orange, les lits double ne correspondent pas a tout le monde ce qui était notre cas.Le personnel de maison est très serviable , discret, et réponds a nos attentes

La villa est effectivement magnifique et fidèle à l'annonce : agréable, propre, bien équipée. L'extérieur est très bien entretenu, la piscine nettoyée chaque jour.
Très bien située : 100 m de la plage, quartier convivial. La rue devient terrain de pétanque en fin de journée. Nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. Centre de Saly à 5 mn en taxi.
Surtout, nous retiendrons des lieux la gentillesse d'Ousman, le gardien, toujours de bons conseils et très cultivé, qui raconte avec passion le Sénégal.
Je recommande ce séjour !

Magnifique villa, très agréable, spacieuse, propre et à quelques pas de la mer.
Avec OUSMANE, le gardien, discret, mais toujours à l'écoute et prêt à aider, DABA, excellente cuisinière, toujours souriante, nous avons passé de très bons moments d'échanges et de fous-rires. JULES a aussi parfaitement organisé nos transferts. Nous avons donc passé 15 j de vraies vacances reposantes et nous recommandons vivement cette adresse. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
