About this condo rental
Get ready for Ormond Beach, your vacation destination for Rest and Relaxation! We have enjoyed many incredible sunrises and the tranquility of the sparkling moonlit waves, watched dolphins play in the ocean by day and walk the pedestrian only secluded beach searching for shells, crabs and starfish. This is our home away from home and has all the comforts any vacationer would need for both the young and the old. There is a library of books and videos for both children and adults, beach chairs and umbrellas, pool and beach toys, boogie boards, and the list goes on. As a person who enjoys cooking, our kitchen is stocked with everything necessary to create a gourmet meal. I don't want to worry about forgetting to bring something to cook with and neither should you. If it's great restaurants you're looking for... you're in luck from upscale dining to the tiny beach house where the locals go. Ormond beach is a great 'Homebase' for sightseeing in Florida. In less than 30 minutes to the north is the oldest city in Florida, St Augustine, with such things as the lighthouse, Alligator Zoological Park, Fort Matanzas, Scenic Cruises, Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe it or not and more. Also, Marineland is a small scale Sea World with shows and exhibits. Daytona is 10 miles south and offers a mecca of tourist attractions with Live Theater, Nascar experiences, and Adventure Landing water park and much more. Orlando tourist attractions are just 45 miles away. To the south is the Kennedy Space Center and the Famous Ron Jon Surf Shop. We love the Ormond Beach area; love the East Coast. Lots of great restaurants in the area! Enjoyed spending time with friends! The condo was perfect for us, and the owners were great! They were easy to communicate with and very helpful in every way. Such an enjoyable vacation! We loved our stay!

Great location for visiting my mema. Only negative was the elevator was broken, so lots of stairs all week. Secondly the dryer made an awful squeaking noise so we were unable to use it if we were in the condo. We had to turn it on when we were leaving.

We enjoyed our stay in this rental. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The view from the balcony is wonderful, pool was very nice and never crowded. The owners were attentive, communicated very well and were prompt to answer all the questions we had.

The condo is large, beautiful and well equipped with everything you need to stay. Communication with the owners was flawlesss. The view is unmatched from this condo. I loved how I could see and hear the ocean from bed or from the main living area. We stayed over thanksgiving and temps were crazy cold in high 40s with lots of rain the whole week. . So I didn’t get to use the beach or the pool but the view made it worth it. The condo is a great size. We will come back. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

The property is very nice. Great well maintained complex and unit. The unit was very thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a great stay Pool is very nice and was never crowded. Beach was a 2 minute walk and it too was never crowded. The hosts provided several suggestions for dining and things to do. Their recommendations were wonderful. Would definitely recommend this property and we hope to stay here again

What a lovely place! I spent 1 week here with 3 girlfriends that I don't often get to see. We had such a delightful week! The condo was perfect - well stocked and equipped from the kitchen to beach "stuff". I was initially worried about being across the street from the beach, but it wasn't a problem at all and honestly we were closer to the beach than I've been at other properties that were directly on the beach. The condo unit was clean and quiet and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves as well! We loved that there were no buildings more than 5 stories for as far as we could see. We also enjoyed the no touristy/commercialized area. You will have to drive a bit to the grocery and/or restaurants, but that was perfect for us. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Ormond beach is an absolute favorite for my family. The hosts provided the perfect three bedroom with everything needed to be at a home away from home! The rooms were very comfortable and the layout is great. The location is wonderful and gives you the feeling of being on a private beach, but just a short drive into Daytona. I had a few questions and the host was extremely responsive and a pleasure to chat with. I would certainly recommend this rental and will hopefully get the opportunity to stay again!

The unit has covered parking for one car and there is additional parking for guests, and other family members. The view of the ocean if wonderful. Ten minutes to a grocery store, 20 minutes to Daytona and thirty minutes to Flagler Beach which has a very long pier that is great for fishing from.

The condo was everything and more! Had enough space for our small family and was equipped with anything you could need! Everything was very clean as well. We are Looking forward to returning again next year!

Everything in the pictures and description was exactly as shown. Great location, lots of room and very comfortable beds. My grandkids came for a couple of days and plenty of room for us all. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. I did need to contact Trisha for one thing and she was on it, awesome Host!!

Beautiful sunrises from the balcony, quiet building, great pool, the unit had lots of supplies, nicely decorated, good kitchen supplies, the grocery store was close, lots of places to walk. Over all wonderful stay

Everything was clean and neat. The property was well kept and the neighbors where all friendly. The ocean view was fantastic.

I can’t say enough about this property. The condo itself was very well stocked with plenty of linens, pillows, extra blankets, towels, beach towels... The kitchen had everything you need and more. Trisha even made sure I had a certain pan for my Christmas morning sticky buns!! You couldn’t ask for a better location. Minutes away from the Daytona boardwalk, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The beach across the street from the condo was very quiet (aside from the crash of the waves) and very family friendly.We loved walking down to Loggerheads for a drink and dinner and live music!!Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

The condo is beautiful and the view was spectacular! I had forgotten the beach was across the street so was a little surprised by that but it was no problem. We felt like we had our own private beach. We had a wonderful time! The owners were very nice and made everything very easy for us. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again.

Check in was super easy as described. Trisha was responsive to all my questions in a timely manner. The condo was very well equipped which was great as we had come from out of state. The view of the ocean was beautiful! We saw dolphins daily from the balcony. The beds were also very comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo and would book this one again! One of my best experiences so far!

Trisha’s place is quiet, roomy, and comfortable. We enjoyed our four-night stay there and would definitely stay again.
