The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The bed/mattress was awesome! However, the ice maker wasn't working when we got there. I messaged the host and they said they had tasked maintenance with the request. Needless to say, the 6 nights/5 days we were there, we had no ice...and the area was under an excessive heat warning the entire time. We went in search of bagged ice, and after going 3 places, we finally found some...everyone was out! Our only other complaint was the sink in the bathroom didn't drain very well, and the TV had no local/national news stations. It was quite a hike from the beach to the condo, but we were expecting that and the beach/water were some of the best we've experienced!

Air conditioning in windows rather than central AC
Filthy behind the only bed in properly when VRBO listing stated a trundle bed.
A foam padding on bed under mattress pad.
A washer and dryer out in a shed!

The property was exactly as described. Bed was very comfortable. Laguna Beach was away from PCB, which we liked. The other furniture inside the unit was adequate, but I wouldn't call it comfortable. A big improvement to the property would be to clean the backyard, and add some outdoor space to relax in.

Loved our stay here. 3 little condos in one building. Bed was extremely comfortable & it stayed very cool in the house. Backyard has a grill, and there’s an outside shower for after the beach.

Overall the property was perfect the only thing was the furniture isn’t what’s pictured and there isn’t a sofa bed anywhere on the property in unit B. Walk to the beach was perfect and it was in a quiet neighborhood would totally rent again though.

Nice little cottage a block and a half off of the gulf- almost perfectly listed- no surprises. Only disappointed that the back yard was pretty unappealing, as well as tons of noisy construction in the proximity. Thats not the fault of Vrbo or the property mgmt- it really is unavoidable because the area is developing. Would recommend!

Unit was impecably clean. Property managers were terrific.
The only downside is the furniture pictured online is nothing like the actual furnishings - preyy much minimal 1970's stuff.

Location is great, short walk to beautiful beach. Interior was clean with basic accessories and utensils. Exterior was not well maintained. There were numerous cigarette buts and bottle caps in the front of property. Palms on side were trimmed but all the trimmings were left on ground and rotting. No hose available to wash off sand from feet and beach equipment. Laundry room is basically a shed and smells. Walls between upstairs and downstairs are very thin and can hear all the footsteps loudly.

Nice location a block and a half to beach. Beach was wonderful and clean and not overcrowded like some further north. Neighborhood could use a breakfast cafe and/ or coffee shop.

We spent the month of Feb in PCB. Weather was up and down (as it was over most of the country) but we had some really nice days on the beautiful white sand beaches. This property's location is excellent. Walking distance to beach (no parking problems), quiet, away from the people and noise at Pier Park but within a few minutes of all the restaurants and shops when we wanted.
