This listing is for the 2 BR Suite which includes kitchen, large living / dining area, king sized bed, shower & separate spa tub, additional sink & closet, large balcony with a dip pool, including additional bedroom and bathroom facilities, 1758 s.f. -- for $2,765/week, plus VRBO taxes & fees. Should you prefer a smaller accommodation, we are able to book a1 BR Master Suite, which has everything listed above for $2,245/week, plus VRBO taxes & fees. If you simply want a Master Room (Studio), with a small refrigerator and microwave, for $1,910/week, plus VRBO taxes & fees. The second bedroom & the Master Suite (studio) have the option of 2 double beds, upon request. Please note that VRBO charges an additional $35 to process non-USA credit cards. The 2 BR Master Suite and the 1 BR Suite have two large sofas in the living room, which are like "trundle beds", with an additional mattress that rolls out from under them. Perfect for children to sleep on. The additional sink in between the living room and main bedroom is for this accommodation, as well as extra sheets / pillows for those trundle beds. Resort hotel rooms can have views of the ocean (on the west side), the golf courses or the Sierra Madre Mountains. Bookings are available 6 months out, which would provide the most choice for your dates. Check-in days are on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Unavailable dates are the last two weeks of the year (the week before Christmas through New Year's Day), and the two weeks surrounding Easter (the week before and after). The Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta resort is surrounded by lovely vistas including the Sierra Madre Mountains, the Ameca River and the Bay of Banderas on the Pacific Ocean. The Mariettas Islands located in the Bay of Banderas are a bird sanctuary, as well as a snorkeling and scuba diving destination. The nearby city of Puerto Vallarta is a long-time tourist destination, not only because of its quaint and picturesque downtown area and beachfront, but also due to the fact that the director John Huston filmed the old movie "Night of the Iguana", starring Richard Burton & Ava Gardner at the nearby Mismaloya Beach. There are also incredible ziplines -- one of which is at the location of the filming of the movie "Predator" starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. In addition to the Grand Mayan, we can book any of the other hotels at Nuevo Vallarta as well as at the other Vidanta locations, depending upon availability, in Riviera Maya, San Jose del Cabo, Puerto Penasco, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlán. All Vidanta resorts are beautiful properties and have more daily activities available than you will be able to participate in. There are nature tours, running routes, shopping, luxurious spas, fitness centers and shuttles to assist you in getting to the different areas of the resorts. All of the resorts are very accessible, utilizing the pathways, boardwalks and shuttles, with elevators in the resort hotels and markets.
