It’s not close to the Disney front gates

The size. Rooms were quiet and well built

Getting laundry washed was so expensive. When I asked the manager he laughed and I said it wasn’t funny. It’s 3400 steps from Disney. Stay in the Marriott courtyard.

luxury and location

My younger kids and I had the pleasure of meeing and getting to speak w Ken Shrout, the Director of Guest Services. What a nice guy! Provided so much interesting and valuable information about the new Westin. We had a lovely chat. This hotel was amazing. It reminded our family a lot of the Intercontinental in Monerey Bay by the cannery, except this is a ridiculously modern/smart hotel. So fun to have a room that knows to turn off the a/c when the sliders are open. This room is so plush. We all appreciated the thick padded carpets and the quality that was just everywhere in the room. We had a really nice pool veiw and after flying in straight fr Hawaii and then driving straight through the night fr Nor Cals airport, we had THE best nap here lol. We went to dinner right on site (not great at the mexican spot and too expensive) and then crashed again for the night. We only stayed one night due to our pre existing Disneyland package that week, but we will def be staying again. My husband was obsessed w the gym. I don't use the gym, but he could NOT stop gushing about it and he's a total gym rat who lifts heavy, so it must've been good. The kids loved the pool and our oldest and her friend stopped by (they were staying on property at Disney) and we all enjoyed an hr or so of family time at the pool and a board game in our room. They are in their late 20s and were VERY impressed w the room and hotel/lobby as well.

the mexican restaurant, our server was nice, but the food and prices were not whats up in so cal lol. so much cheaper and better. the coffee shop on property was great, but closed too early for us.

Not a 4 star. Room needs to be inspected better. Mattress is unacceptable.

Proximity to Disney.

The mattress in room 6032 is grossly disgustingly stained. There were hairs all over the bedding. Absolutely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Replace your mattresses. People do actually check them. Check in was 3 hours late. Our room was not ready by 3pm. We were told we would be called when it was ready…meanwhile 3 hours later we never received that call. The balcony was a joke..it’s more like a ledge. The pool staff on Saturday July 30th around 2pm-5pm ignored us. We watched as they asked everyone around us if they needed anything or if they’d like to order drinks or food. Avoided my family like the plague. I guess they thought our black skin tone was going to rub off on them SMH. Also the parking garage is dangerous it’s literally a one lane to share for incoming and outgoing traffic. The valet drivers drive too fast and reckless…and they leave the driver’s side window down…what’s up with that? I don’t recommend staying and I won’t be back.

Close walk to Disney, beautiful facility. I loved our room!

The location, the pool and hot tub with the nice fire rocks. The roof top tapas restaurant. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. It was very quiet. Everything super clean and modern.

Some tea, coffee, snacks in the lobby would be nice. Especially since there is no breakfast included

Would stay here again. Good for Disneyland parks.

Excellent accommodation, Clean and bright. Bathroom was huge.

Four of us staying in a queen size room, a little smaller than we expected from an American Hotel. The same room in New York is much bigger, although Bathroom was smaller, so you can't have it all ways.

Not as I expected for the high price tag.

All the of the staff were extremely friendly. Valet, maintenance, front desk and housekeeping. The location was great. Its a beautiful hotel.

For the amount i spent, it wasnt worth the price for me. I had to have maintenance visit my room. My large mirror light wouldn’t shut off and one of the beds were completely lopsided. Half of the bed was slumped. Bad mattress and box spring. So that was very inconvenient for my stay. We had a busy schedule so making time for a maintenance visit and was uncalled for. The large light wouldn’t even turn out so it was awful the first night to try and sleep with a large light coming out of the bathroom. Theres also a very bright light on the patio that cant turn off so it shines bright into the room. The sliding glass door is so thin. It got really cold at night and the noise from outside was extreme. It was like you were lying there with the dang door open. Very surprised with the issues we had as such a pricey hotel. Very disappointed and felt very over priced.

Beautiful Place

Hotel is beautiful, beds and pillows are comfy, bedrooms are clean. If you are from Australia, 99% chances are you will not like the food. Breakfast and dinner inside the Westin is just gross, it’s like everything is stale? Over cooked, plastered in sugar, oil.. maybe we are just not a fan of American cooking lol. We stayed for 11 nights. Great location, nice and close to Disneyland and other restaurants. I would stay again, just go elsewhere to eat 🙂

tive um problema no check-in pois meu quarto estava ocupado por uma pessoa que tinha um late checkout e essa informação não circulou corretamente. A equipe acabou me trocando de quarto mas a experiência não foi das melhores pois havia chegado mais cedo e estava aguardando para o checkin . Só após vencido o prazo, ai tive essa informação e acabei ficando em um quarto com uma vista pior. Mas no geral não comprometeu a estadia

Great luxe close but not Disney option for Disneyland stay

This hotel is very new and very luxe - the best of our USA stay. Short walk to Disneyland and amazing beds. Quiet. Roof top bar amazing and reasonable prices. Pool was great for teenagers (even in winter).

Rooms are small and there was no door on the toilet - annoying when 4 people are sharing a room. Hotel breakfast was OK - no toast or options I could see for eggs to be cooked how you like them and was not cheap (plus only include american coffee not a latte). Very annoyed to have small clothing parcel redirected to UPS store on site for additional $10 charge - never had this happen before (and bonus points to lacoste who refunded me this charge).

We will definitely stay here again. We come to the area often for sports tournaments and Disney.

Location was great, the hotel is beautiful. Check in was easy and fast.

Bar staff manager was very unsociable and off putting. That was the only bad experience we had.

Schickes neueres Hotel, das unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat

Sehr schönes und schickes Hotel nur 15 Minuten zu Fuss von Disneyland entfernt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr schick (auch Badezimmer) und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kaffeeautomat mit Starbuck Kapseln, die jeden Tag nachgefüllt wurden sowie jeden Tag 3 Wasserflaschen gratis. Grosser Balkon mit Couch-Sitzecke. Alles wunderbar sauber. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und wir hatten sogar ein Upgrade mit Blick auf das Disneyland Riesenrad. Ein Traum. Der Aufenthalt dort hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!! PS: Wenn man Marriott Member ist bekommt man u.a. WLAN gratis.

Vincent, who checked us in, was super friendly and accommodating. Even gave us an upgrade to face disneyland park, and some bottled water. He was awesome. The room was clean, nicely appointed and quiet Love the food options on site - Puesto has excellent food and Blossom cafe had fun shopping items and great coffee/tea/breakfast options

Felt like housekeeping could have stepped it up a notch - passed a few food trays from room service in the hallways, saw some dust rags in the hallway and a trash can overloaded near elevator that was still there overnight.

I loved the Rooftop Bar. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean.

There wasn't a trash can in the bathroom. You need to put a sign in the elevator that Rise bar can't be accessed until after 5 pm.

Ótima experiência.

Recepção foi ótima, o quarto é ótimo, a cama é incrível. Fica a 10-15 minutos de caminhada da entrada da Disneyland. Pedimos comida no quarto e estava ótimo.

Pedi para entregar um pacote no hotel, inconveniente que deixam as encomendas em uma UPS do lado do hotel e você tem que ir até lá em horário que está aberto para pegar e cobram dependendo do peso do pacote.

A haven amidst the chaos and excitement of Disney.

Comfortable and quiet after an energetic, fun day at the parks. Great restaurant and rooftop bar, if you can get a reservation. If not, if you are only a couple, then bar space is usually available. The folks here are super helpful and friendly. We will always stay here when visiting Disney or going to a hockey game at Honda Arena.

Recommend for work or leisure.

The property was immaculate, staff was helpful, and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms were quiet and had all necessary amenities and then some. We enjoyed the room service.
