Very worthwhile—fun, beautiful, and a great value for the area especially!

Excellent location, great property with dock, fishing spots, kayak rentals etc! Lots to do and GREAT A/C, a must. We would definitely stay here again! Cool that you could also stay here in an RV if you had it.

The only thing we would change would be upgrading to a little comfier bed. Otherwise we thought the little cabin was a great size for us, comfortable and well organized.

Tiny house delivered big value and comfort

Cottage was clean, cool (great in the Summer heat), and well stocked. Property managers were friendly, helpful, and responsive. Property had many amenities (grill, kayaks, etc).

would love to stay again next time if the bed was switched out

very clean, upgraded, close to everything!!

the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. maybe it was just our room at the first cottage but we couldn’t sleep at all :(

A very relaxing vacation in the perfect place.

The little tiny homes are adorable! My husband and I stayed in C13 the views were amazing. Very quite place, and the beach area was so nice, very clean. Staff were so welcoming, and awesome.

Nice except for the jury rigged bath room

Most other things.

The problem was with the toilet. The shower curtain fell down several times and just barely held in place. The mirror was very difficult to use and the toilet (WC) was in too small of a space. The basic problem is that the bath room seems to have been added to the bedroom in too small of a space.

Great place to explore Key Largo for a couple of days. But only for a short stop

I definitely will return!!

the outside was beautifully cared for. the rules make for a safe and quiet experience without concern for safety

the room. it’s just the tiny little things that increases convenience. an example is a shelf in the bathroom or hooks for clean clothing when you shower or a shelf at the kitchen for groceries and another luggage stand so I didn’t have to put my luggage in the table

Pretty cool place. A unique experience.

The location was great. The woman that worked there was nice. Unlimited ice machine.

The refrigerator did not get cold. The bed was squeaky and hard. Not enough parking. The shower stall was very small.

Excellent say! Had a fantastic time

We loved our stay here! Had an amazing time and the room was big and clear. The girl on the front desk was lovely and so helpful (I think her name was Gabby but I'm sorry if that's wrong).

Pretty relaxing

Location was great and neighborhood was excellent very relaxing

More sheets and better cable and I in the bathroom no where to put the soap and a bigger toilet and no iron to iron clothes

Relaxing warm days chilling by the lagoon

We stayed in a simple motel room, but had chairs outside, enough room for bags, was very clean and staff were very flexible and accommodating as I had mixed up our dates. The view from the jetty/ deck is amazing. Sunset beautiful. Unfortunately I missed the dolphins swimming past but sitting by the jetty on the lounge chairs watching the sun go down - lovely. Ate take aways down at the waters edge each nice, far too nice to sit inside in the A-C!

relaxing, low profile hotel, quietly and a very familiar place!

it was comfortable, kitchen supplies were new , bed was extra comfy, good location, very familiar but... be prepared to deal with shutters that barely provide coverage from the sunlight... luckily I had my sleep mask to keep me sleeping after the sunrise. We felt the room should have a little option for storage clothes: there was nothing besides a few hangers to handle with our bathing suits ... at some point things got a little worse due to our dive gear that had absolutely no spot to dry - we had to improvise with knob doors and everything that could hold our stuff in order to let it dry. Considering that this is a beach hotel it’s quite messy not having a place where to hang things.

This was a perfect way to top off my trip through the Keys!

The dear sweet woman in the office was an absolute delight. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. She was so friendly and helpful. My room was perfect and the price was more than reasonable. The facilities are amazing and I would love to come back and stay longer. Even the “locals “ that I talked with were so nice!

the shared community area was over takin by a very loud talkative family. not 1 peaceful sunset

Absolute perfection!

The property is centrally located to many attractions in the area! It’s very well taken care of and very clean.

one thing I would like for the staff to implement is being able to leave the key in the room instead of circling the property if room is located on back side.

Perfect Vacation!

Everything! Stayed in a 1 bedroom cottage and it was the perfect size, had everything we needed, and was extremely comfortable. The views & beach were amazing. I will 100% stay here again!

Everything worked out

Room was clean and unloading from our car was very convenient.

Road noise all night in our particular location. First room we were assigned had not been cleaned and the office was closed presumably for Easter Sunday. We called the emergency contact number and we were responded to immediately and reassigned a different room very quickly and courteously.

Superb

The room was clean, had nice decor, and had USB charging near the nightstand.

The coffee pot would not work, but we found a great little outdoor coffee truck nearby. We could not get the outdoor gas fire pit to work and it was perfect weather for one.
