About this condo rental
Situated in Granby, this attractive condo for $309 per night is a great choice for your next break. We purchased this double unit at The Inn at Silvercreek and completely renovated it with an eye for comfort, families, and mountain elegance. Everything, from the low VOC carpet, beautiful tile work and blue-stain pine trim throughout, to the hand scraped textured walls, fully appointed kitchen that includes full-size stainless steel appliances and cherry cabinetry were complete upgrades to the existing unit(s). We gutted the main bathroom and extended the upstairs loft by 6 feet to include a reading nook; then built out a kid’s bonus room off the loft with a twin over full futon couch/bunk and space for them to hangout while the grown-ups take in the views off the main deck and relax. The expansion gave us the largest unit in the entire complex. Ours is a very quiet top floor end unit overlooking two ponds and the hillside up to Ski Granby Ranch. It has convenient access to the pool & fitness center without the long walk or extra noise of being a little too close. The main living area has a full bath with double vanity, a real full-size & fully stocked kitchen for people who cook, living room with a pullout couch, large loft with 2 Qs, reading nook and the kids room with the bunk system. There is a large master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, a comfy king bed, cozy dining/work area, small fridge for necessities, full bath, large closet, and its own deck. Bedroom summary: BR 1- The master bedroom has a king bed. BR 2 - The 2nd bedroom is the loft with 2 queen beds and an armoire for storage. The 3rd room is the kid’s bunk room with a twin over full futon couch off the loft. Also has the queen pull out couch in LR in needed. Both living spaces have adjoining decks that can connect as one long deck or be locked-off for separate use. The views from the decks are amazing year round and take in the hillside designated for elk & deer grazing range, a pond with fountain out front and the larger lake across the road looking up the picturesque hillside to Ski Granby Ranch. During the winter they light the slopes on the weekends for night skiing and we benefit with the view of a winter wonderland. In the summer you may just see moose/deer/elk come to feed at the ponds, coyote on the hunt, majestic white pelicans or even a yellow-bellied marmot sunning on the rocks! Grab our binoculars and see what you spot. The living area features comfortable family friendly furnishings, a 4 top table for regular usage that expands to seat 6. There is an HD 42' flat screen with basic cable and a second TV in the master BR with a portable DVD player for those needed breaks from all the outdoor fun. There is a large hall closet, ample storage in the bathroom and additional storage under the stairs for large items if needed. There is also free WiFi throughout. Many of the units at the Inn at SilverCreek are individually owned, and the quality of renovations varies depending on the owner’s preferences. Ours included making this a home-away-from-home for ourselves and now, for you, our guests. We take pride in the work and extra touches we put into making our unit special for us and you. The Inn provides an unprecedented list of onsite amenities that include: a year-round heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, 4 hot tubs (2 inside, 2 outside), sauna, full fitness center, 2 racquetball courts, tennis and volleyball courts, putt-putt green, horseshoe pits, BBQ grills & smoker with an outdoor picnic area, a full restaurant, beauty salon, onsite "general store", free WiFi throughout, onsite ski rental shop, complementary business center, guest lounge areas, and onsite coin-op laundry. The building does have elevators & bell carts for guest convenience. A note about canine guests… We do welcome well-behaved older dogs with a $25.00 per pet fee for the additional cleaning costs. The Inn is a pet-friendly place, but not all units allow pets so please be respectful of other guests at all times. Dogs must be leashed and there are several strategically placed dog-waste disposal areas for our furry guests around the perimeter of the property. If you bring a pet, please abide by all Inn regulations or you may be subject to fines or cancellation of your stay. Pets must be registered at the front desk for their safety, all waste must be disposed of properly and pets should not be left in units for extended periods. Take your pooch by the front desk to say Hi and get a treat! (Ours view it is a “drive-by window”!) Lastly, if your pet gets anxious while you are out, you will be responsible for the havoc they wreak. Sorry, but due to a naughty puppy, we no longer allow them.

We stayed here two nights while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. The host was very easy to communicate with and helped with anything we needed. This place is very pet friendly - I do not suggest staying at the Inn at Silvercreek if you do not like dogs or if you are allergic to dogs. The Inn at Silvercreek is an older building with updates needed - we were slightly disappointed in the quality of the pool/hot tubs and the game room didn't have a working coin machine while we were there so we couldn't play any games. Also note that there is no AC so when we went in the middle of July it was very hot during the day. We opened the windows at night which helped a little.
Overall good stay, I just wish I had known ahead of time that the Inn at Silvercreek was so pet friendly and that the building was older and in need of some renovations.

Even though we had issues with the water that were way beyond the control of the owners, Casey went out of her way to help make our stay successful. The location of this condo is great...1/2 way between Winter Park and Grand Lake. We were pleasantly surprised by the onsite arcade room. That was a n unexpected bonus!

Nice Condo
The condo is nice. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped.
The locks on deck doors are broken (3rd floor though).
No A/C in the entire building, but temps in Granby don't get above 80 normally, so we stayed comfortable.
The one of the windows would not open and was stuck shut.

Good location
Nicely located right off 40 at the entrance to Granby Ranch. Main unit has kitchen/living with the loft and bunkroom upstairs. Master is an adjoining unit. Nice view off the deck!

Very relaxing week, can’t wait to go back!
Casey (the homeowner) was extremely helpful and answered my many questions prior to arrival; once we finally arrived onsite everything was just as described. The place was in a great location and moments away from all amenities on the property. My family was very pleased with the accommodations and we look forward to coming back again. Thank you again!

Great family cabin. Beautiful view and great location. Had issues with the toilet that the on-site management never did fix while we were there. Other than that, we would return. Pool was great for the kids.

Wonderful Family Vacation
My family and I had a great time. Our two young children loved the bunk bed room. Everything was as described and Casey communicated easily about our stay. We really loved the location; just a short trip to Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain and Grand Lake. We throughly enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, arcade, outdoor corn hole and grills. We just opened all windows and had fans going high speed. The upstairs bedrooms were kinda hot at night. The beds were very comfortable and the new carpet was nice and soft. Outdoor deck patio is nice and overlooking the pool and grill area. I’m pleased with renting this unit. Located close by a grocery store and McDonald’s and gas station. We were only 26 minutes away from the grand lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National park. We enjoyed going to the town of grand lake too. The owners of this condo were very nice as well!! Would definitely stay here again.

Great price and convenient location!
The price is great for this condo and the amenities were an awesome surprise! The condo is in an Inn that has an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. We took advantage of the pool daily. The Inn itself is dated, but this individual unit is updated and nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and soaking up the view and sunshine. We drove 5 minutes to skiing and just 25 minutes to Grand Lake for the cute town and snowshoeing. I recommend this property for families looking for a great price and fun for the whole family in the area.

The condo was large enough for the 4 of us although couch seating was limited. Both bathrooms are on the lower level so guests in the 2 rooms upstairs should be aware of that. The condo is located at the Inn at Silver Creek which offers indoor/outdoor pool, racquetball, a decent gym, a bar/restaurant and mini golf. However, the Inn is in need of major renovation, a little disappointed how tired the hotel looked in every area. The staff on reception could not have been more welcoming or helpful. This is a good value rental for a small group of people in a convenient location for activities.

The check-in gal was not the friendliest both my husband and I encountered at different times. The property was a little older than I anticipated with the mention that it had been renovated. Don't get me wrong still very nice, spacious and a wonderful location. Beautiful country surrounding. The windows could be a little cleaner however, I would recommend and stay again.

Vacation 2020
Overall it was great, needed a little more cleaning, which I ended up doing. I was told they had a new company for the cleaning, needs some more detail cleaning, which I don’t fault the owners they are very nice people and very helpful. I wouldn’t say anything but with the pandemic Covid-19 it’s very important. Cute and quite place, location is close to lots of things close by or not to far to drive to. Casey, is very good to work with and responds right away.

Excellent and Clean
We completely enjoyed our stay, it was wonderful to have the pool for the kids to cool off and burn off any extra energy from the day. You can get up to Grand Lake in 20 minutes and it is much much more up to date than anything we saw in Grand Lake with a McD, Subway, and Grocery just across the street. You can also get to Winter Park or SulSprings in twenty mintues. Just awsome!!!! Clean and just tons of space, you could not pick a better place.

Easy access to the lakes, hiking, and fishing. Great view on the deck for sunsets. Staff were nice. We cooked most meals and it was really nice to have all working appliances. Beds were comfy. Well kept place.

Granby Lake is Amazing
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, in spite of COVID restrictions, we were able to enjoy the pool, outdoor amenities and area lakes for paddle boarding. Family hiked until they found a moose, several deer and other small wildlife. The condo was excellent for us and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The double bathroom and kitchen facility had everything we needed.
