Located in Williamsburg, this lovely condo for $384 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts. The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet. The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129.00 CHANGE FEE. The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in. The resort does collect a daily $7 amenities fee per condo.

We enjoyed our time at this property, with the exception of the low-level harassment to attend time-share sales presentations. We arrived at 2:30 and were allowed to check in early. The desk personnel immediately switched us to a different unit than the "Hearing impaired" property we were apparently reserved against. I questioned this, as my understanding was the VRBO property contact owned a specific unit, but was assured by the desk personnel that moving us to a different unit was no problem. The concierge who gave us keys offered us discounted tickets to Busch Gardens if we would attend the 90 minute sales pitch; we declined. The following day they called the unit and asked about our plans for Christmas Day; my daughter excused herself and hung up. Other than this aggravation, the unit was spacious, fairly clean (some dirty dishes were outside our unit in the hallway from the time we showed up to the time we left 4 days later), and fairly convenient to downtown Williamsburg. We did not use any of the resort amenities as we had a full schedule. I meant to go look at them but never made it over to the entertainment buildings. We found the property very comfortable and roomy. THE RESORT CHARGES AN ADDITIONAL $7/day "resort fee" on TOP of the VRBO accounted charges.

The condo itself could stand a good cleaning. My son and 2 grandsons are allergic to dust mites and all 3 of them had reactions the whole time they were in the condo. The door on the master bedroom needs to be planed it sticks really bad once it is closed and very difficult to open. Amenities were fantastic especially for the grandkids. More info needs to be provided for the unit, like wifi info and checkout info.

Although I did not utilize much of the resort, the amount of space that we were able to have for a family of four was invaluable. We each have our own room, large beds, and plenty of common space to hang out at night. Check in was extremely easy, our contact person always got back to us quickly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the facility had a lot to offer. We very much enjoyed the arcade as a late night activity. The proximity to Busch Gardens, and Williamsburg was perfect so once we settled, and we never had long distances to drive during the vacation.

Beware of the check in process. Before they make your keys, they have you speak with a concierge. They are pushy and don’t know the word NO! After 15 minutes, I was finally given the keys. Everything else was smooth. It’s an older place but it had everything we needed to enjoy time with family.

After the initial check in process (sales pitch on attending a timeshare presentation), everything was great. The condo was clean and accommodating for our group of 6. The kids enjoyed the arcade, tennis courts and basketball hoop. I still give this property a 5 as the timeshare sales component is out of the control of the property manager and he did give us a heads up which was appreciated. We would stay here again

We enjoyed our 5-night stay here and would stay here again if we returned to the area. The highlight of the place is definitely the resort amenities. We were there in early October and there was tons of availability for the pickleball/tennis courts, mini golf, and two large arcade rooms which had a huge variety of options. My 6 and 8 year old kids were in heave. There was some sort of laser overhead computer game projected on the floor that we'd never seen before and my 6 year old loved. We didn't use the indoor or outdoor pools or cinema but were aware they were open. We had the 2- and 1- bedroom apartments (which had connecting interior doors) and enjoyed having the extra space and 3 bathrooms. It was a vacation for us parents because the kids got their own living room to play in. The building was just a 1 minute walk from the activity center where all the amenities were which was convenient. The apartment was furnished as shown in the pictures - far from modern but clean and comfortable. The only notable downside was that the light at night from the parking lot was too bright in the main bedroom even after pulling the drapes shut and using suitcases, etc. to keep them shut as tightly as possible. We ignored the sales pitch at check-in (did not attend a presentation selling time share ownership) along with the follow-up text messages we received. The resort is located <10 minute drive from Colonial Williamsburg and the outlet mall and 15 minutes to Great Wolf Lodge.

This place was awesome for 3 women traveling to see our countries heritage. We each had our own space with 3 rooms, 3 king size beds and 3 private bathrooms. It couldn't have been more perfect for us. The place was a little older but it was very clean and the beds were wonderful for the days end comfort. They also had a washer and dryer if needed in each condo. We would definitely return and urge others to stay at this wonderful facility.

Met with with my mom, sisters, and brother as we live about 16 hours apart. Apartment was spacious enough and had comfortable beds. The resort is nice and offers 3 pools (1 inside and 2 outside), mini golf, a game room, and other activities. The resort can be pushy with asking you to attend a 90 minute presentation for a timeshare but Matthew was very clear about that in his communications. The place is located very close to William and Mary/Colonial Williamsburg and with in 15 minutes of Busch Gardens. 25 minutes to Newport News Airport. Cute little Humane Society up the road. Overall property was exactly what we needed and was clean. We were happy with the stay.

The beds and linens were so comfortable- I slept better than I do at home! Plenty of space for three adults and one child. The pool area and outdoor games were great! Thank you for an easy place to call home during our stay.

This was incredible! The room was huge, clean and had everything we needed for my family of 7. The resort was nice and had a ton of activities for the whole family. It’s the perfect location too, less than 10 minutes to the outlets, Colonial Williamsburg and about 15/20 minutes to Jamestown settlement.

Excellent first floor condo that is clean and centrally located. Close to everything, making the trip easy to plan around. Beds we very comfortable. This was perfect for our family of six. It’s like staying at a hotel, but with convenience of kitchen. Would recommend.

Promised a 7 stay at Wyndham property with no blackout dates or fees if we listened to the sales pitch. After receiving the certificate, there are taxes, fees and MANY blackout dates. The property was nice. But, we were disappointed that we wasted our time listening to the sales pitch.

This condo was just right for my family of 8. It was clean and it was nice to have so many bathrooms as well as the washer and dryer. My kids enjoyed mini golf and the arcade along with the big checkers set in the yard. Close to Colonial Williamsburg which was our reason for visiting. We weren’t bothered at checkin with any timeshare discussions. We had a great stay and enjoyed the area!

We stayed at a 3 bedroom lockout unit, perfect for our family. Kitchen had all the necessities, plus in unit laundry. Family enjoyed outdoor heated pool, indoor pool, arcade game room, mini golf, outdoor games like ping pong, giant checkers, giant connect four, bags, horseshoes, etc. Property is nicely located to local attractions. Would recommend!

This is the perfect place especially if you have several people. 3 bedrooms all with king beds. Master has enough room for a air mattress if you have little ones that need to be close. 2 pull out couches made it great for my 8 year old and 17 year olds to have there own space. The resort amenities were great! We spent alot of time in the free arcade, pool and putt-putt. There were other games and activities to do also. Great location close to everything. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We immensely enjoyed our stay at Kingsgate resort. There was plenty to do for everyone, including an indoor and outdoor (heated!) pool, tennis courts, mini golf, and a full arcade, which was my children's favorite part. The whole place looked fresh and clean, and the staff was incredibly nice and super helpful. We definitely want to stay here again!

This was a great property to stay in for the weekend. We were in town for my Son’s graduation. It’s clean and well maintained. This is a time share and we were asked at check in if we wanted to attend the meeting. There was no pressure when we declined. I would stay here again.

It had the feel of an apartment complex but the amenities and service of a resort. Check in was a breeze and we easily found our unit which overlooked a small pond with a fountain and ducks. The grounds are buzzing with energy and young families. Although my group wasn't interested in the activities they did have a lot to offer all ages. We stayed in an apartment that actually was two apartments connected by a door. This gave everyone in our group a bedroom and space to ourselves for our long weekend. The livingroom in the smaller unit had a kitchenette and sofa bed which we easily used as another bedroom. The beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The living room in the main unit was big enough for a large family of seven adults to congregate. Large dining table and kitchen allowed us to have breakfast before we headed off to the museums. It's location is absolutely perfect is you're interested in William and Mary, Busch gardens, Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown.
