Situated in Bradenton, this lovely house for $427 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This 1920 Victorian home has been lovingly updated while maintaining her original coastal charm. Enjoy relaxing on the wrap around front porch or chillin' and grillin' in the back yard tropical courtyard heated pool and gas grill. The 4 bedrooms sleep 8+ and is child friendly with bed rails, Pack and Play, stair gates and highchair. The main floor master suite features a king bed, 55" Smart TV/DVD player, en'suite bath with garden tub, shower room, water closet, twin vanities and walk in closet. The 'Island Room' has a Queen Size bed and sleeps two. The favorite 'Old Florida Room' has a queen bed, and the tranquil 'Garden Room' has one King bed. This room has an available twin bed that can be set up upon request. All with ample closet space. The upper level has a spacious bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower room. Of course, all linens and towels are furnished. When it is time to come in from play, you will enjoy the comfort of the living room with it's oversized furnishings and 55"high def. Smart TV and DVD player. The extra-long sofa converts to twin bed. Direct TV and wireless high-speed internet are provided. There is plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room with a table that seats 10. Of course, you will fall in love with the large kitchen and the French doors that open to the back courtyard pool. Everything you need is ready for you including stainless appliances, island bar seating and table that seats 4. Off the kitchen is a laundry room for those sandy suits and towels. Off the dining room is a powder room. There are beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and coolers for your use should you take in the beach - a MUST as you are only 8 miles to Anna Maria Island. Plus, you are within walking distance to Old Main St. with shops, street market, restaurants and bars. And of course, you are at the start of The Riverwalk that features parks, restaurants, biking, museum/aquarium, piers and 2 mile trail along the river. Do not miss shopping and dining at the Village of Arts.

We spent the Christmas Holiday at this home with our adult children. It is a beautiful home fully equipped with most anything needed. The owners are communicative and very thoughtful. They met us at the house and gave us a tour and also left some treats for us. Loved the wrap around porch as well as the homey decorating. The location is great for walking to restaurants, the River Walk and local shops. We would stay at this home again. Almost forgot to mention, The home was also decorated for Christmas with a tree, lights on the bannister and outdoor lights too.

Walking into the house, you’re made to feel like you’ve being invited to a friend’s home. It has anything you would need for a comfortable stay and a day at the beach. The patio and the pool were a great place to relax. The owners were easy to work with. Even with our late arrival, Gregg met us at the house to show us around. The house is within walking distance of town as well as the marina. We would book here again.

We were greeted and treated like family. Everything was explained and marked and so easy. We were within walking distance of many great restaurants and activities. The pool was particularly wonderful. We have never felt so comfortable and “at home” in another rental. Kudos to the Bittners for an excellent experience. The house is so nicely decorated, and the front porch was our favorite hangout ( besides the pool!). Overall just a terrific vacation.

This is not your typical vrbo. This is definitely a home with all the comforts. Very charming ambiance and decorated with antiques and furnishings. The neighborhood is lovely and conveniently located to the Riverwalk and to downtown Bradenton for restaurants and bars. The beach is a short driving distance away. Great front porch and nice pool and patio in the back to relax in and have a warning coffee or afternoon drink. The area is super safe and neighborhood has a cool vibe. The hosts were so attentive and always responded in a timely manner. We would definitely stay at this home again.

We had a great time during our stay in Florida and this house was perfect for our family! We had 2 adults and 4 teens in our group- the house was perfectly spaced out. We enjoyed swimming amd front porch sitting, and the kids even took the provided bikes on a stroll. We walked downtown Saturday for the farmers market too. The house was fully stocked just like home! Would definitely stay at again.

This is our second time staying here. It is great the house it is equipped with everything you would want for a great stay. Also it is very clean, the host are very attentive to any needs you might have. A great pool with many slitting areas by the pool and around the house.

The kitchen was amazingly spacious! We were all able to get in the kitchen together to cook and prepare our meals, it was fabulous and beautiful! The rooms are a great size, lots of space to move around, the lampshades were absolutely adorable, great and plenty of furniture, but that spa like bathroom with the garden tub, Perfect for busy momma’s with a glass of sweet white wine. The pool was also a great place to hang out and relax, besides the beautiful wrap around porch with that view. So Peaceful & Perfect! We will definitely be going back to this beautiful 1926 Victorian Home again next year! Even home owners; Hosts were an incredibly fabulous couple! We loved Everything about this property!! Curb appeal is everything and this house has it in spades. Enjoying my coffee on the beautiful porch each morning while listening to the birds greet the day and the fat squirrel wind his way up and down the tree looking for breakfast was just the perfect start. It set the tone for everything this trip was - relaxing. I wish I could pick this house up and move it to North Carolina because - down to the decorations - it's everything I'd want if I could pick. Large enough space for all to gather in the kitchen for lunch, a large dining room space for dinner and plenty of room to stretch out for evening movies. AND the pool ~ The backyard was a true oasis. If we had never left the house, our vacation would have been amazing. But, being so close to everything - walking distance to the cutest downtown and 10 minutes to a public beach access on Anna Maria, our schedule was packed. We truly love this area. Gregg & Lori were wonderful hosts. Very communicative prior to our arrival and stuck around to greet us and tell us all about the house and local attractions - Lori, thanks for the tip about the Farmer's Market...we enjoyed all the vendors! This house is at the top of our list for all time VRBO faves! 5 stars indeed!

The place is everything as advertised, well furnished and stocked with supplies and conveniences, and in great condition. Gregg, Lori, and Vanessa were very prompt in communicating and in attending to our requests. We had a great time, and will stay there again.

This was perfect for our visit. We had a semi family get-together and the house was exactly what we needed. It has old world charm and very modern conveniences. Both a great indoor and outdoor house. Having lemonade and iced tea on the front porch made us feel as though we transported back in time. So lovely, fantastic hosts and more amenities than we imagined.

This is the perfect place to stay if your wanting to be close to Marina/downtown area all in walking distance. 20 minute drive to St Pete, Anna Marie or Bradenton Beach areas. Highly recommend. The Brittners were so kind. They met us at the house for check in and showed us around. The home has everything you would need including special touches like beach towels, sunscreen, breakfast bars filtered water, bathroom essentials, laundry etc. Just bring your clothes and swim suits. Pool area and grill and the front porch both excellent places to enjoy the Florida temperatures. Beds also very comfortable!! We will be back! Thank you for your hospitality!! This was an amazing home ...everything you would ever need was furnished and well stocked and the owners was very pleasant we enjoyed the pool every evening when we was home and the neighborhood was very quiet I would definitely recommend this home

Beautiful home with plenty of space. The owners were more than accommodating. They even unloaded my car for me. Loved the covered driveway for loading and unloading. Would definitely stay again. The pool was awesome!

We had a great time and this property was close to everything but away from all the usual hotels and businesses that you sometime find close to tourist attractions. We could walk to the Riverwalk or to the restaurants and bars. The house was as advertised and stocked with everything you could need. Great rental property.
