Situated in Buckeye, this lovely house for $193 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Buckeye is a rapidly expanding city located less than 40 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. It is close to the 101 and I10 Freeways. It is a little more than 90 minutes to scenic Sedona and Tucson. It is a little more than 3 hours to the Grand Canyon or Mexico and 4 1/2 hours to Las Vegas or Los Angeles. Your home is fully furnished with all the amenities and new appliances, and includes an automatic garage door opener. It has been professionally landscaped with an extended patio. It is geared for Adults only. Your home is less than 40 minutes or so from all the culture of Phoenix -- the Botanical Gardens, the Water Park, the Phoenix Zoo, the many theaters and almost unlimited dining choices. This was a work related stay for me, just under three (3) weeks. The place was super clean and everything worked. The owner was quick to respond to all communications. I look forward to staying here in the future.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. What stands out is that the place is spotless. There is a great attention to detail. Everything is so well stocked. There is even food for hummingbirds. We love the quiet neighborhood and that it’s close to stores and highways. The back patio is beautiful and a great place to enjoy a meal. It’s a very comfortable and lovely home.

I rented the house for my daughter and granddaughters and they really liked the placed. The beds were very comfortable. They enjoyed the back patio, especially since it's still nice weather here. I'd rent the place again

Stayed 3 nights at this home it was very clean and well cared for. It's conveniently located near public amenities shopping, restaurants, gas stations and many others businesses. Just minutes to the 10 fwy. Quiet neighborhood. Owner communicated very well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was so comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well appointed. The location was perfect for our agenda of visiting family and hiking (White Tank Mtn and Estrella Mtn Regional Parks). Dr. Phil was a terrific host. We give it 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property was clean and quiet just what the family needed during their stay. Only complaints is that it could be better stocked. We ended up having to buy toilet paper and stuff cause only 1 roll was left, but overall a good stay.

My brother and I flew into Phoenix for the weekend to surprise our baby sister on her 60th birthday. This beautiful little house was just what we needed. We each had our own room with the master bath being handicap accessible and the other bathroom right next to the bedroom. The 3 nights we were there were much more enjoyable than any hotel! Very modern kitchen and open living area. Very clean. Phil checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again! We have yet to have a bad experience with VRBO.

I had a very pleasant stay for 4 days. Dr Phil had everything I needed up to a back up coffee pot. The house was very clean and very well kept. It was 2 minutes from where my daughter and her family lives so I was able to spend time with the grand kids. The property was very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy check in and Dr Phil was an awesome host. He responded to any of my concerns quickly (broken coffee pot). I absolutely loved staying at this property and will be back in the near future.

Well kept property conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and many other shops and businesses. House was immaculate upon arrival and had everything you need to accommodate a short or long stay. Good line of communication with the owner. We’d gladly stay here again.

House was fine except the thermostat adjusted itself every hour and reset itself to 85 degrees. When it’s 110 outside that’s not acceptable. Also the house advertises a double car garage. Right before we arrived we were informed that we couldn’t use the garage because the owner stores their personal car there and they don’t want anyone scratching it. Our car may not be as fancy as their new car but once again when it’s 110 outside this isn’t acceptable. Another complaint is the TVs reception was horrible Sorry to say we wouldn’t use this property again.

What an outstanding VRBO! The house is located near grocery stores and other shopping areas. This beautiful home was clean, organized with very comfortable beds. To include a quite backyard to enjoy your morning coffee. We will definitely be back!
