Was very disappointed to find out that the house we rented with a pool, in fact had no pool, and not a penny was offered back in return, the hot tub I wouldn't go in if you paid me as going anywhere near it would make your eyes water, the location wasn't bad, and the masterbedroom bed was comfy, but this is a place to sleep and sleep only

House was in decent condition and easily could fit us 11 girls! The owner popped by and made sure everything was ok for us and he was great to work with. The beer garden is so cute too- definitely recommend for a Bach party!

Pros: The owner, Michael, is a nice man and was very responsive to our concerns and needs. The house was clean. The location is good. The jacuzzi worked (but water was dirty/murky).
Cons: It’s pretty rough. Reminded us of a bachelor pad/frat house. The front bdrm window had what looked like a bullet hole! Scuffs on many of the walls. The kitchen was rough and did not come with any supplies (ie trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, salt/pepper). We had to request or purchase every single item. And the pool was a joke! Photo is very disceiving. It’s actually in the courtyard of the attached hostel and looks like a tarp covering PVC pipe. It was dirty and only half full. Not appropriate for use!

The house was good for the price and the location. There are a few things I wish I had known before booking the house however:
1. It is attached to/ run by a hostel, and so has similar linens. There was also music playing from the hostel in the morning which you could hear from one of the bedrooms.
2. The kitchen is not supplied. There were barely any plates, there were a few pots and pans, and barely any utensils. Two burners on the stove did not work.
3. There was way too much chlorine in the hot tub. It ruined several of our bathing suits and affected several girls' skin (causing itching/burning).
Also, the pictures in this post look a lot nicer than the actual house.

Great place for bachelor party
I stayed at this house from March 16-19 2017 with a group of 10 guys for a bachelor party. There were plenty of beds for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the hot tub and ping pong table. We were able to watch our march madness games and the wifi helped everyone save data. I cannot speak for the kitchen and kitchen supplies as we ate out every meal. There are a lot of good spots close by to get food, the beach is only a 3/4 mile walk as well. The staff was nice, gave us extra towels and helped provide advice about the area. There was a hotel nearby that had a rocking pool party that we thoroughly enjoyed. All in all we were very satisfied. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice spot for a bachelor party.

It was really nice. The house was great for two families to enjoy the beautiful Miami Beach area. The owners were very accomodating and helpful any hour of the day. The couch was very comfortable per Shannon. We would definately come back again.

Great Time for a Girls Weekend
The Bikini Lodge was a great place and location for a South Beach Bachlorette trip. We were in either walking distance or a cheap cab ride from everything. The owners came in to check on us during our arrival and to make sure everything was great. Even went out to buy extra blankets as it was a cold weekend for us! Great space for a group of 11 girls. Fun time had by all!!

Best Decision that I Made
I rented the Bikini Beach House for a girls’ bachelorette weekend. It was the best decision that I made. There was a total of 8 of us and we rented the whole house. It was so nice. There was a complete kitchen with dishwasher (it needs some repairs/replacement), and washer and dryer. With access from the house to the community area. It had plenty space, and the staff was so accommodating. I will definitely rent this house again when I return to Miami Beach.

Great Spot - Great Folks
I want to send a personal thank you for your continued professionalism and help with everything that made the trip for myself and the group possible … My friends said that you were more than helpful during their arrival … I am definitely willing to book a similar trip in the future, possibly over the summer … Your kind words and advice went a long way, as I did finally rest for a bit and enjoyed my time at the house. You all were more than helpful, and I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and others. Continue to keep up the good work, and again thank you all for your help!

bachelor party
My friends and I stayed in the South Beach House for a bachelor party, and it couldn't have been more perfect. We had nine guys, and there was enough room for us to live comfortably for three nights. It's about a 15-minute walk to the heart of the Ocean Drive hot spots and just a few blocks from a good burger joint and a couple grocery stores like a Whole Foods. As for the place itself, the back yard is the best part, with a grill and a covered patio area. I definitely would recommend this spot to any big group looking to enjoy Miami Beach.
