House was very clean, furniture in living room and dining room were nice, would have preferred softer beds...emailed manager as hot tub did not heat past 90, but enjoyed our time away anyway! Loved the wildlife around the house: many deer (with babies!), squirrels and a cute little otter in the river.

Idyllic Setting
The home was nice and cozy and situated in a nice quiet street in Sunriver resort. It had a perfect back deck and hot tub to enjoy as well that was just icing on the cake.

Excellent stay!
Highly recommend for the price. Quiet, nice neighborhood, easy to get to Mt Bachealor and everything you need immediately within 15 minutes.

Small but nice
I only gave 3 stars because the hot tub was broken and the reason we rented this house was for the hot tub. Ping pong table wasn't use able do to the garage being to small to play in. The house was clean and we did like the large mud room.

It was wonderful! Two minor things we noticed would have made it absolutely perfect: 1) an axe to chop firewood. There was plenty of wood but mostly in fairly large pieces that didn’t burn very well; and 2) the heat lamps in the bathroom could use a cleaning. Other than that, we loved the property!

Location was ideal. Right next to the river and walking path, short drive from park and store. Fireplace and hot tub made it all the better.

First trip to Sunriver
Bathrooms/kitchen very clean. Good house. Not as close to the river as listing alluded to. Really dusty bedrooms, lots of cobwebs. Hot tub was only 73 degrees when we showed up and there was dog hair on the floors but we didn’t bring a dog. For that expensive of a cleaning fee would have thought the house to be cleaner upon arrival.

Pricey. Had to call for assistance to get keyless entry code to unlock door. Several items need repair, dryer door has to be lifted up to close properly, blinds on sliding glass door are falling apart, faded instructions on hot tub key table tent say not to run jets on high but even running them on low tripped the breaker. All light fixtures had very bright bulbs. Driveway was very narrow. Backyard adjacent to Cardinal Lane with no privacy screen, so everyone walking or driving by had a great view of anyone going to or from the hot tub. I found this embarrassing, I am not an exhibitionist.

We have been coming to Sunriver for decades, and we have stayed at Loon 15 many times because we like the location.
The house is clean, but not clean/maintained. Several years ago I told the management company there was food on the kitchen blinds. It's still there. We purchased a rug for the entry door this time. There needs to be more rugs/mats by the doors to clean dirty feet.
The hot tub is nice to have, but it is so-so. This year the jets were even less & the temperature was only warm. One of our last nights there I showered, went to get in the hot tub, and it wouldn't work at all. We called the number listed by the hot tub, got the answering service, waited for a call back, talked to the service person, tried flipping switches as we were told & it still didn't work. Then we were stuck at the house waiting for the service person. We couldn't leave because he needed access to the garage for the electric panel. I went to the Sunset Lodging office the next day to discuss the problem & the lady said she would get back to us. We did not get a response. After we left Sunriver I called and talked to Sunset Lodging again, and was told again they would get back to us. Two weeks later and I still have not had a response from Sunset Lodging regarding me having to spend my vacation evening dealing the the broken hot tub and it not working very well to begin with. I'm on vacation and for the price I'm paying for a house with a working hot tub, I should not have to deal with that.
We love the location, but we may be looking into different options for our annual vacation at Sunriver.

We really enjoyed our time at Loon 15. The house has plenty of space for 2-3 couples. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location near the river. The bikes, ping pong table, hot tub and BBQ were added bonuses!

There are no frills, other than the Cardinal Bridge 100 yards away. This house lacks most communal things - good cuttlery, bowls for cooking, and most importantly, air conditioning. But it’s as advertised. No luxury to be found, but the beds are fine.

We have rented this unit before so we knew what to expect; a clean, well furnished house. The obvious improvement was the asphalt driveway. When we arrived, we noticed that the usual pile of firewood was absent. A call to the management company resulted a delivery within a hour. The only caveat is to bring two good 3 way bulbs with you if you are readers. The owner puts single dim 60 watt bulbs in the 3 way sockets. In 2016 we bought bulbs at the hardware store and left them upon departing. This visit the dim bulbs were back in place. we bought 3 way LEDs at the hardware store for our visit, but this time we took them home with us. We visited all of the local restaurants and bars (some more than once) We endured the 20 degree mornings to get fresh baked treats from Hot Lava. We enjoy the location near Cardinal Landing and the river, but it was sad to see how low the level was. This area needs rain very badly.

I love the location and the house. I found that all of the window blinds were dirty and the kitchen floor had no been cleaned. My socks were filthy on the bottom after walking on the floor. I still will return to the location in the future. Just do a better job of cleaning the place.
