Located in Ocean City, this lovely house for $595 per night is a great option for your next trip. This 5 star property (see tenant ratings), located in the North End of Ocean City at 40 Atlantic Avenue, is ideal weekly rental during the summer. It is also available during the winter, especially on monthly basis at discounted rates. It possesses a huge 50 X 130 lot and has a view of the water from the living room and upper front porch! Our property has the following great NEW features: 1) New HVAC units in every bedroom for great cooling (and heating during the winter). 2) HARD WOOD FLOORS in all the rooms and hallways, including the living room and dining room. 3) Retractable awning on the top floor porch, which is ideal for a morning coffee break. 4) New furniture in all the bedrooms, to include king bed in the master room on 2nd floor. 5) PARKING for 2 cars directly behind the property, which is newly paved and has a basketball hoop to play on for all ages. 6) It has an enclosed outdoor shower to wash off after day at the beach. 7) LOCATION - This townhome is a straight shot to the beach and boardwalk as you can see it less than two blocks away. The townhome is located between 1st Street and North Street. Additionally, several restaurants are within one block, including Island Grill. 8) New outdoor grill is located out back on the driveway to cook burgers or dogs after day at the beach. 9) New refrigerator has been installed and provide a Keurig coffee maker as well. 10) In the kids' room with the trundle bed, there is a 50" TV with Xbox console that your children can play video games. 11) We provide beach passes as well which is over $100 savings. The only item that you/tenant must bring are your own bed sheets and towels. There are 4 bedrooms with one king bed, one queen bed, one trundle bed that sleeps 3, and two twin beds. Loved the house which was very bright and had an open feeling. We enjoyed relaxing on the upper porch at night with our son and daughter-in-law. Enjoyed lying in the hammock on the lower porch with my grandchildren. Great location with a two block (one long) walk to the beach and at the beginning of the boardwalk. Enjoyed grilling and making s’mores at night.

This was our second stay at this location and it was just as good as the first. The home is clean, contemporary, and in a great location relative to the shore and boardwalk. The owners are accessible and considerate of your needs, should you need anything. We definitely recommend a stay at this location.

This property was ideal for our use while working in Ocean City. It had all the amenities we need for a multi-week stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the location is ideally near the beach. Would love to stay again in the future.

This house was perfect for our family and friends. Porch with a powered awning and a great view down St. Charles to the beach. Kitchen, living room, porch and master bedroom on the top floor. Three more generous bedrooms on the bottom floor.

This house was big enough for our family and friends and located within a short walk to the best beach on the north end. A huge bonus is a very large driveway for plenty of off street parking.

This 2-story townhome was perfect for our family. For 5 adults, it was very comfortable. Only 1.5 blocks to the beach and start of the boardwalk (but it is a long block). Everything was clean and functioned well. Very comfortable rooms and living area. We loved the hammock on the first floor porch, and sitting out to read on the second floor porch with retractable awning. Be sure to bring your own spices though, only salt and pepper provided. Also, guests do not have access to the outside storage shed, so bring your own boogie boards and beach chairs. If you do have younger kids, they'll love the bunk bed and beanbag room, with some included video games and Xbox. The location is great! You've got restaurants nearby, and ice cream within 2 blocks. Couldn't ask for much more from a OCNJ rental. Would stay here again!

We had an amazing time at John’s place. The house had everything we needed, the rooms were quite large, nicely decorated and super comfortable—my son loved the kids room! The deck was great for coffee or happy hour. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location was great, quick walk to the beach and start of the boardwalk. John was incredibly responsive the entire trip. Overall was a wonderful experience!!

House is beautiful and perfect layout if 4 bedrooms needed. Love the retractable awning. Shoot out the door and walk a block and a 1/2 to the beach. No one wants to drive to and from the beach. Drive a few short blocks and $15 parking at the high school to walk the boardwalk. John was quick to respond to any message which were general in nature. Not a single thing wrong with this house or owner.

Great stay! Our family of 6 plus one friend and there was plenty of space to enjoy the Jersey shore. Rooms were really spacious, and beds were super comfortable!! House had all the amenities you needed. The basketball court out back was a bonus for the boys. John was super responsive and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend for any large family. Great restaurant nearby for takeout-The Island Grill. Would definitely recommend!!!

Owner is very responsive. Place was clean. Beds comfy. Two decks were awesome. Top deck was very breezy which was perfect. Electric awning was great bc we could enjoy the breeze and not get sun-blasted. Lots of walkable restaurants, cute coffee place, short walk to beach (and one with bathrooms, I might add). Very glad we stayed here!!

This was such a lovely home. The decor was so beautiful and relaxing. A beautiful deck to relax on. Kitchen had great dishes, pots and pans with quality appliances and a nice Keurig. Very comfortable beds with extra blankets and pillows. Nice to have a washer/dryer too. Just a block or two to the beach which is so clean and family friendly. Check in and out was a breeze and communication with John, the owner, was very good. Close to several restaurants and some of the best donuts we’ve ever had(Browns on the Boardwalk). Would love to come back and stay here again!

The property was very spacious as to allow everyone to have privacy, with four bedrooms, large living room area, and two decks. Only a short walk to the beach, about 7 mins at an average pace. We liked that we didn’t have to cross a busy boardwalk to get to the beach (the street we were on is where the boardwalk begins(or ends). A large driveway was a nice bonus, we parked our two SUVs there, and there was still plenty of room. John was great to deal with, responded quickly and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok.

House was very nice. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice deck with retractable awning and comfortable furniture. Lots of parking out back and a basketball net. No garage to store bikes and chairs. Good location. Not a far walk to the beach. Deli across the street and Annie’s Carousel a few blocks away for great ice cream.
