About this house rental
Nestled in Sunriver, this lovely house for $165 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This clean, beautiful and convenient home has everything you need, including free WiFi, cable TV, 3 fully outfitted bedrooms, full kitchen with large and small appliances and cooking and serving items, gas grill, bicycles, and more! To find #6, put 17722 Lake Aspen Court in your GPS. Just exit US Highway 97. Once you get off 97, follow the signs to Sunriver. Follow the signs to Circle 3. Enter Circle 3 and get off on the River Road exit (toward the airport). Very soon you’ll take at right at the large wooden sign that says Quelah. VERY IMPORTANT to follow these directions. Follow that road until you see another large wooden sign that says Skyline and take a right. Turn into the second driveway on the left, look for #6 and there you are! There should be a bench near the door. You can either park under the left side of the carport, or in the space in front of the unit. If there is a wreath on the door, you're at #6 Quelah and are in the wrong place. The interior features a modern update, with a newly remodeled kitchen that includes a gas range and oven. We also recently purchased all new livingroom and bedroom furniture that are up to our personal requirements for comfort. #6 has 1 king bed, 1 queen and 1 full-sized bed, bedding, linens, a recently updated kitchen and all new small appliances. We hope you find #6 as comfortable and welcoming as we have tried to make it.

.There was no extra air mattress as listed in the property. Two adults slept on floor. We would have bought our air mattress if it hasn’t been mentioned on the listing. We texted, called and left voicemail but no response came when we asked for the air mattress.This is the first property I have stayed where we were asked to remove all linens and used towels, wash it and put it in dryer before leaving the property..

Had a great week in Sunriver with my family and have no complaints with this property. It was comfortable and well equipped. I would defiantly stay at this property again in the future!

We came to stay for a country music festival and it was the perfect place to stay! The pool included was so much fun and lots of pretty places to walk! The only thing was that it was a little hard for us to find but if we would have just put in the Quelah condos and followed the directions that she gives you instead of following the pin we would have found it a lot faster. Overall great!

Great location, near bike paths, nature center, not far from SHARC or village. The only recommendation I would make is for the owner to update the binder in the condo. There is no information about trash pickup, working the TV, etc. In fact, there is no info at all about this specific condo; nothing is in the binder except various brochures showing nearby places to visit. Also, the kitchen could use some more large bowls, a large pitcher, and even more drinking glasses.

This property was great! Perfect location for what we were there for and actually had other team members super close to us which made it even better. This unit is spacious, clean and equipped with everything you may need. Would definitely stay here again.

The townhome backs to the bike/walking path and is about a 15 minute walk to the village and 5 minutes to the nature center. The unit was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and baths were updated. A few negatives were that the fireplace had a board in front of it and the key wasn’t where it was supposed to be. We couldn’t use our Netflix or Amazon Prime on the TV. One of the two bikes was flat and need a new tube and there was no pump. The BBQ was old and missing the handle to the lid. Although the negatives were minor the unit was of value. We stayed 10 days and the spring skiing couldn’t have been better.

This wonderful condo is so close to all of the necessities that Sunriver offers - the Nature Center, the Observatory, the Village, Fort Rock Park (all small walks) and the endless walking and bike trails steps from Rhonda's back door patio. The three separate BRs worked well for our family of 4 - my wife and I are our two college age boys. The large dining table worked out so well for meals, puzzles and evening conversations. Rhonda's condo has lots of extra towels, sheets, throw blankets, pillows, etc. We curled up to movies on the couch and spent our mornings reading in the family room. The cable TV and Wi-Fi worked well and at times we noticed that Wi-Fi was a little slow because all four of us were online - a small inconvenience as the majority of time we were outside enjoying the beauty of Central Oregon. In addition, the laundry unit was very convenient, we were thankful for the covered parking which helped in the snow and the SHARC passes were used on a rainy day - thank you.
Overall, my family of 4 had another enjoyable stay in Sunriver and Rhonda was very responsive to requests.

Everything about this condo and the rental experience was wonderful. The location of this condo was perfect for us, central to all of our favorite sunriver hangouts and bike rides. The condo itself is super spacious, clean and comfy. It was the perfect home base for us for the week we were there. Lots of fans and a couple of portable air conditioners made it a pleasantly comfortable oasis from the heat too. Sharc passes were awesome. The listing said there was a hot tub at the condo complex and it turned out that the hot tub had since been removed, but it wasn’t an issue for us because the sharc passes were even better than a hot tub. Hopefully the listing has now been updated to remove the hot tub info so future guests know not to expect one on site. (There is a hot tub at the sharc, which is a 5-10 minute bike ride away.) Communication with the owner was very easy and she was always quick to respond. After checking out we realized we’d left something valuable behind and the owner was very accommodating and patient. The housekeeper was very kind and accommodating as well, graciously agreeing to mail it to us. We will definitely be back!

Just Perfect
This was our first get away just for fun since the pandemic and we couldn’t have been happier with it. Rhonda was always available for questions and very helpful. The condo was clean and well stocked. My girls loved the pool at the SHARC too! Thank you!

Location was fine, using porch out back no sunset as it faces east; next to road and tunnel for walkers. Sunrise in the morning were terrific with natural light coming through top windows. Master Bed was okay. Covered parking was a plus, it rained a bit so we could keep things dry if needed.

We were in town to visit family and this property suited our needs perfectly. With 8 family members staying there, having two bathrooms was a necessity. The entire condo was very well stocked with games, dishes, utensils, spices, coffees, soaps, etc. and it was super clean! We would definitely stay there again.

Rhonda agreed to $30 total - after asking us to call SHARC to confirm access. Isn't that the job of the property manager? Rhonda was very rude on the phone. Today when I returned home, I inquired about my $30 credit. Rhonda indicated "I can't find where it says there is a hot tub available". She took the description down on Saturday right after we called. I told her this and she said "I did no such thing. Your friends are lying to you", pretending like she never had it advertised with a hot tub. On the day I book and up until the day I arrived, her listing indicated "There is a hot tub for the Skyline community near Skyline 10. The key is located on the Tweety Bird keychain. Rhonda is very deceitful and I can't recommend this property based on the property manager alone - in addition to the dirty home.

Wonderful place to stay. Comfy furnishings with everything you could possibly need down to even a pump to blow up your snow tubes! Loved it. The only challenge we had was the door lock alarm. Very sensitive and hard to live with. However, I completely understand the level of security and protection wanted since this property was so nice! Our entire family enjoyed our stay… dogs and all!

Pots and pans were in great condition. Towels were also very fluffy. We appreciated that the cabin was stocked with games, puzzles, coffee, tea and laundry detergent. Perfect setup since I stayed in the cabin and took long walks with the dog while the boys hit the slopes. No noise issues. Could use more mugs and older towels for the wetness snow boots bring in. I felt horrible using the lovely white towels!
