Coconut Laguna BEACH– L4 Holiday Villa with private pool directly on the Beach of Bang Por The Samui villa is situated directly on the beach of Bang Por, features 2 exterior staircases, which are leading up to the separate entrances of the first and second bedroom, each with a large balcony. The first villa bedroom exposes a beautiful view onto the beach and overlooking the sea, while the second bedroom is on the backside of the villa overlooking the garden. They are both equipped with a double bed , air-conditioners, mirrored dressing tables and a flat screen TV. with direct access to the en-suite bathrooms, presenting double wash basins, large mirrors, shower and WC. The upper floor is the perfect vacation setup for a family or friends, providing enough space for personal toiletries and towels. To access the third bedroom on the first floor, there is a private entrance directly from the outside. It is also equipped with a double bed, air-conditioner, mirrored dressing table and a flat screen TV. It has direct access to the en-suite bath with wash basin, large mirror, shower and WC, and lots of shelf space for personal amenities. The living and dining area, is equipped with a comfortable built-in kitchen made of hardwoods. Special features to this holiday area include an extractor hood, four ceramic hot-plates, and a large refrigerator. An ‘athome’ feel is created with the placement of a very comfortable couch in front of the flat screen TV mounted on the wall, with a dining table nearby to add to the living quarter’s versatility. A desk top computer, working station set with Wi-Fi Internet connection is also established for the guests of this immaculate beach vacation home. The house was in a good location for what we required. It was very wet weather most days, and walking to the upstairs bedrooms was extremely dangerous. It has no cover so we got soaked coming to and from and nearly slipped several times. This is a major fault and should be rectified immediately before there’s a fatal accident.
The garden area hadn’t been maintained and was overgrown and messy. Not good enough.
The place inside is old and tired looking, but had all the amenities.
Cleaners came in whenever they chose, even if you were having breakfast, which was invasive. They should be told not to enter until the guests have departed for the day.
The exercise gear was old and rusted and should be removed.
The house and surrounds need a good tidy up before further rentals.

This place was great and we truly enjoyed and relaxed fully. Plenty of room and clean no questions asked. You can dip in your own pool or dip in the sea for a swim just about 100 ft away. W

Quiet beachfront escape
Wonderful house. 3 full queen beds. literally right on the beach. We were picked up and driven to the house on the first night and welcomed with a full dinner waiting for us by the pool.
Robert the owner lives the dream life. He’s very helpful if you need anything. Perfect place to get away from work or normal life.
Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay at the Coconut Laguna Beach villa.
We would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely villa next to the beach on Koh Samui, we stayed for 2 weeks at the Coconut Laguna Beach villa and had a wonderful 2 weeks, Roberto was near by if you needed any information about Koh Samui and on hand to answer any questions, he was very helpful and the staff were lovely and very helpful, always with a smile on their faces .
We will be returning next year.

Beautiful stay
An amazing holiday for me and my family, having the villa right on the beach was a real treat. Even though we couldn’t swim in the sea as it was too rocky it did not take away from the charm and relaxation of the place.
Only criticism and this is a design flaw of the villa rather than the host, as we went during the rainy season all the bedrooms are accessed via outside so when it is raining you will also get wet going down to the living room but that can’t be changed. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Beautiful and quiet getaway
The description of the property is accurate. The house is comfortable and well appointed with a small but ok sized private pool and is directly on the beach. The back porch opens up to the pool area and is a great place to relax and enjoy a morning coffee or evening beer while listening to the waves. The place is great though not for everyone:
Positives: directly on beach with private pool; walking distance to many pleasant (not luxurious but good and fairly cheap) restaurants along with a few shops (bakery, fruit vendor, drug store and convenience stores); quiet beach; shallow water which is good for kids;
Negatives: beach is not great for water sport as the water is very shallow with many rocks; not much nightlife in the immediate area; the bedrooms are all entered externally (not great for young kids).

Great place for great holidays!
My family and I are giving our highest recommendations! We had such a lovely stay at the Laguna Beach villa. To have the privat pool and the beach just in front of the villa was really amazing. The villa was nice, clean and spacious. It was such a treat to wake up every morning to a beautiful ocean view. There were many restaurants within walking distance right on the beach. The area is quiet and we had our best vacation ever. The owner, Roberto and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We hope to be back at the same villa in the future.

My husband and I are giving our highest recommendations! We had such a lovely stay at coconut laguna beach house. Both the privat pool and to have the beach just in front of the villa was so amazing. The area is quiet and we had our best vaction ever. Everybody was kind and helpful. We will indeed be back at the same villa in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at Coconut Laguna villas. The villa was lovely , clean and spacious. It was such a treat to wake up every morning to a beautiful ocean view. The. Villa was just a few steps away to the beach. There were many great cafes and restaurants within walking distance right on the beach. The owner , Roberto and his property managers were very friendly and helpful.

Great place, would stay there again in a heart bit
We had a great time at this villa, which is steps away from the beach. It was clean, quiet, beautiful, comfortable, with an amazingly private porch next to the pool where the kids played a lot !!! We cannot say enough good things. Staff (Nikki) was very helpful and available, arranged car rental for us, exchanged dollars, arranged for cook for breakfast (which was amazing by the way). Very happy with our stay there, we miss it already.

Mehr Meer geht nicht!!
Wir durften 10 Tage in dieser schönen Villa direkt am Meer genießen. Das Meer und den schönen Strand so dicht vor der Terrasse zu haben, war ein Erlebnis welches wir gerne wieder erleben möchten. Die Villa bietet alles was man benötigt und es war einfach herrlich, die Abende unter klarem Sternenhimmel, bei sanftem Meeresrauschen, mit einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse zu verbringen.
Die drei völlig unabhängigen Schlafzimmer waren für uns und unsere Freunde ideal. Keiner störte den anderen und wir waren doch zusammen.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, dieses Erlebnis hatte Suchtfaktor.

Paradise for the whole family
We had wonderful stay at the villa. The villa is located right on the beach, with a great outdoor seating and a pool with the ocean view.
The villa has everything you might need and pretty much all your wishes will be fulfilled by the house manager Pla. The owner, Robert lives next door and makes sure that you are always happy and satisfied. The villa is perfectly maintained, with cleaning, cooking, gardening and security staff.
We were there with 2 small children and grandparents, and all had fun. The kids loved the pool and playing in the sand. There is plenty of delicious restaurants within a walking distance of the villa. There is also several international restaurants if you get tired of Thai food. The restaurant across the street has not only delicious food but will also deliver right to your outdoor table.The owner is perfectly connected to the locals, so if you would like to take a boat trip or get a massage you just need to call Pla. There is also couple of small convenient stores with basic food or sunscreen.
If you desire some party time or shopping, you can take a 10 min. cab to a bigger town or our favorite Fisherman's Village.
I would recombined the villa to everyone, young or old. We hope to be back soon as this was truly a paradise on earth!

The property location is breathtaking. You live in a 3 bedroom villa with a great pool and then some loungers and then the most fantastic, deserted beach.
Avoid the madness of Chaweng and enjoy this idillic existence.
There are restaurants 200 yds either way on the beach, a bakery 30 yards away, a 24 hour shop 100 yds away and a great Thai restaurant who deliver over the road.
Roberto, the owned lives next door, and is very kind and helpful and his team headed up by Miss Pla are really friendly.
Just one note - the 3 bedrooms are not interlinked but are all accessed separately so if you have young children this may not be for you although Roberto can provide a listener I believe.
Booking was easy and Rachel answered all the queries in between booking and staying really well.

Toller Urlaub
Wir waren 9 Tage Gast in dieser Villa. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Schon im Vorfeld war Rachel eine tolle Ansprechpartnerin, die immer für Auskünfte parat stand und auch viele Dinge schon vor unserer Ankunft organisiert hat. Roberto, der Besitzer, war auch stehts freundlich, hilfsbereit und ständig für Fragen / Anliegen verfügbar. Die Bilder spiegeln zu 100% die Realität wieder. Obwohl wir die 3 Schlafzimmer nicht benötigt haben, war es gut zu wissen Ausweichmöglichkeiten für die Kinder zu haben. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein, allerdings muss man die Ruhe auch mögen. Wem es zu ruhig ist, der muss eine 5minütige Fahrt nach Maenam in Kauf nehmen. Fahrmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genügend.
Der eigene Pool zwischen Wohnzimmer und Strand ist spitze. Die Kinder haben den großen Gemeinschaftspool nur einmal kurz genutzt. Die wollte nlieber in "unserem" bleiben.
Die Angestellten sind super freundlich und auch immer verfügbar.
Massage und Restaurants gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wenn wir nochmal nach Samui gehen werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder dort übernachten.

séjour parfait de deux semaines en famille
Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines en famille avec nos deux petits enfants dans la villa LAGUNA BEACH. Villa très confortable avec un cadre absolument paradisiaque. Endroit très reposant au calme loin de l’agitation de CHAWENG. Villa très bien entretenue avec du personnel d’une très grande discrétion. Roberto le propriétaire habite juste à côté et si l’on a le moindre questionnement, Pham est sur place pour faire le nécessaire. Nous avons profité pleinement de ce séjour avec toutes les commodités, entre autres barbecue pratiquement tous les jours et piscine où les enfants se sont vraiment bien amusés. Merci à Roberto, Pham et toute l’équipe, nous reviendrons à coup sûr ici.

Wonderful vacation
House and location are paradise. Splendid house with 3 bedrooms we are a couple and was using the bedroom in the 1st floor with terrace and in front of the beach and sea. Very quiet place we really enjoy everything. 15mn by car to Bophut, 30mn to Chaweng and the airport you can enjoy the day in the house and go the night drink or eat something somewhere. I will not forget the private pool where swimming you can see the sea at 5m in front of you. I recommend this house and location to all of you. Do not hesitate it is better to be there and go the night somewhere than stay to Chaweng. I will be back soon that sure.
