We were there for 10 nights top location in 12 min in the city or to the beach . Busstop right on the corner .

Lucas has been an excellent host and the flat perfect for our stay.
The flat was clean and had all we needed, very close to a tube station that took us to the centre in no time and a bus to the beach that was also great.
Lucas was great with tips and accommodated all our needs.

We stayed for 10 days and had a lovely time. Lucas gave us a very warm welcome and the apartment well accommodated our family of 5. Within walking distance of metro, beach and city centre, and amazing food options on the doorstep.

L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble de quartier résidentiel entre le centre et la plage, avec des commodités proches (métro, bus, supermarchés, boulangerie...l'appartement est spacieux et fidèle à la description et la cuisine est bien équipée.

Mooi appartement in zeer levendig gedeelte. Vele voorzieningen in de buurt; winkels, café, teras.
Mooi groot appartement met alle voorzieningen aanwezig; vaatwasser, wasmachine, airco, 2x toilet, tv, 2x balkon. Op loopafstand vele eetgelegenheden, winkels en openbaar vervoer (bus/metro). Met VRBO hebben we geen contact gehad, dit ging rechtstreeks met de eigenaar. De eigenaar spreekt goed Engels en is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Schöne Wohnung mit geräumigem Wohnzimmer, kleine Küche
Schöne Wohnung im 5. Stock in einem Wohnviertel in der Nähe der Metrostation Amistad-Casa de Salud. Schöner Essplatz, 2 gemütliche Sofas, kleiner Balkon, kleine Küche mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, 3 Schlafzimmer mit 2, 2, und 1 Bett(en).
1 WC und 1 Bad mit grosser Dusche. In der Nähe viele entspannte Kneipen, Cafes, Bäcker, ein grosser Supermarkt (Mercadona) usw. Die Lage der Wohnung zwischen Centrum (Metro: Colon und Xativa) sowie Strand (am besten mit Bus 32) ist günstig.
