Including the kitchen, both bathrooms, appliances, furniture and new fixtures through out enjoy this newly remodeled home, this is your home away paradise. Just three minutes off the I10 and twenty-five minutes from Phoenix International Airport. Located in Canyon Trails a safe, quiet, family friendly neighborhood (even a covered kids playground one block away). The backyard is a south facing oasis of relaxing pleasure with endless sunshine, an amazing pool with (heating available at a cost of $150p/wk) great seating areas, within a desert garden paradise. This amazing rancher is equipped with three Pillow-top Queen Beds and the master has an California King Pillow-top bed. The master is private and separate from the other three bedrooms, including a walking closet and large bathroom with great soaker tub. The master has a fifty inch smart TV with a wireless cable box. The living room has a sixty five inch smart TV also with a wireless cable box. The living room has a beautiful leather sectional and even a beverage center! The kitchen is a full working kitchen with place settings for up to eight. The kitchen is outfitted with brand new stainless appliances including stove, dishwasher, air fryer and the fridge having a purified water and ice maker. No need to pack your toiletries this house has it all including hair dryers. Laundry room has a top of the line front loading washer dryer set and even comes with an iron and ironing board. House can be cleaned during longer stays for an added cost. The house comes with a fast free long range WiFi connection. The private yard is perfect for entertaining with three separate sitting areas. Loungers for those out to soak up the amazing rays of the Arizona sunshine while sitting around the beautiful pool oasis. A large outdoor dining table and chairs with an eleven foot outdoor umbrella, a small sectional with side tables for you to relax at in the evening enjoying the views of the most amazing sunsets and sipping on your glass of wine. A beautifully landscaped user friendly backyard. The numerous championship golf courses in the area are sure to please the golfers in the family and are terrific for the guys or gals golfing getaway you have been waiting for. The Estrella Mountain Ranch Golf Course, Raven At Verrado, Wigwam and Pebble Creek are considered some top public courses in the greater Phoenix area. And are all located within 10min. What a great house and host. Russ was very easy to work with and the house is exactly as pictured. It's the type of house that you feel at home in right away. It is nicely decorated, but not overly fussy. No need to feel you are going to break anything. This house comes with everything you need....even shampoo. I've rented many houses through the years and nobody ever supplied shampoo before. It is these extra touches that always earns Russ 5 stars. The house is located in a nice safe neighborhood. I was by myself and felt completely safe at all times. It is easy to get to the highway from the house or to stores and restaurants. The house was spotless when I checked in. The cleaners did a great job. And, the trash and recycling bins were empty when I checked in. I've rented houses before where prior renters did not empty the bins for several weeks. It was nice to see these empty. When I am back in the area this is where I want to stay. You will not be disappointed.

Another great stay ! This is my second stay and returning to Russ's place is always a pleasure. I know I'm in good hands customer service is second to none. First class all the way. Pool and home is fantastic, well stocked professionally looked after. If you need anything just ask the owner he will do his best to help you out.The location is perfect I can walk or ride a bike to four different grocery stores. When coming into AZ I don't even bother looking anywhere else if this property is available. Thanks again for the hospitality, will be back. EH

Great place for our Christmas getaway! The heated pool and backyard were just perfect for my husband and I and our 7 and 12 year olds. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Maybe next time we won’t have to fly out in a blizzard?! ☺️

House was clean and everything was well maintained. Russ was easy to get a hold of and even offered to refund our pool heat charge since the weather had been so warm and we didn't need it. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Russ' place.

The property was great for a month-long stay in the heat of summer. The walking trails were nice and close by, leading through the adjoining neighbourhoods. The pool was great; the TVs in the house were new and large. Garage offered plenty of space for our car. The location of the property was excellent, with grocery stores, fitness center, and large shopping chains nearby. Mostly, having the I-10 and 303 interchange just minutes away was very useful, as we took quite a few day trips. Other useful features for us: alarm for the house; extensive set of cooking utensils; pool umbrella & night light; large TVs in living room & master bedroom; large selection of towels; thermostat setting was comfortable. We were most impressed by the quick and friendly assistance that the owner Russ provided with any minor issues that arose. We were very grateful to him for looking into getting us the cable TV channels and other small things that came up. Big thanks to him for the great service.

This is the first time we visited Arizona and the first time we used VRBO and we were very happy with everything! The house was clean, the pool was just the right size, and it was close to everything! We will definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay! Our group was in town for a volleyball tournament and the girls loved relaxing at the pool. It was nice and quiet and was fully stocked with everything we needed. Much better than a hotel stay!

I was elated with our stay. 4 BR All with comfy beds, tv’s & great storage space. The master en-suite with the great soaker tub was just the ticket after long days hiking. We probably utilized more outdoor space than anywhere. Grilling, family meals & pool fun. This is not a small pool either. Communication with owner was top class. Quick response time & very helpful & accommodating. I could see local families taking staycations here all year. WalMart & everything else shopping/dining less than 3 miles.

My family and I stayed here for 10 days. The place is fully equipped, very comfortable, clean, relaxing atmosphere and the communication with Russ was excellent. Pictures do no justice. Would definitely consider staying here again.

It was a wonderful place to stay! It had a nice kitchen with all the utensils we needed. We had a car rental and it was fantastic to have a spacious garage with a remote opener. The pool turned out to be our favorite amenity and we stayed home a few days just to relax and enjoy it. If we travel to Phoenix again, we will definitely stay here!

A great place to kick back and relax. We took our 5 kids (ages 2-15) for some sunshine and relaxation. The house had everything we needed for our stay! The pool was perfect for our family and the outdoor space had plenty of chairs and places to hang out! The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed taking walks and bringing the kids over to the park. Communication with the owner was always prompt! Thanks so much for a great stay!!

We had a relaxing stay at this property. Pool was great, everyone had space to sleep and relax and the owner was responsive too. We visited the playgrounds that were nearby and could get around quite easily. We would stay at this location again.
