Contact Jeanine for details. Book your vacation now! Our spacious, open concept kitchen/living room, 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage is located on North Shore Boulevard, East Sandwich Beach. Escape from the city and stay in our cottage, which accommodates four guests comfortably. Our cottage is just 100 steps away from our Private Beach. Off-street parking is located next to our cottage. (Please view our photos for cottage and parking locations). Your cottage will be expertly cleaned prior to your arrival. Bedspreads, mattress pads, pillow tickings, blankets and quilts are freshly washed and line-dried for all guests. (Please note: If you would like sets of sheets and bath towels, we can provide them for a minimal fee). A laundromat is located in Sandwich for your convenience. We have a large courtyard of sand right outside our door, which is great for kids and/or playing volleyball. (In accordance with our rental agreement, only those listed on the agreement are able to use this courtyard.) During the warm weather, you can relax on our beautiful private beach, take a swim in the pristine water or play on the sandbar. At night, you can enjoy long walks, watch the amazing sunsets from the water's edge (bring your camera) and gather around a bonfire and toast marshmallows. There is great fishing right down the street from Surfside Cottages at Scorton Creek. Fish for striped bass and spotted sea trout. Idyllic Scorton Creek is a five-minute walk from Surfside Cottages. It's also a great spot for kayaking. So peaceful and tranquil. We're just 1 hour's drive from Boston and 7 miles from the Sagamore Bridge. Visit the Town of Sandwich and experience its old-world charm. Enjoy antiquing or pick up farm-fresh vegetables grown right in the Town of Sandwich. We have always prided ourselves in providing our guests with a clean and welcoming cottage. Our three-women cleaning crew has always used and will continue to use Clorox/Lysol Wipes, bleach, disinfectant, rubber gloves and other miscellaneous all-purpose cleaners. As mentioned below, our linens are always cleaned and changed with the arrival of new guests. We have always provided Clorox/Lysol Wipes, bathroom cleaner, toilet tissue and soap for our guests and will continue to do so. With that being said, it has always been our practice at Surfside to provide our guests with a well-cleaned cottage upon their arrival and this practice will not end once the Commonwealth of Massachusetts guidelines have been relaxed. The property was great! I have very high standards of cleanliness and I was completely satisfied with the condition of the cottage. Jeanine was very friendly and quickly responded to our requests. At the meeting, we were expecting very nice souvenirs from the hostess and it was so cute. The cottage is located very close to a private beach: it was so nice to walk along the sandbank in the morning. It was our first visit to Cape Cod for our family and we are glad that it was so lucky)!

The property is exactly as advertised.. Just a few steps and you're on the beautiful private beach. You can even leave your stuff out there overnight . We are very familiar with cottages like this and so we are prepared prepared however I just would tell everybody if you plan on doing cooking or barbecue and you should bring a lot of your own utensils and supplies. We will be back.

We spent a very pleasant week at East Sandwich Beach. The cottage is just steps away from the most wonderful stretch of this beach . We enjoyed the sandbar at low tide and being able to walk the beach for miles. The cottage was immaculate and even better than shown in the pictures. Jeanine was the perfect host, very easy to communicate with and goes the extra mile to ensure that her guests have an enjoyable stay. Thanks for the wonderful week!

Surfside Cottage was the perfect place for our family to have a summer vacation and enjoy quintessential Cape Cod! Jeanine was the perfect host - communicative and welcoming! The location is perfect for those who want to be a moment’s walk from the beach and the cottage’s amenities felt like home. We hope to return soon!

Nice little cottage with everything you’d need
Property was clean and as pictured. The host made sure we had all the little things you could need for a week at the beach house, like a grill, beach chairs, and a full complement of utensils and such. The living area is spacious. The bedrooms are adequate. The beach is one house away and is quite private and very lovely. The whole area is beautiful.
A few things to be aware of: It did get pretty warm the week we were there, and the fans (provided) did not always get the job done at night. Also, the beach is mostly rocky rather than sandy. I will say that the rocks are beautiful, and during low tide the sand bars come out and are a lot of fun to walk on. There was also a sand pit nearby for the little ones to play in. The bathroom doesn’t have any windows or ventilation, which means you’ll have to hang your towels outside. Not complaining about any of that, just letting you know so you can set your expectations accordingly.
A nice place to enjoy the Cape. Have fun!

It was really nice staying at Surfside, and the place is much better than it's shown in pictures. From the moment we walked into the cottage, we felt at home. The kids loved the place and had lots of fun on the beach, we are thinking about coming back on our next vacation. Thank you.

Everything we needed
This property was everything we needed to unwind and relax for a week. We had a great time night fishing at the creek right down the beach. The beach was clean, and because it’s a private beach it was never crowded. Being so close to the ocean, there was a constant breeze which kept us cool. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Beach is becoming more rocky over time, but not crowded with plent of sand and sand bars that are easily accessible at low tide to explore sea life. And short rides to Cape Cod Canal bike path and local restaurants.

The cottage is adequately stocked but Bringing along some sturdy washable plastic plates, wine glasses and forks might be convenient. This cottage offers a good amount of common family space inside and the sandy courtyard was perfect for the kids. Will definitely think about coming back.

we had a wonderful time staying at Surfside. It was quite and a very nice place to stay. Will definitely go back in the future.

I need to be more careful next time. The owner was very helpful and came to help us out immediately on two occasions. Anyone staying here needs to be assured the place was immaculate . I think my expectations were different than what this cottage provided and the intense heat added to our disappointment with appropriate fans I believe this cottage is more than suitable for families with children.

Nice place and very close to private beach
Enjoyed our stay, the location is great and the cottage is nice and clean. All the essentials are provided and very close to the heart of Sandwich. The only thing lacking is the shower, which could use an upgrade but served its purpose.

Our family of four have been staying at this cottage every summer for a week in August. We love that’s it’s spacious and clean with two bedrooms. It’s everything we need and right on a private beach. What more could you ask for?

Great Spot, Great Host!
My family of five spent four nights in Jeanine’s cottage and loved it! It was cozy and comfortable, had everything we needed, and was a walk over the dunes to the beach. Jeanine was so nice and energetic, and welcomed us to East Sandwich with some Cape Cod memorabilia! We loved the afternoon tidal low that gave the kids opportunity to search the sand and rocks for sea creatures, and the sunsets were amazing! We definitely would love to go back!

Beautiful, relaxing stay - right on the beach!
24/7 access to quiet and beautiful beach, just footsteps away from the front door. Large rooms, very accommodating for family gatherings. The property owner is accommodating and very friendly. If you want a relaxing getaway, this is the place to go! Plenty to do in the area with Hyannis, Plymouth, and other towns within a short drive. Many cute shops along the way! Green Briar is a favorite stop every year! We just discovered an amazing restaurant this year (Fisherman’s View) within a couple miles of the cottage. Riverview Cafe is a great local breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. We’ve done hotels and B&Bs before, but nothing beats the cottage. It’s wonderful to be able to cook your own meals or choose to drive a short distance to many great eateries.

Amazing views and perfect cottages
My family and I stayed for a week here and have been coming here for over 20 years. We rented both cottages they have there. The cottages are so cute inside, they are very clean and have that cottage feel. You’ll have to bring your own bedding and towels and food, it’s not that far from a large grocery store. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities too! The ladies who own the cottages are so warm and welcoming! The private beach is just steps away from the front door. We had fires on the beach at night too! These book fast so if you want to go next summer, book now! Can’t wait for our next visit!

Fantastic cottage to rent. Love coming back.
This will be the 6th year we have rented this cottage. It is fantastic. The owner is great and quick to resolve any issues. The house is cleaned top to bottom when we arrive. We meet up with 3 other families who rent cabins next door every year, and to have the large living room/dining room gives the kids a large place to hang out. There are many local restaurants and shops near by. There is always at least one trip to Hyannis which is about 10 minutes or so away. Kids love the fish hatchery and the mini golf just up the road. Cannot wait to go back next year.

Surfside - Our PERFECT vaction spot every year!
We have been staying at Surfside Cottages every summer for 13 years, and every time we enter the cottage, I feel like I have come home.
Surfside Cottages are comfortable and homey, and the owner always makes us feel so welcome. The cottage is always clean and waiting for us with wonderful bay breezes when we arrive, and its is stocked with all the kitchen tools we would need. Honestly, there is nowhere else I would want to stay. Surfside is probably one of the few cottage locations where you do not feel like you are clustered in with others; the cottage is quite spacious, as is the lot it sits on. I also love that the walk to the beach is short and easy - and oh -that view from the top of the dunes!!! I love being able to wake up in the morning, walk over the dune, and have my coffee on the beautiful beach. And when the sandbar appears at low tide, regardless of the time, it's the best place to sit and lounge away the hours.
My family and I love Surfside, and love the owners! The Cape has a piece of my soul. Surfside gives it the perfect place to stay.

A lovely place to stay
I and my family enjoyed our stay in East Sandwich. The cottage was lovely, beach access perfect and the beach, lovely. Walking distance (A bit over a mile) to breakfast and a convenience store. A flock of enormous wild turkeys for entertainment on the street leading to ours and a thoughtful, gracious hostess. It rarely gets better than this. Reasonably priced as well.

neat, clean, everything you could need in this cottage. not a big corporate place, which is what I want in a rental cottage....but a comforting, comfortable home away from home.

Great for beach access having a gas grill was great.
It was great the ocean was just over the sand dune. The furniture could be a little more comfortable.But other than that it was great.

I won't go anywhere else!
I have been coming here for years! I love the family atmosphere, that this house has been in the family since it was built! The sand right outside the door is more then I expected. With a short 30 second walk to the private area of the beach and two parking spots, this place is a steal for the price they are asking.
With technology these days, everyone is always on there phones. They have cable and wifi, but we had such a great location, that I was outside everyday to almost dusk. The convenient grill on the property, the sand lot outside and the cozy feeling of the cottage, I bet I will be back!

Great vacation accommodations
My family has stayed at Surfside Cottages for years. We love the accommodations, the location and the private beach. The grounds and rooms are always well-kept and clean. I especially love the area of sand right outside the door - it was great when my children were younger because they could play there for hours without leaving our site. The private beach is beautiful especially when the sandbar comes out - great for children and adults alike. All kinds of family activities nearby.
