Nestled in Orleans, this lovely house for $598 per night is a great choice for your next trip. You know you are on vacation when you first enter our meticulously maintained bright and comfortably furnished home in South Orleans. Our traditional Cape Cod home has wood floors in most of the rooms. There are two full bathrooms, one with a tub and one walk-in shower. A sunny kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining room table extends to seat eight. Two spacious bedrooms have queen size beds,. A third bedroom has three twin size beds. A fourth large room has a double bed and a queen size bed. This area also has a TV and sitting area perfect for teens to enjoy. This room also has it's own entrance. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. The spaciousness of the home makes it perfect for two families to share. Outside is a large deck with sliders from the dining area. For your enjoyment there is also a bluestone patio with additional seating. Enjoy a quiet evening grilling on either the gas grill or Weber charcoal grill. After a day at Nauset Beach, Skaket Beach, or on the National seashore, relax in the hammock or enjoy an outdoor shower conveniently located next to the deck. There is a full size ping pong table in the basement for some time out of the sun. This a great neighborhood for walking, jogging, or bike riding. Only one mile down the street is a town landing on Pleasant bay perfect for boating or kayaking. You can enjoy an evening baseball game as you watch the Orleans Cardinals play a short drive into town. For your golfing enjoyment there are several excellent courses nearby. There is no shortage of beautiful shops and a variety of restaurants in Orleans. And be sure to enjoy local seafood purchased at several close-by markets.

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful, plenty of indoor/outdoor space & well equipped for cooking at home with our kids & grandkids. Beds were so comfortable after a long day on the beach. Nauset & Skaket beaches are a 10 minute drive away. Both are beautiful! Our grandkids really enjoyed low tide on the bay at Skaket. Orleans is a great central location for adventures on the Cape. I would highly recommend this rental! The owners of this property are great to work with! 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family of three has a tradition of coming to Orleans every other summer with another family of four. While we mostly stayed near the west side of town, we decided to stay at the south side this year. This house is an oasis for us, the area is quiet yet convenient enough to get to either Orleans or Chatham town center. Everything we need is in the house including the beach gear. My son and his friends were happy to lounge in the bonus bedroom over the garage. Maryellen is a great host and she kept us informed before and during our stay. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This home was the perfect get away for a girls college reunion during Covid - 19. We were able to comfortably "work from home" during the week & a convenient location from the beaches and out door dining. Maryellen's home was spotless & had all the necessities for a beach trip (perfect outdoor patio & ample beach needs!). We would 10/10 recommend this home to any family or girls trip!

Our family really enjoyed our week stay at the home of Maryellen and Ralph. Their home was very clean and comfortable. The room above the garage was perfect for our daughter, son-in-law and their little girls. We had all the kitchen conveniences.The location was great being close to Long Pond, Chatham, Orleans and Brewster. So happy that there were beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. Great home, great time and great hosts. We would definitely rent again. Thank you to the Barones! From the Toth and Morey family.

The home was so nicely and cozily kept. It was so convenient to have all the beach amenities there so we didn't have to travel with them. It was our 3rd stay here and was jusy as enjoyed as the other times. Having the large room over the garage was perfect for my brother and wife with their newborn. We hope to be back!! Thanks very much to The Barone's whose thoughtful touches made it so homey.

We were a multi-generational family that loved this home. Very comfortable furnishings, pristinely clean, quiet neighborhood, host left many welcome first-day necessities after travelling. Close to Orleans and beaches. Would definitely rent again and recommend.

I have rented about 8 vacation homes in the past. This was just about the best. The house was spotless and better equipped than any other I have rented. The House had a real Cape Cod cottage feel and was attractively appointed. The owner could not have been more accommodating and anxious for the 7 of us to have a great vacation. Location on central cape was ideal in the lovely town of Orleans.

We rented this house for a weekend as we were attending a family wedding in Orleans. The house was great--clean, beautifully decorated and well-equipped with modern appliances. The kitchen had everything you would need--and more--to prepare a meal. The beds were comfortable and the fact that there were two full bathrooms was great as there were six of us. There was no musty odor in the house which can sometimes be a problem for me in a small motel setting. We liked the house so much that we didn't want to leave to attend any of the pre-wedding festivities!!! In addition, the house is conveniently located to local shopping areas. Renting this house was so much better than staying in a local motel. It added tremendously to our weekend enjoyment!
