This listing (and it's pricing) is for Casita del Pescado, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an 18m pool located inside CalyCanto Casitas. This lovely boutique compound of only three homes is surounded by beautiful gardens, ocean & mountain views. Our spacious yet intimate setting on five gently sloping acres of desert terrain is just 700 yards above the Pacific Ocean. The property is 2.5 miles from the town of Todos Santos, offering magnificent ocean views and generous terraces. This villa is tasteful in every detail, spacious and fully furnished. Embodying the architectural heritage of Mexico, rustic design seamlessly blends with modern conveniences to stimulate the senses. Expansive and richly appointed, the casita offers an indoor-outdoor flow, with colorfully painted designs and finishes, decorative wrought-iron, and antique mesquite furniture painstakingly handcrafted by Mexican artisans. Walk barefoot on Saltillo floors. Enjoy breakfast on colorfully hand painted Talavera tiles. Siesta in a hand-woven hammock for two as gentle shadows from the Palapa roof drift across the room and the ocean breeze blows gently across the terrace. Take an indoor/outdoor shower while watching the silhouette of Royal Palms and native catcti dot the sunset. For those that don't want to tackle ocean waves, CalyCanto recently completed a large new pool and jacuzzi and common area, with an ocean view. It's 18 meters long, long enough to swim laps, but includes a "playa" area for lounging. The pool area includes a grill, outdoor shower, bathroom and palapa for shade. This common area is large enough for family retreats, yoga or weddings. The pool is shared with the 3 casitas on the property; however, it's quite common to enjoy the pool alone and the spacious area allows adequate privacy for most. If you would like to invite non-guests to enjoy the pool with you, there is a pool pass available for non-guests for 300 pesos per person per day. These lovely accommodations offer the perfect vantage point to contemplate the moon’s reflection on the deep blue waters of the Pacific. From the master bedroom or your private terrace, gaze upon a pristine, white sand beach, or simply enjoy a refreshing siesta in one of the shaded hammocks under a Palapa. Or, if you prefer, enjoy a moonlit dinner on your private terrace. While some guests choose to never leave the premises, others prefer to participate in limitless adventure and exploration. Look out your window to watch the annual migration of the Humpback and Gray Whales or check the surf. Witness pottery being made first hand, with the same process used for centuries in the nearby Sierra de la Laguna mountain range. Take a Yoga or a Spanish class in the timeless town center. House was wonderful. Frank was very helpful and friendly. It's good to know the pool isn't heated, but the hot tub was great and the pool area was a nice place to hang out. Very fun town.

CallyCanto Casitas is a wonderful little gem in beautiful Todos Santos. The casitas are immaculatlely clean, very well appointed, and beautifully landscaped. Each house can easily host a family of 6 with room to spare. The pool area alone is reason enough for us to return! The property has everything: pool, hot tub, fire pit, grilling area, even a brick pizza oven (!). We could have stayed the entire visit right on the property. Frank was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Plus, he's originally from New Jersey like us, so you can't beat that! Book your stay here. You will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay here - the house is large with a perfectly appointed kitchen, outdoor shower, and hammock on the rooftop deck! The pool area is amazing - not huge but perfect for a few people. We used the hot tub in the evening and watched the stars. There were other people staying in the casitas near us but we never saw them. It was very private and relaxing. Great spot!

We had a fabulous time at Casita Pescado! We would definitely come back! The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and we used it (and the grill) a lot. The pool is also a great perk. So much fun!

We had some great vacation days at this property. Franko was very kind and attentive to questions throughout the stay. Nice pool area. Quiet place. And a great beach with very few people. We have a grownup teenager who is a fine swimmer, so the sea was fine for us, but it wouldn’t be suitable for a family with smaller kids.

Todos Santos is a wonderful, magical town and the location of this property is ideal to experience all that this Pueblo Magico has to offer. Everything was comfortable and the pool under the moonlight quite memorable! We will be back

We stayed here for five nights because of it’s proximity to town (5 minutes) and decent surf spots. The pool was great, and the rooms were comfy. Perfect for a family stay.

This property was well-located, within a 9 minute walk to the beach, and with gorgeous ocean views from the 2nd story and the pool. We could see whales from the upper deck, balcony and the lovely outdoor shower. The pool was large and both it and the hot tub were well-maintained and great for entertaining - grill, bar,blender, cooktop, bathroom... The property management was friendly quick to respond and set us up with a wonderful massage therapist. The property could use a couple of updates....maybe newer bedding and tile repairs in the kitchen, but everything was very clean. Overall, this property was comfortable and fit our needs quite nicely.

We have stayed here for the past 10 days with our family of 4, great location and beautiful home. Woke up to whales every morning! We wanted something that was as close to living here as possible while still having some luxuries. Exactly what we got!

We loved our stay at Calycanto Casitas, the location was wonderful and the property was fabulous. Laurie the property manager welcomed us and gave us great recommendations for places to eat. The upstairs balcony was an enjoyable way to spend evening with drinks/snacks; the view of the water was spectacular. Would reserve again when we're in Todos Santos.

We spent three wonderful weeks here this winter. Calycanto is a fabulous property a short walk from the beach and a short ride from town. Laurie, the property manager, welcomed us with open arms and was attentive to our every need although there was little to need as our casita was magical. The outdoor shower in the master is to die for. We spent many nights on the second floor "drinking porch" watching the sun go down. We would highly recommend. Tons of Gringos in Todos Santos area so Spanish fluency is unnecessary. Great Resturants abound. A must go.

We stayed in Casita Tortuga - which has a master bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and AMAZING outdoor shower. Second bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We really loved the indoor/outdoor feel of it. Located just a short (5 ish minute) drive north of Todos Santos. It is even a shorter drive to the sweet surf spot, La Pastora. 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful, but it is not recommended as a swimming beach because of currents. About a 15 minute drive to the swim and beginner surf spot, Los Cerritos. Kathy, the caretaker, is very kind and informative. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, blender, etc. There are several grocery stores nearby. The upper deck was great for reading in the hammock or a morning yoga sesh. The ground floor wrap around patio had a nice big dining table and a couple of really comfortable lounge chairs. WiFi was great. TV with a few English speaking stations. It was really nice to show up and they had stocked the house with 2 large bottles of drinking water. The surrounding area was really quiet - we rarely saw or heard anyone. The weather/temperature was perfect. It was hot a few days, but mostly warm (80s) with a little wind here and there to cool things off. Cool at night - enough for a hoodie. Only turned on AC one of the warmer nights but had to turn off in the middle of the night as it cooled off.

Rave reviews for this incredible rental property! Beautiful and well maintained villa 5 minutes by car from DT Todos Santos and a 5 minute walk to the beach where you can walk for hours. Five women on a girls get-a-way enjoyed a week of watching stunning sunsets over the ocean from the upstairs deck, eating at incredible restaurants, shopping at local markets and preparing our own meals and visiting local attractions in the area. The property is every bit as beautiful as pictured. We especially appreciated the flexibility and helpfulness of both the owner and the property manager. Would love to return with the family!
