It’s pretty basic, small kitchenette well equiped. Its 3 star accomodations at most. No AC there are fans but they are pretty noisy. 2 bedrooms side by side paper thin walls so no pricacy. No kitchen table in the cottage, there is a table in the screened in porch . There are 4 stools in the kitchen where u can eat on the peninsula but not very comfy. OK for breakfast I guess. Large back yard with a propane BBQ. There’s a fire pit but u need to get permit from city and u need to buy ur own wood. Cottage is a fair walk to beach so you basically need to drive if u want to bring ur beach stuff. Parking is a rip off, they charge $30 per day, and you have to get your permit at city hall. Very inconvenient and expensive if you only stay 3-4 hrs on the beach daily which most people do. They dont have hourly rates. The hosts were great and very responsive. There are a lot of good places to eat within walking distance so thats a plus.

This is a wonderful property and worked very well for our family of four. It is in a very convenient location. The owners are great and answer questions very quickly. We will certainly stay there again!

Cute Cape Cod cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much. A bit of a "walk" to the beaches, but a short drive. Relatively quiet when we stayed (late September).

Very clean , comfortable and private home with perfect location to do everything and anything on the Cape. Walking distance to beaches in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. This has been my 4th visit to this location and always perfect. Will be back next year!

We stayed here with our 2 kids. If your looking for a place that is relaxing, this is it. Great property with a bit of yard, just right for a small family. Very well maintained with cute decorative touches that make you feel at home. We hope to go back for sure

Great cabin. Made for an excellent vacation. Clean plus all the amenities that were listed are accurate. Solid 1/4 mile walk to beach. Lots of stuff local to do.

This was our second time renting this cozy cottage. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Enjoyed the fire pit. Around the corner is a great ice cream shop and breakfast place. Very quiet at this time of year.

Cottage by the Sea
Very comfortable and quiet stay. Nice neighborhood to walk in and short walk to the beach. Ice cream around the corner. Centrally located to all the great places to visit on the Cape. The house is private and has everything you need if you want to cook meals. Nice yard with outside shower. Fire pit and deck with picnic table. Lovely screened in porch to relax in.

Quaint Cape Cod Cottage
Perfect size for 4 . Lovely setting and short walk to beaches. Private but not isolated. House very comfortable with fire pit,gas grill and outdoor shower. Enclosed porch with french doors to living room. Nice air flow and all new windows. Beds very comfortable. Will be renting again for sure.

Cozy Cottage
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Jack was very accommodating when there was a problem with our initial reservation. The cottage was cozy and had everything on hand to make our vacation comfortable. We especially enjoyed meals on the porch when it rained and evenings by the fire pit when it didn’t. We got to set up our telescope in the yard for great astrophotography on the few clear nights. Overall a wonderful place!

Great time!!
Great little place to stay, wonderful location! We loved every minute of our most recent trip to the Cape, the house was exactly as advertised. The yard was perfect for our 2 kids (the outdoor shower was a HUGE hit with them), I loved having my coffee on the screened in porch in the mornings! The location was perfect for us and we took advantage of Sundae school and Wee Packet more than once during our stay! The beach within walking distance is nice, but a bit small so we chose to drive down to West Dennis beach, 5 minute drive, and that was perfect for our family! Thank you to the owners for sharing this with us, we had a wonderful trip!

And easy access to places to run and bike (about mile to path) choice of restaurants, mini golf, and ice cream w nothing more than a 20 minute walk. Thanks for the stay!

Everything we needed!
The cottage was perfect for our family of four. The kids had a blast running around the backyard and playing cornhole while we relaxed on the screened-in porch. The firepit was an added bonus! Walking distance to everything; Sundae School is right around the corner and the beach is just down the street. We appreciated the window fans, they really helped cool down the house on a few muggy days. The cottage was extremely clean. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would love to return. Thank you!

Cozy cottage
My family and I had a wonderful stay in this cozy cottage. With 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room, plus a screened porch, it was more than enough space for 4 adults to spend a week in. The cottage was very clean and just as described by the owner. A large outdoor yard gave us plenty of space to enjoy playing yard games and sitting by the fire pit at night. The outdoor shower is always a plus when on the cape for those after the beach showers.
The cottage is within walking distance of some local beaches, as well as several restaurants (I suggest checking out The Ocean House and its beach bar). It is also centrally located, so it's always within a short drive of shopping or other restaurants and attractions.
I would not hesitate to rent this property again, and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Dennisport area.

We had another great vacation at this location. We have stayed at 5 locations in the area in the past and when we asked the kids where they wanted to stay. They chose here again. Fun had by all

Lovely charming cottage
Loved the neighborhood and proximity to the free beach Inman. However, was disappointed in the Cape beaches that so many are private and the few public ones require a $30/day parking fee. The cottage did not have a washer/dryer which was inconvenient with a 6-yr-old. But the back yard of the cottage was an excellent playground for all of us.

Weather wasn't great, but place is perfect.
We love this house. It was perfect for our family of four. Unfortunately, the weather didn't work out. But Jack and Gar came through for us and were great. This place is walking distance to many awesome places, including Sundae School and the beach! We will definitely stay here next summer as well!

Sweet cottage.
Autumn on the Cape is awesome, and Jack's cottage is the place to spend it. From Dennisport we were able to reach all the places we wanted to visit, with ease. A short walk to the sound, a short drive to the supermarket and other stores, and tasty restaurants right in the vicinity. We had a choice of interesting preserves to hike and view nature. The cottage itself is very comfortable, with a well appointed kitchen and a screen porch where we had several meals, as well as a deck, fire pit, and grill. Add a large back yard, and it's the place to spend your time on the Cape. Jack was very welcoming and accessible to answer any questions we had. We're already contemplating another visit next year. Now, if he could just arrange for a few more sunny days...😉�

Great house. Outdoor shower, fire pit, screened in porch, on quiet road. Great value. Had a well stocked kitchen. Nice back yard to play frisbee. Off road so nice privacy. Would definitely stay again. Kids raved it was one of their favorite rentals

Great house for a family vacation
My husband and I have stayed here with our two young children twice and will definitely be back again. The kitchen is well equipped, the yard is great and the property is within walking distance to the beach, Sundae School and Wee Packet. A great place to stay on the Cape!

Great vacation home for a family of 4
Such a great little cottage. Plenty big enough for our family of 4 (2 kids under 10). Great location, just a couple houses away from Wee Packet and Sundae School, a couple blocks from the nearest beach (Raycroft), while another beach (Sea St. Beach) is also within walking distance -- or a short drive if you are lugging a lot of gear. The large, secluded yard was great for grilling, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, and playing with the cottage's awesome Corn Hole set. Loved relaxing in the screened-in porch after each day's adventure. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful and relaxing, great location
The cottage is adorable, clean and had everything we needed. Beach chairs, toys and umbrella were all provided. Kitchen also had everything you need to prepare meals at the house. Our family also enjoyed the large secluded yard for our 3 small children. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, to get ice cream, and the breakfast place Wee Packet. Jack was very responsive with any question we had. We would highly recommend this property.
