Nestled in South Forest Beach, this attractive condo for $834 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. With a balcony accessible by the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Shorewood 205 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. Upgrades include freshly renovated kitchen (January 2022) plus all stainless renovated kitchen, some new furniture, painting throughout, new beds, flat screen televisions & blu-ray player. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach with an oceanfront pool (heated) and spa. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. Toddlers have a separate wading pool. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is just two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Also nearby is the new Low Country Celebration ParkThis nicely furnished property features a bar-height bistro set on the balcony overlooking the ocean. King bed in the master bedroom with walk-in shower, 1 Queen and 1 Twin in bedroom 2 plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

This was our 3rd time staying at a Shorewood condo and it was by far the best! Beautifully renovated and wide open floor plan. The view of the ocean is amazing. My only ask for the owner would be to add some throw blankets in the living room as at gets a little chilly under the ceiling fam If you don't have a car, the location is wonderful with a short walk to just about anything you could want at Caligny Beach. Grocery store, restaurants, shops, ice cream - it has it all.The pool was never crowded and the beach was clean.

This was our first visit to Hilton Head for our honeymoon. This condo was prefect! It’s in a gated community which was nice for added security! Lots of parking. The pool/hot tub was clean with extra lounge chairs. Hilton Head was just as wonderful as everyone said! Super relaxing and peaceful. Would use this condo again!

We were in HHI for our wedding on 11-11-22. Having been there before, we knew we wanted to have a relaxing visit before and after our wedding and unit 205 delivered. The remodel was beautiful and the attention to detail showed. It was November, so the weather was not the warmest and a tropical storm decided to erupt, but that did not take away from our 10 day visit and the condo was the cherry on top!

We enjoyed our stay in Shorewood 205. We want to thank the people at Seashore Vacations for being so pleasant and helpful, but they always are. Everything was perfect... the weather, the condo, the time spent on the beach, and especially sitting on the balcony overlooking that gorgeous ocean. We like this area because it is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We look forward to more visits in the future.

Brand new, immaculate!
This unit was just renovated and they did an amazing job.The pictures are 100% accurate and the unit was very very clean. Great view, comfortable patio seating, great location, great pool, and a very wide beach. The outside of the building was also recently redone and the property is well maintained. We will definitely stay again!

Amazing balcony; perfect location
We had some initial communication issues, but Seashore worked hard to rectify those issues and they were friendly and helpful throughout the process. Two weeks before our visit we changed our reservation to a different condo, and they made that transition easy with no issues. The property was great and the balcony was our favorite feature. We would definitely come back!

Heavenly Views
We stayed in 508 and it was very clean and has the best view of the beach. I love that the patio was accessed by the bedroom or the living room! Wonderful private access to the beach. We will be returning as soon as we can!

The condo was as advertised, check in was a breeze. The area is really great, close to everything. My only recommendation is for the owners to get new bed pillows. They were very flat and uncomfortable. Other than that, the condo had everything we needed.

My family and I have stayed at Shorewood multiple times in the past, we love Shorewood as a whole, but we will never stay in this particular unit again. There was a horrible musty smell, mold surrounding the air vents and in an attempt to mask the odor, a gel odor cone was shoved sideways into one of the vents. The bed in the master bedroom was so loud, that any shift and weight made a loud squealing noise. Any time my husband moved, it would wake me up because of how loud it was. It startled my husband awake one night. I was also beyond disappointed when I attempted to report the issue and was completely blown off by the agent. I started to explain the issues with the unit and was immediately cut off and told the owners are scheduled to do renovations in the future.

Would rent again this unit. Had problem with icemaker freezing up, but quick phone call and 2 hrs later, problem was fixed. Bed sheets were clean , but not put on neatly; had to remake bed. Also floors were sandy (know that is a beach problem), but did not think this should be so obvious on entering for first time. Maybe a housekeeping problem. Condo was well equipped and decorated nicely.

Overall impression was great! Condo is in good shape, clean, and in a terrific location. The only problem was that the curtain overlooking the lanai in the master bedroom didn't open fully. Something needs to be fixed. Would definitely stay at 205 Shorewood again.
