Very comfortable modern accommodation

Very comfortable accommodation, efficient check-in, very modern, our car was right off the room. Check out was easy. I received a text to let them know when I'd checked out.

I received a text with a very convoluted check-in notification that wasn't necessary.

Naked Butts

The room was nice.

The "spa tub" was for skinny people. The safety bar was on the wrong side of the tub, so getting out was almost impossible. The staff got to see our naked butts because someone flipped the "do not disturb " sign to service. The office closes, so after that, you get no service until 10 am. When I called to complain, I was called a Sir 4 times even after I had corrected them.

Poor Service no one on sight to assist if needed!

TV nor phone in room worked. Calked office no answer walked out door to go to office and the number on office door differed from number on website. someone answered they were not on sight! had to wait 30 mins for them to show up to fix situation walked back to room and key did not work. sat out side my room waiting! POOR SERVICE!

Not Going Back Again

Then hotel was located near the town center. We have stayed in the facility off and on for over ten years when we needed a little more space given the kitchen and living room. The water tasted good and the shower was nice and warm.

Although there was new cabinetry in the kitchen, everything else was worn out and dirty. The shades needed to be replaced or at least cleaned. The doors were filthy. The electric heaters were loud and in need of cleaning. Even the entrance porches need paint. This facility needs a good maintenance man and investment in renovations or it won't survive. Single ply toilet paper - 'nuff said.

location and beautiful view of mount baker as I walked out the door each morning.

the Queen deluxe room was a little cozy/ small. But I was not in my room much, had to take a few meetings and desk is small

Perfect Stay

Staff at reception was very pleasant, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was lovely, spacious and very clean. Location very good, across the street from the harbour and one block away from many places to eat and drink.

Nothing at all - our experience here was exceptional.

Very good

It was conveniently located in town only being .5 miles away from Marina. Easy in and out access to rooms, loved the fridge size as we were able to keep our limited catch of crab refrigerated.

The room was a little overpriced for it's amenities, but I paid for a view and since it was our anniversary we splurged. Parking was tight for our big truck, but luckily we were there on a weekend and used the contractor buildings parking to fit the truck.

We would stay here again, but hope to remember to bring an extra pillow.

We stayed in the King bed with spa tub room on the 2nd floor. The tub was wonderful, the room was clean and modern, and there was a reading room adjacent to ours, so that was nice to be able to go in there and read. It was 3 blocks from the dock for our whale watching tour.

There wasn't any breakfast or elevator. The pillows were useless...very, very soft. I couldn't sleep the first night due to not having any pillow support, so I requested another pillow which helped the 2nd night.

Was convenient but could have been cleaner.

First the staff was very friendly and helpful. I also got a parking spot directly in front of my door which made it very convenient to load and unload my stuff. The location was close to downtown Anacortes so you could easily walk anywhere.

The carpets were very dirty, when walking barefoot for only a minute my feet were pure black so I had to wash my feet often. The WiFi was very shaky, it seemed like their router signal wasn't great so if you needed internet you could walk to the office and it would work fine. I imagine some rooms would not have usable internet at all.
