I was impressed by the amenities and spaciousness of the place. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a pity I was only staying two nights!

This condo is perfectly located!!! A great older but well maintained part of the city. Walkable to green lake and gasworks park! 10 minutes to the space needle, 15 minutes to pikes place and the ballfields. Honestly had the best time!

We had a relaxing time here. Quick walk to local cafes & restaurants but also close enough to downtown.

The apartment was very clean and exactly as described and pictured. Quiet neighborhood. We rented a car and it was very easy to get to Seattle Center and University of Washington.

We enjoyed the apartment in a brief stay in Seattle. It met our expectations, thought street parking presented a bit of a challenge.

Wonderful location. Easy walk to food and shops. Super quiet. Will stay here again.

The neighborhood is lovely, safe, clean, nice cafes and restaurants. The apartment has everything needed. Randy was very helpful.

Everything was as expected, the instructions were clear and very easy to follow. My partner and I wanted to check out the neighborhood as we are thinking of moving to Seattle. Walkable to amenities (5 min to shops on Stone Way & 10-15 to Fremont restaurants at the "Center of the Universe"). As a landscape designer, my one of my favorite parts of the area were the gorgeous gardens/homes and the very convenient walk to Gas Works Park. We didn't have a car but the street parking looked easy enough. Lime bikes were easy to find and operate.
If we were there for a longer stay the only thing I would wish to have access to would be a table & chairs in the concrete patio space behind the building.

The apartment is clean and quiet.
The grounds, and indeed, the neighborhood are very lovely.
Management, (Randy) is a very nice man who will go that extra mile to make sure that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
I simply couldn't be happier.

The property itself was adequate with nice bathroom and bed. Hosts were reliable and helpful. Decor needs updating. I found property actually to be dark and depressing although it did have everything I needed. It worked for me as I spent most time at my son’s home. With updating, it would be much more inviting.

Perfect spot
Great property in a perfect location. I used to live in Seattle and wanted to be near friends and in the Fremont/Wallingford area, and this property worked out great. Very nice space, and great host. Other reviewers mentioned the noise from upstairs, which does happen, but nothing that was loud or distracting or over the top. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Seattle!

Overall a great experience, although could use a better ventilation. It is a bit noisy at night if the washing machine is on in the above apartment

Garden Apartment in Wallingford
A darling garden apartment on a quiet residential street in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle, well equipped and stylishly decorated. And the icing on the cake is the spa bathroom with the heated floors. We were very comfy and will return!

Great Place, Great Hosts, Great Location, Great Stay
It is hard to add more good things to so many accurate and positive reviews about this place. I will try! We would definitely stay again. The the place was perfectly clean when we arrived. In fact Randy had just finished cleaning the carpets. We didn’t wear shoes in the house to help keep them clean (a good tip for other VRBO renters visiting wet Seattle). We actually stayed a month and cooked meals most every day. Enough equipment to make dinners easy to prepare. We visit Seattle often but this was our first time to stay in this neighborhood. Short walking distance to both Wallingford and Fremont and two easy bus options for getting to and from downtown Seattle. Thanks Randy - it was a a nice place to call home for the month.

Overall it was a very good rental. There was some noise from the renters above.
The apartment was very nice. Clean with all the necessary items; plus, it had the added benefit of a lovely tiled bathroom floor that was heated. Noise from renters above was heard late at night but, I guess, that is to be expected with a lower rental. Location was good for our needs. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful little place!
This is a wonderful place to stay. It is quite roomy, very comfortable and very clean. The bed was so comfy, especially after walking about 8 miles every day. The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing. The kitchen was perfect for our stay with coffee in the cabinet which was a must after a very long first day and short night. It is conveniently located within walking distance of several bus stops and to restaurants and a grocery store. It is a very quiet neighborhood.

Lovely, quiet area
We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The rental is nestled on a quiet street away from traffic and road noise. Fully equipped with all the essentials and a newly remodeled bath. Curb parking is available.

Compact and Complete
Loved this little Wallingford apartment. Easy access to everywhere. Good location for walking to restaurants and busses. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. The bed was great. Randy was great to work with. I appreciated that he reached out a few days before we were scheduled to arrive regarding check in. He was organized and had a back up plan for getting us access to the home when our plane was late preventing us from being able to meet when planned. Would recommend for singles or couples.

Wallingford Hood
This apartment is immaculate! The owners have stocked it with everything you'll need, even some spices for cooking. The bathroom is beautiful--& a surprising delight was the heated floors. Even in summer, those floors felt SO good! It's a nice place to stay for as long as you need to stay. Very quiet too, which we appreciated. And private---it's in the back, & you look outside to some pretty greenery.
A word of caution about this Seattle neighborhood however: it's extremely close & crowded. We were able to park directly outside the building for MOST of the time, but not always. It's just a crowded, claustrophobic part of Seattle, that's just the way it is. Try not to bring a large vehicle!
Having said that--it's in a convenient location to most anything you want to do in Seattle.

A classic garden level apartment in a quaint neighborhood with easy access to everything.
Nicely updated fixtures in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to anything you want to do.
Close to the waterfront, easy access to the highways and a great home base for exploring Seattle and the Puget Sound area.

The furniture could use an upgrade and a dehumidifier might help with the mustiness.
Overall: a good rental. Convenient location, well laid out. Would consider renting again.
